We stayed at Wanda's for two weeks. It was great! Wanda was a very thoughtful and gracious host. We were in walking distance to restaurants, bars, and ice cream! Wanda made sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations of things to do in Aguada and the neighboring cities. We would definitely stay at Wanda's again and tell our family and friends about her place.

Lovey home in Rincon, PR A little hard to find the streets in the dark. Ian's directions helped a lot. Ian displayed great hospitality. If your considering a visit to Rincon this home is worth looking into

Perfect place to relax and the view is amazing. The sound of the waves, priceless. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here. We chose the location because it's close to my son who we were visiting. It's located across from the ocean and beach which depending on conditions, some days you can swim or catch a sunset there. A bakery (sell baked goods, coffee, sandwhiches, snacks etc.) and a couple of chincurros (bars) are within easy walking distance. If you're able to walk farther/longer, there's more to access. We interacted with Logan, who was very responsive and helpful. When the AC went down in one of the bedrooms, he offered us to use one of the other vacant units on the property and the contractors were scheduled immediately to fix the issue. The property has a couple of grills, multiple outside places to relax or eat. And you'll even find some snorkeling supplies, towels and a beach umbrella and chairs to use. We would definitely come back!

Perfect place for a family vacation. The villa was perfect. Pictures were true to the location. The beach was in walking distance. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing this gorgeous space and for all the great details you provided. We will be back. For those who love the beach- One of the most beautiful locations I have been to over the years. The beach was pristine. We walked to Sandy beach most days to swim more comfortably. We did not use the gym/pool- so cannot comment to those aspects of the stay.

We loved this tropical penthouse in Rincón! The rooftop dipping pool looks like an infinity pool from some angles—perfect for lounging at sunset. We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the ocean and grilled dinner in the outdoor lounge (not enclosed but stayed cozy, even during light rain). Bedroom had a comfy king bed and hidden TV behind mirrored closet; outdoor lounge also had a TV. Kitchen was bright and functional (note: no oven, just stove & microwave). Direct beach access was a bonus—rocky entry but swimmable on calm days, and great surf nearby. Beach gear (chairs, boards, paddleboard, umbrella) was provided. We appreciated guest-donated extras like spices, coffee, and Band-Aids. Things to know: bedroom windows and shades didn’t work well; the host offered quick repair, but we declined to avoid disruption. Would’ve been nice to enjoy the ocean breeze—hopefully next time. Overall, peaceful, welcoming, good directions to locate, and well-situated for the area.

My Mom and I took a trip to Puerto Rico and stayed a week at Casa Birdsong hosted by Mary and Jim. Check in was easy. The space was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and furniture and all amenities as described. Always found everything we needed and they provided plenty of things one might accidentally forget to bring. The private pool was a huge plus and it was quite large. Good ocean view from the patio and pool as well. There is a small road in between the property and the ocean, but the road was never very busy, so not an issue. Lots of walkable restaurants that had great food, good prices, and fantastic ocean views. The immediate beach is not the best for swimming, but there’s an accessible one about 1km South and if you have a car there are several amazing ones within a 30-40 or so minute drive. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

This place has a beautiful view it’s right on the beach. The bed was comfy, kitchen items of good quality. The furniture inside the house it’s getting old and some of it could use a refresher, but you can’t beat the location it’s right on the beach. We loved it.

We had a lovely stay here! Home was perfect and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the location and hilltop views. Communication was great and house was super clean. The pool was a little too cold to enjoy. We hope to return!

The place exceeded all our expectations, and we absolutely loved our stay! The house is spacious, spotless, and perfectly situated on a hill with a stunning view. It was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to a supermarket, several restaurants, and a beautiful beach. Alberto's mother on the first floor was always friendly, bringing a warm and positive vibe to the house. Alberto was incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything. I definitely recommend this AirBnb!

The place was great for my family, and looked exactly as described. Spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms gave us the comfort we needed. The host has been helpful, responsive and waited for us till late in the evening to handover the house to us and make sure we’re all set. Location is close to Rincon downtown and the lovely beaches. Outside is a bit dark in the night, but the neighborhood is safe. Wi-fi working absolutely fine but can be improved for upstairs. Thank you for hosting us. I would recommend.

Can't say enough about what a wonderful host Jayson is. We had another great stay. We always have everything we need. This is by far the best place to stay on the island. Can't wait to plan our next stay!

Great deal for such a large place. Very close to the beach, but it’s a steep walk up the hill so we usually drove with all our gear. Very kid-friendly, lots of toys to play with. We used their camping chairs for the beach but two broke (just from rust and normal use) and they were very apologetic. Super responsive and quick: the washing machine was leaking and Maria’s husband came over right away. Although there were lots of stairs and we had an elderly relative with us, the stair railing is extremely sturdy so it wasn’t a problem for him.

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

Spectacular apartment with the waves crashing next to you. Moonlight over the water through the window every night of the bedroom. Everything was perfect and beautiful. AC worked great. Worth noting it is a 4th floor walkup. No elevator, however the owner discloses this in the listing. Would absolutely go again.

Pepe's View has the most amazing & beautiful view of any airbnb we have ever stayed at. We loved having such a beautiful deck to hang out on and grill and play cards on... the hot tub was amazing after a long day of running around exploring the island!! the pool is such a great way to spend the day if we didnt go out some days..we stayed a month amd did not want to leave! It felt like our own little home away from home. God willing, we will get back to PR and Stay again!! We would definitely recommend Pepe's View to all who want their own lil cozy apartment so close to beautiful Rincon and the great beaches in Rincon... and also our favorite Crashboat beach in Aguadilla!! Grandma's Steakhouse so close to Pepe's View has AMAZING steaks!! Brenda y Danny are the best hosts around-so sweet and helpful... All you need is so conveniently close to where we stayed...great place for sure!

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous

El apartamento demasiado limpio, equipado, organizado y hermoso! El complejo como tal es perfecto para pasar unos días en familia y a la vez relajarse. Muy tranquilo, callado y organizado. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos, quedamos encantados con el lugar y la experiencia. ¡Agradecidos!

It is a beautiful apartment, helpful instructions to find the place and get in, clean and right on the beach. It met all our criteria for our visit. The sound of the Ocean and the view from the living room were awesome. Had all the amenities one would need for a short stay. Cozy little place by the Ocean for a quick getaway !
