We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

I had a wonderful time at this amazing apartment in Pisa. My had our two dogs, and the large enclosed garden was perfect for them! The apartment is clean and comfortable and has very cozy lighting. It is close to everything in Pisa with a great cafe close by. The clothes washer was great and there's a laundromat with a dryer very close by. I highly recommend this stay, and the host was so nice and accommodating.

Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

Amazing home! Cozy and location is beautiful. Sunsets on the terrace are breathtaking. Isabella is very kind and accommodating and provided great recommendations. The place is a short drive to many restaurants and grocery store. Would stay again!

I am very glad that we got such a hostess! She is very polite, very responsive! We met for the first time, but it was as if we had known each other for many years. The house is in a very comfortable and beautiful place!! It is very clean and very cozy!! If I come to Tuscany again, then only to Caterina!)

coppia molto carina e pronta ad aiutare. Ci tornerei ad occhi chiusi.... stupenda la casa, pulita, cucina molto ben accessoriata e stupenda spiaggia con gazebo privato in spiaggia.

Wir waren zu zweit bei Chiara und ihre Familie zu Gast. Unseren zweiten Aufenthalt im September konnten wir sehr genießen. Nicht zuletzt, weil sich unsere Gastgeber genauso gefreut haben, wie wir uns wieder zu treffen. Natürlich auch die Hunde. Bereits am ersten Abend durften wir zu Gast sein, von Chiaras Geburtstagsfeier. Immer wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten, wurde uns wunderbar geholfen. Für Unternehmungen im Umland und um diesem Bereich kennen zu lernen, ist Molina di Quosa der perfekte Standort. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen. Grazie mille, Chiara e Davide e Andrea

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

Es war sehr toll bei Giovanni. Er hat mit einer Karte alles über die Möglichkeiten angezeigt, die es in der Umgebung gibt. Der Pool ist herrlich, man kann sich dort wunderbar erholen und natürlich schwimmen. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und gepflegt, wir konnten dort super mit unserem 15 Monate altem Kind spielen. Außerdem hat Giovanni viele tolle Sachen für den Kleinen gebracht (Spielturm, Hochstuhl, Spielsachen etc .) Auch Monika war super lieb und hat uns bei allem geholfen. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We came to catch the November truffle festival. Close enough to town for a 15 min walk, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and the hills. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa is so tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and whimsical items both contemporary and ancient. The house is bathed in natural sunlight. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and his cleaning lady is equally gracious. The property is absolutely spotless, the kitchens are fully equipped, and the beds are so comfortable. Very quiet. There is a small garden that my son just loved traipsing around, smelling the rosemary, oregano and picking random olives. Lorenzo also had a guide book that he had created, and it provided some excellent suggestions in terms of itineraries. Lastly there was one really sweet outdoor cat that we loved seeing daily. Highly recommend staying here!

Eine traumhafte Zeit. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kleinkindern bestens zufrieden. Die Wohnung sah viel besser als wie auf den Fotos aus. Blitzblanke und gut ausgestattete Küche. Den meisten spaß hatten wir am Pool, wunderschöne Aussicht und super ruhig. Nur 45 min. von Pisa Turm entfernt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

Nous avons passé 15 jours à Casanova. La maison était très propre et nous nous y sommes sentis bien tout de suite. Environnement paisible et agréable bien situé pour des départs vers les villes majeures de la région. Les 2 semaines où nous y étions étaient très chaudes et de ce fait la température dans la maison également, surtout dans les chambres. Les terrasses des 3 logements sont situées en face de la maison et malgré qu’elles soient privatives sont en enfilade les unes par rapport aux autres séparées seulement par des canisses. La proximité et le bruit du voisinage est notre seul bémol. L’espace piscine est agréable et chacun dispose de sa zone de transats.

We were looking for a short (2 nights) stay around Florence for 4 adults to experience local italian lifestyle and taste some wines. This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Host communicated very well and was helpful for solving our needs. She also organized dinner for us directly at the appartment. The house was old fashioned but comfortable. The stay is on a farm so there is a lot of nature around. We also had a tour around the farm and winery and a wine and cheese tasting. The wines are very good. The combination with cheeses is perfect. Overall a very memorable stay.

Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und wie beschrieben angetroffen, und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Anna Maria und ihr Mann haben hier ein kleines Paradies gestaltet. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird diese in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung auch finden. Die Terrasse ist nicht nur für Sonnenuntergänge perfekt, sondern auch für den Blick in den Sternenhimmel! Der Platz war für uns mit zwei Kindern ausreichend, da wir sowieso meist draussen waren. Den kleinen Laden im benachbarten Colle d'Orano können wir empfehlen. Wir haben die Woche in Patresi sehr genossen!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con le nostre figlie adolescenti ed i nostri animali. L'alloggio è molto pulito e confortevole in una zona tranquilla con posto auto personale. Facile da raggiungere. Ha tutto ciò che occorre per poter soggiornare ed abbiamo anche trovato caffè, necessario per la colazione dei primi giorni, olio, sale e tutto l'indispensabile. Alessandro ci ha premesso di arrivare prima dell'orario previsto per il check in e siamo stati accolti da suo padre, una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo visitato una parte della Toscana sempre splendida e, complice anche il bel tempo, sono stati giorni meravigliosi. Sicuramente da tornarci e da consigliare. Grazie Alessandro di tutto.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Großartige Lage an einem der schönsten Strände. Man benötigt kein Auto um zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die warme Außendusche war unser Highlight nach einem langen Strandtag.

We enjoyed our stay at Matteo's apartment, he is a cool, sympathetic guy. There were also no communication issues cause he speaks english fluently (which is rare in this area).

Elisabetta è stata molto accogliente e amichevole, è stata anche sempre molto attenta a qualsiasi esigenza. L'alloggio è molto confortevole ed è molto ben fornito. Ottima esperienza!

Abbiamo passato delle splendide giornate, il posto è stupendo siamo stati benissimo sia noi che il nostro campione a 4 zampe, karol e la sua famiglia sono stupendi, gentilissimi sempre a disposizione. La struttura è situata in un punto ottimo per gli spostamenti a pochi chilometri si raggiungono bellissimi paesi da visitare. L'appartamento è bello comodo e pulitissimo consiglio questo alloggio al 100% . Grazie di tutto a presto Micaela, Marco e Chaz.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo B&B a San Gimignano! La casa è davvero carina, curata nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto pulitissima. La posizione è ottima per visitare il borgo e godersi la tranquillità della zona. Un grande grazie ai proprietari, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili, facendoci sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente!
