Casa ben arredata, curata, pulita e funzionale. Il soggiorno è confortevole poiché la casa è strutturata con spazi dedicati che permette agli ospiti di trovare le comodità necessarie alle proprie esigenze. Parcheggio comodo nella vicina piazzetta senza disponibile. Host attento e attivo nel risolvere anche i piccoli disguidi. comunicazione veloce e chiara. Consigliata++++++

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

Super schöne Gegend. Wunderschöner Pool und super liebe Gastgeber. Die Anreise war kein Problem auch die etwas beschwerliche Straße war nach der 2 Auffahrt kein Problem mehr. Würde ich nur nicht mit einem tiefgelegtem Auto empfehlen 😉. Die Gastgeber waren bereits Vorort und der Check in war ein Träumchen und auch jederzeit zu erreichen. Werden definitiv wieder kommen. Absolute Empfehlung. 🫶

Both beautiful and cozy, tastefully and thoughtfully decorated throughout. We felt right at home. Gorgeous views of the countryside. We were so lucky to take a pasta making class with Ema and Tammy, delicious! It was even more fun just getting to know them, they are so kind. We would love to stay again.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

c'est un petit paradis. Martin et Hélèna sont des personnes formidables avec beaucoup de petites attentions. allez y les yeux fermés. vous y trouverez du bon vin, un site incroyable à portée de villages magnifiques.

Perfect location, amazing apartment!

Lapo’s apartment is beautifully renovated and well equipped. The terrace and the view are fantastic. The bed is firm which is perfect for us or anyone with back problems. We like to walk and we didn’t have a car and really enjoyed walking down to the town square and cafes and restaurants in 15 minutes - going back up the hill about 20 minutes. If you are not fit you may need a car but also taxis and Uber are available. We recommend walking and hiking around Fiesole with beautiful views to see everywhere.

Luca was a great host! Easy check in and they provided everything we needed!The apartment was clean and beautiful! The location is great! In the heart of Florence! Wonderful stay! I highly recommend! I would most definitely stay there again!

Marzia is a superb host! She accommodated to our earlier check in time. We could drop off our luggage earlier and jump right into the city to start exploring! She was helpful by suggesting local places to visit and to eat out. The rooms were clean and colorful. One of the rooms is on the main road, and although it is triple glazed, if you’re a light sleeper you might want to take earbuds with you. Thank you Marzia!

Massimo’s place is amazing. The view from the rooftop is incredible and very hard to beat. The location is perfect you are steps from the Duomo and right in the heart of the shopping stores. The check in process was very easy and Massimo was a great help and very responsive.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Die Villa war unglaublich, der Ausblick, die Möbel, die Zimmer und der Pool. Wir waren so glücklich, dort zu sein. Die Zimmer waren neu und sauber. Auf jedes Detail wurde geachtet. Christina war unglaublich hilfreiche und immer erreichbar. Ohne sie wären wir aufgeschmissen. Wir hatten leider öfter private Probleme und jedes Mal hat sie uns geholfen und uns Lösungen gebracht. Wir mich und meine Freunde war dieser Aufenthalt unvergesslich!

Our stay at the villa felt like living in a postcard- breathtaking surroundings! The historic villa was charming and comfortable for our group of 5. The area is idyllic and the onsite winery is a fantastic plus. We enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor areas. Great laundry facilities as well . Vicky was very helpful and gave us great advice on local sites. We would definitely return !

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

What an amazing getaway from the busy parts of Italy! This villa is more than you can imagine, with a beautiful view, phenomenal pool, big kitchen, and many private rooms. The lovely smells from the garden, particularly the rosemary, added a great touch!

Photos qui correspondent entièrement a la description. La vue est a couper le souffle, la piscine est très bien et bien entretenue, le coin terrasse pour manger est très bien, surtout avec la vue sur la campagne toscane. L'intérieur du logement est vieillot mais correct. C'est paisible, on entend très peu de bruits. En quelques minutes à pied vous êtes dans le centre ville. Pour les propriétaires de chiens comme nous , il faut plutôt avoir un chien non fugueur et le surveiller un minimum. En effet, même un gros chien peut passer a travers la cloture présente. Le terrain est entièrement cloturé, a part 2 chemins qui donnent accès aux vignes, pas de route à ce niveau. Ces 2 chemins se trouvent vers l'arrière de la maison, il est donc possible de faire comprendre a son chien de rester plutôt sur l'avant, où il y a déjà pas mal d'espace. Concernant l'hôte, Franco est extrêmement réactif pour répondre à nos interrogations et très accueillant.

Super schön. Die kleinen nicht perfekten Dinge haben es perfekt gemacht. Es war Toskana pur und der Pool war super. Das Haus ist sehr alt, aber liebevoll renoviert - und es liegt einfach ruhig mitten in der Natur. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Mathilde war sehr hilfreich und super freundlich. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist spannend zu fahren, aber sehr schön. Wir hatten 9 sehr schöne Tage hier und wollten eigentlich nicht wieder weg 😉

Lorenzo was a fantastic host. Any question we had he answered straight away. The villa was lovely, peaceful and the views were amazing. When we arrived at the villa Mario was there to meet us. He then drove us to the supermarket and helped us with our shopping, he couldn’t have been more helpful! The bus stop is just up the road so getting into Florence was easy. At the end of our holiday Mario drove us to the airport as we were having trouble getting a taxi. Nothing was too much trouble. This was a holiday to remember! Thank you Lorenzo & Mario
