Gabriel’s place was clean, peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The garden was majestic, full of blooming roses. It is a big roomy house and was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there was more than enough towels and bed linen. I recommend Gabriel’s place without hesitation.

We live on the coast of North Carolina and this was our first time visiting Guatemala. Matt's home was very spacious and after 2 nights in Antigua without hot water, it was so nice to have plenty of hot water here. Matt was very responsive and addressed our few minor questions quickly and completely. My husband was pleased with the excellent WiFi as he had to work the entire time while my daughter and I spent most of our time at Transformacion Ballet helping with their ministry. We felt very safe as we walked to and from town. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and how dark the bedrooms were at night made for good sleeping. Dogs barked some but by bedtime they were quiet so it didn't bother us at all. The beds and pillows were comfy. I had concerns of being too cold at night but the extra blankets kept me nice and cozy. Landscaping is beautiful/well maintained. We had planned on Juana cooking for us but sadly ended up not being able due to my husband's work schedule.

El lugar muy lindo! Nos funcionó perfecto para nuestra estadía de 6 personas. Si cuenta con 4 baños completos. Me ayudaron muy bien con un parqueo parqueo ya que no hay un espacio dentro de la casa y por fuera es pequeña la calle. Siempre fueron muy atentas a mis dudas

Wonderfully located nearby many great shops and restaurants. About 5 min or less walk to the lake for unbelievable views of the water and volcanoes. Lovely friendly area, lots to do! Loved Panajachel, awaiting our return!

By far the best place we have stayed!!! House was perfect, amazing decor and every piece with thought and use of local artisans. Very spacious, kitchen had everything we needed. Great living space indoors and out. Fabulous bed and bathroom and multiple verandas. The grounds around the house were stunning and offered so many places to relax in the beautiful nature. Close to Antigua to see the beautiful historic properties and explore the local area. We could have easily spent weeks here. I have nothing but great things to say!!! Rosa showed me the library she has created for the local children and it is impressive and beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is 10 minutes away from everything. There were quite a lot of turns to get to the house but that’s just how it is in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe being there. The house was clean overall but there were always critters that got in somehow, not the fault of the host. It’s just Guatemala. I did have a tiny problem with the person in charge of cleaning but I contacted the host Fabian and he corrected it immediately. Thanks again! Thanks again Fabian. I definitely look forward to staying here again in the near future. I will recommend to my family and friends.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las imágenes, muy limpio y todo en orden. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos ahí.

Muchísimas gracias por permitirme a mi familia y amigos disfrutar de su impecable condominio, realmente la pasamos muy bien y nos gustó mucho. Sin duda alguna cada que vuelva por Ciudad de Guatemala me hospedaría aquí mismo. Lo recomiendo sin miedo alguno. No tengo ninguna tan sola queja. Recomendación: Poner especial atención a las instrucciones de acceso para que al igual que yo, no se te haga difícil acceder ni al sótano ni al condominio o elevadores.

Es un apartamento muy lindo muy bien ubicado, las fotos se quedan cortas Erika tienen amueblado el apartamento con un gusto exquisito con todo lo necesario me he quedado en muchos Airbnb y podría decir que este ha sido uno de los más completos Erika ha pensado hasta en el último detalle para que uno se sienta como en casa la cocina con todo lo necesario el baño igual sus sábanas, camas y almohadas riquísimas en fin estoy encantada con el apartamento además Erika es muy atenta y responde muy rápido los mensajes volvería con todo gusto lo súper recomiendo.
