My Mom and I took a trip to Puerto Rico and stayed a week at Casa Birdsong hosted by Mary and Jim. Check in was easy. The space was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and furniture and all amenities as described. Always found everything we needed and they provided plenty of things one might accidentally forget to bring. The private pool was a huge plus and it was quite large. Good ocean view from the patio and pool as well. There is a small road in between the property and the ocean, but the road was never very busy, so not an issue. Lots of walkable restaurants that had great food, good prices, and fantastic ocean views. The immediate beach is not the best for swimming, but there’s an accessible one about 1km South and if you have a car there are several amazing ones within a 30-40 or so minute drive. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

Our stay at Ryan's AirB&B in Aguada was incredible! My entire family (adults, teenagers, young kids) found something they loved about the house and the property. The back of the house with the infinite pool and ocean just footsteps away was even more amazing in-person than in pictures. Indoors, the house is clean and well appointed, super comfortable bed, plenty of linens and towels, and bathrooms were in good shape. The house is easily kept at a comfortable temp with AC units in bedrooms and fans to help circulate air. In addition, large class doors open to allow for the constant breeze from the ocean to flow through. Outdoors, the property was beautifully landscaped. Additional perks included quality beach towels and most anything you could imagine needing to enjoy the beach. The house location is private and convenient, like pastries and sandwiches from Eileen's Bakery, just a 4-min walk. Honestly, it was hard to leave and we can't wait to return! Thank you to Ryan & Erica!

Loved everything about this place! Beautiful, clean, didn’t want for anything. Jeff and Rae were sweet, hospitable, and caring! I hope we can stay here again in the future!

We were welcomed with a treat and some beverages which was very nice. The house was super accommodating with two bathrooms inside and an additional full bathroom outside that came in very handy with three couples getting ready at the same time. It was also equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Very clean and modern. Outdoor amenities were great! Wish they had beach chairs to take on outings but they did have a cooler available. Also did not have a hair dryer so I had to go out and buy one since I had a wedding to attend and couldn’t just let my hair air dry. Other than that, it was a very comfortable home to vacation in. Backyard surroundings are beautiful and private. Two minute walk to bakery. Would love to stay here again in the future. This home was exactly like the pictures! It was a beautiful, spacious and had alot of things to keep everyone entertained. The secluded property allows for peace and quiet and the outdoor space was perfect for the PR weather. Thank you for a great experience.

Our stay at Casa Rosado was a great experience. Carlos and Carla are amazing, we felt like we knew them forever. They care about the guest and comfortability, Very clean home. They both were very easy to talk to and great listener. I strongly suggest this home for a private getaway or family. I was sad to leave, wished we could've stay longer. We will definitely go back.

Excellent stay. Nearly all of the island suddenly lost power on New Years Eve and Hector immediately came to the home and fired up the generator to get us light, air conditioning, etc. He showed up often to refill the generator with gasoline until the power was restored on the island. Hector reached out often as well just to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. He even offered to let us stay longer than our reservation was. The home itself was clean, welcoming, and had more than adequate parking. This place is a gem.

This was an excellent place and probably our favorite of our trip. The space was very clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. There was a grocery store just a few minutes away and beautiful beach within 5 minutes. We would definitely stay again. Guayabo ocean breeze restaurant was delicious with very friendly staff.

Luis place is okay for sleeping purposes. The house next door their backyard is on the pre-maces of Luis place and every morning at 7am neighbors will stand behind our room window to talked which was a bit annoying if you want to sleep in. The bathroom shower is too small. Needs a little bit of an upgrade. But overall is was an good place to stay in. Luis is very helpful and respond quickly to our needs.

Rental was as described; clean, comfortable, private. Nice outdoor covered patio. Basic beach supplies available, and laundry on-site. Comfortable stay for family of 5.

Great location- about 10-12min to Rincon downtown. Appreciate Stefan giving us directions on how to get there, as they avoided most of the narrow mountain roads. Stefan was also very quick to respond. We were a group of 9 and fit comfortably, had enough kitchenware to cook breakfast both mornings. Only downside was the water temp and pressure. Pressure was great if you only had 2 showers running, but wouldn’t hold if you tried to use all 3 at the same time. Then the water temp never got hot hot, but also never cold, so good enough. Not sure how much control the host has over these two factors. Overall would recommend- the balcony was a great place to hang with the group.

I am beyond thankful for Louise being able to accommodate our party of 5 extremely last minute. We traveled here for a very somber circumstance and she didn’t hesitate to host us and communicate with me with sensitivity and kindness about our situation. The house was spotless and it had everything we needed. The AC was a game changer. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, our party of 5 was completely comfortable. The fridge also had a water dispenser which was so nice because we didn’t have to buy water at the store. We will definitely look to staying here again for future trips.

Paul was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. During our stay, the island experienced a power outage, but Paul ensured we still had access to power and water, so we were never without anything we needed. It’s a beautiful place, and renting from Paul was an absolute pleasure.
