Consiglio vivamente Podere Sasso Antico , una bella colonica ristrutturata con buon gusto ( non il solito " arredo rustico") Il piacere di stare in cima al monte , con ampie vedute, un panorama mozzafiato, silenzio e notti stellate e godersi di giorno il mare, Baratti e dintorni, che sono raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo. Susanna è una padrona di casa accogliente e premurosa , vi darà tantissime informazioni , e Peppe ( il loro cane) è adorabile. La strada sterrata si inerpica nel bosco ma Susanna mette a disposizione il suo fuoristrada ( se non si ha una macchina adeguata) e questa diventa una divertente esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!! Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Host molto serio e reattivo, appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Posizione ideale per raggiungere con Bus il centro di Firenze in circa 25 minuti. Parcheggio facile da trovare su strisce bianche. Consigliatissimo.

Nada's place will hold a special place in my heart, it was the highlight of our trip through Italy. This is a one of a kind BnB! The cooking class with Viola and Ramondo was an unforgettable experience! Very helpful host, you could feel her love in the apartment. Generous accommodations, clean and cozy. Stunning views and though a little remote, close enough to restaurants and markets. pisa and Florence are a very easy day trip and everything from the hosts recommendations were incredible, she even saved us when I couldn't seem to book a reservation! Can not say anything negative about this amazing experience! I'll be back.

Mérite + que 5 étoiles! Maison très jolie et avec de beaux matériaux, un bel équipement. Tout à disposition. Ont même laissé de quoi se faire un petit déjeuner (lait beurre, confiture…) et les condiments. Entrée privative, sécurisée et jardin! Un accueil parfait, très gentil et en anglais! Vraiment parfait nous recommandons ++++++++++++! Et MERCI à nos hôtes et au jeune homme qui nous a accueilli.

Giglio war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation auf englisch reibungslos..Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und entspricht den Fotos. Giglio ist eine sehr freundliche und empathische Person mit der wir viel gelacht haben und sie uns äußerst liebevoll empfangen und auch am Schluss wieder verabschiedet.

Appartamento molto accogliente e luminoso, l'host è reattivo e disponibile. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, consigliatissimo!

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

Lorenzo’s apartment was well positioned for exploring all of Florence, super clean, cozy and comfortable. He was super communicative about check in, and answered all of our questions (how to keep the flame on with the stovetop!). The location is perfect for exploring Florence, with everything right at your fingertips. We loved Wanda Cafe right across the street! The weather was a bit too cool in the evenings and mornings to enjoy the patio, but it is lovely. The heat works well inside and we were very cozy! Lorenzo left us some candies and juice and biscuits which was much appreciated and other items for cooking and basic coffee/tea items. We’d return and would recommend it. Beds and linens all very clean too!

un superbe accueil. le logement était vraiment très propre.nous qui sommes très regardant le dessus c'était vraiment top. il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, machine à café... avec le café offert en plus 👍. un superbe panier avec des fruits et légumes du jardin. possible pour kes enfants de faire du poney. la piscine pour finir se rafraîchir était très bien aussi même si il manque quelque transat quand les logements sont tous plein.

‘Perfect’ is the best way to describe our stay. Location, staff, communication, apartment, everything was just perfect! Look no further, this can only be highly recommended for everyone going to Florence. Consider though that the 2nd bedroom is on an elevated platform in the main living space, so it lacks a bit of privacy if that’s crucial to you.

Andrea et Emmanuel sont des super hôtes. Ils sont prêts à vous aider si vous avez besoin. Ils ont été d’une grande aide pour nous. On recommande fortement l’endroit, avec une voiture vous avez accès à pleins d’endroits et le stationnement dans la rue est facile. Proche de plages et de lieux historiques. Un endroit paisible.

Excelente. No buscaría más. Muy agradable, amplio y linda vista. Ricasoli es una gran ubicación y por eso puede ser algo ruidoso (campanas de la Iglesia, transeúntes), pero está muy bien ubicado y con una terraza con vista directa al Duomo que más que compensa!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung und es war toll! Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und das Meer ist gut zu erreichen. Schnell gelangt man auch nach Pisa oder Florenz. Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und hatte sehr viele nützliche Gegenstände. Selbst ein Bügelbrett. Die Kommunikation war wunderbar und jederzeit sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall !!!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr nett, abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Beide Supermärkte sind sehr nah. Das Dorfzentrum ist nur ca. 500 m und der Strand 1 km entfernt. Francesca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Wonderful, spacious apartment in the San Frediano neighborhood. A short walk from the bustle of the city center while also having a real neighborhood feel complete with wonderful restaurants and shops. A special shout out to Marco who made our stay so special! He was kind, responsive and friendly. He gave us great recommendations on places to eat and things to do, answered any questions we had promptly and helped book a car for our early morning flight. An all round excellent experience that made our vacation very memorable.

We had a lovely stay at casa di Vanda. A home away from home with all the amenities needed. We were met by the hosts who gave us a guided tour to the house and the neighborhood. They have an excellent guidebook with detailed instructions to work appliances and transportation, etc. They even assisted us with a personal issue during our stay. The home was beautiful and well-cared for in a nice neighborhood. A pastry and coffee shop on the corner and a small grocery store less than 2 blocks away. Communication was good the entire stay. Public transportation to and from the city center is easy. We have no complaints and would definitely stay again.

Very good place to stay in the center of Firenze! The apartment was perfect for us, a nice well-equipped kitchen, a nice sitting room with TV, a very clean and practical bathroom, a bedroom at the back of the apartment which is quiet. The apartment is well located near all great places in Firenze and not so far from the station. We also could take the apartment much before the usual check-in time, which was very convenient for us! Rita and Carlo are nice, give you nice tips and react very quickly. A place to come back for sure!

Soggiorno a Punta Ala stupendo, l’appartamento era come da descrizione: funzionale, rinnovato con gusto e a pochi gradini dal porto di Punta Ala, in un contesto residenziale davvero tranquillo e ben tenuto. La veranda era davvero godibile. Lucia è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni caso. È stato davvero un piacere, speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo.
