We spend 5 days at Jose place and I was great,the location is perfect, quiet, private parking and close to the freeway. Jose was always responsible and always taking care of us. Definitely will stay again, and I recommended to stay at Jose place.

Great place to stay in Carolina to get away from the crowds in San Juan. It’s located a short drive from the city but still more relaxed in a residential area. The murals and back patio area are also nice touches that make this place more unique.

We were a group of 9, and stayed in apartments 301 & 302, for a week. Both apartments were as described in the listings. Kitchen counters are a bit tight if you plan on utilizing the space for more than just breakfast. The various layers of security, like locked gates to the parking areas, locked main door to the apartment building, and locks on the individual apartments are nice but a bit cumbersome at times. Overall, a good experience.

Carmen’s place was great! Perfect location for my visit. The bakery next door was great for our morning coffee. We enjoyed the outdoor space and hammock every day. Carmen and her husband were very nice. I would recommend their place and will stay here again.

Jose was a lovely host for a lovely place. The location was ideal for all we wanted to see, and Ubers were affordable from the area too! The patio spaces (yes 2!) were nice to dry our wet bathing suits or enjoy a drink while listening for the coqui frogs at night. We were really appreciative that Jose arranged for us to hold our bags after check out so we could enjoy the last hours unburdened before flying home. The beach is literally at the end of the street and beach towels were provided too! I saw another post say there was not hot water, but there was! It just takes a moment to heat up (I assume it’s a small shared water heater). Overall wonderful experience and will recommend this place to others!

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The enclosed patio was lovely. Both dinner and breakfast restaurants were within walking distance.

Eddie, his wife, and son-in-law were amazing! We got lost pretty late at night and Eddie/his son-in-law did an amazing job guiding us to the Airbnb! Eddie gave us great recommendation and the little store they owned near by was awesome! Thank you so much for getting my daughter a birthday cake and balloons! The cake was not only thoughtful, but delicious! We enjoyed the hammocks and the place was spotless. The shower was hot for all three showers and it was just so comfortable. We also enjoyed the arcade games! Absolutely will stay again and sharing with everyone we know!

Michael's place was extremely clean and included lots of amenities to make us feel right at home. Loved the attention to detail and the effort put in to make the home so beautiful with the golden theme across the living spaces, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Private gated parking within the building is a huge plus! And the location is awesome - so much to do around with highly rated restaurants. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb and we'd be back here when we visit San Juan next.

I loved everything, the house is very cozy, the neighborhood place too. We were very happy there.

Amazing place! Perfect location for going to to the beach, San Juan, or the rain forest! The place has a bathroom for each room which is a major plus. Not to mention a heated pool and central air which is a huge positive! 5/5 would def stay here again

My friends and I had the most wonderful stay at Rose and Jose’s home! The penthouse looks even better in person than in the pictures! We loved the large balcony overlooking the beach, and all the ocean views from the bedrooms. The location was amazing! It was right on the beach but also close to the nightlife in old San Juan! Right outside the building there were chairs to rent for $5; the apartment had towels and beach Essentials . We had everything we needed! We loved every minute of our stay here; we didn’t want to leave!

Loved staying at Tania’s place in Isla Verde. The apartment is spacious, clean and in a great location. The building is secure and has a pool and direct access to the beach. Tania is a great host, attentive and responsive. Highly recommended and I will be definitely staying here again!

It was a great stay felt right at home. The local neighborhood was very calm and peaceful very beautiful view of the ocean. Yoly was very helpful and suggested a lot of local places to go visit. Very recommended place.

Loved the location. we did not have a car so it was nice to be in a happening neighborhood. I especially loved the very quick walk to the beach. We booked a tour for El Yunque and could walk to the pick up spot. Thanks for the coffee and decaf! Nice to have a cup before starting the days adventures. I really appreciated Josem’s quick replies to my questions.

We booked almost 6 months ahead of time for our first time vacation to Puerto Rico. The place was absolutely exact to what was described and in the photos. I never give five star reviews. but I feel that this small place met all of our needs 100%

Milly was such a lovely host. It was our first time in PR and she was always checking in on us to make sure we were okay. She gave great recommendations of things to do in PR and even offered to change our towels. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and we felt safe. Thank you so much!🩷

The condo is beautiful. Well maintained and clean. The AC was great. Janet & Kyle are very responsive, I highly recommend.
