Milagros' place was perfect for a quick stay after a late night flight in to San Juan. Super close to the airport - only about 7 min drive from the terminal. We appreciated the flexible check-in and easy instructions. Milagros had a ton of bottled waters in the fridge for us and the a/c going - both were a respite for us weary travelers! The unit was as described. The bed I slept in (queen bed) was uncomfortably hard but it was fine for one night. There were artificial air fresheners in the bedrooms and bathrooms, which I'm allergic to, but we hid them all in a room we weren't using and I took some medication. This is nothing against Milagros, because I didn't ask about this in advance or mention it during our stay. I mention here so that if you have the same sort of issue, you can ask Milagros in advance to remove them, and I am sure Milagros would be happy to help. Overall, we enjoyed our quick stay.

We stayed at a lot of wonderful places during our trip, but Mary’s place was the only one that really felt like home. The house was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with every possible amenity you could think of. Beach chairs, coolers, aloe, bandaids— you name it. Mary is truly a gem— she helped us with snorkeling spots, shopping recommendations, gave us the lowdown on El Yunque, and really made us feel so comfortable and welcome. We didn’t want to leave!! You will be missing out if you don’t stay here!!

Sylvette was an amazing host, she was really attentive and hospitable. The space itself was clean and had everything we’d ever need. Communication was flawless, so checking in and out went smoothly. Would definitely come back again next time we visit!

The apartment was very comfortable, cute, spotless, and had everything we needed. The outdoor amenities included a sparkling pool, wonderful hot tub, pool table, patio, and grill situated in beautiful, peaceful and private surroundings with views of the mountains in the distance. The host was kind, helpful, and always responsive.

Beautiful home! Outside has beautiful plants & artwork. Host is very responsive & helpful. We had issues with the water being cold but he came in & fixed it right away! In a great location! Would recommend 10/10!

This apartment is safe, well-lit, and spacious. Ramona is lovely and kind, and she was helpful and gracious during my stay. I loved the outdoor terrace, having a park nearby where I walked frequently, and the quiet neighborhood. I also appreciated that there was a Walmart close by. Something to keep in mind is that Carolina is not part of San Juan proper, and at least for me, everything that I was interested in doing and seeing was a 15 to 30-minute Uber drive away. Also, the morning light in the apartment can be quite strong since there is no covering over the door that leads to the terrace, and at night, I felt a little exposed, even though it was a completely safe neighborhood and I knew rationally that no one was looking in. Overall, if you are looking for an attractive, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I recommend this apartment. I hope to come back here. Gracias por todo Ramona, fue un placer.

Great place to stay. Wonderful hosts as well, quick responses. The power went out for a few hours one day but Jose turned on a generator until the power came back. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely enjoyed my stay.

Six girls, a few nights, and the cutest house ever—it was giving ✨girls getaway✨ in the best way possible. The place was spotless, and decorated with Puerto Rico details. Everything was just as described (if not better!), and the hosts were super responsive and accommodating. COULD NOT RECOMMEND MORE-they are so kind and accommodating! The location was great, the vibes were immaculate, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re looking for the perfect spot for a girls’ trip or a roomy space, this is it! 10/10 would book again! 💕🌴✨

We absolutely loved the place. The outside feels like you are in a garden. So many plants and flowers. We were greeted by two little outdoor cats and my kids spent a lot time sitting outside petting the friendly kitties. The place was clean and felt cozy. The view of the mountains was beautiful. Samuel was very attentive and responded to all messages very quickly. The place was also easy to find.

Camilo was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to suggest places to eat and things to do. Went to one of the restaurants he suggested and really liked the food.

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place!

This home is everything that we've ever wanted in an AirBNB. If you are looking for a vacation home that's in the city, or in a touristy area, this it not it. Rather, if you want an authentic Puerto Rico neighborhood experience, this is it! The location was easy to find, as long as you used the Google Maps coordinate that is shared with you. We felt so at home. I spent most nights sitting on the rooftop, listening to the coquis frogs talking to one another. The neighbors that we met were so kind and welcoming. We needed to reach out to the hosts for a few things, and they were very responsive. I truly felt so at home and would have loved staying another week.... or even more ;-). The ocean was a quick two'ish block walk, totally flat and easy to walk. All in all, this was a lovely home, great neighborhood, and well worth the price.

Un lugar muy espectacular para quedarse, muy limpio, organizado y acogedor. Sin mencionar que el personal encargado es muy atento. En mi caso Maryoris fue el personal encargado de mi hospedaje, estuvo muy atenta, muy amable y asegurándose que todo estuviera perfecto para así mismo pasar la estadía. Me explicó todo al detalle y a la perfección. De verdad que con el trato de ella y el lugar pasarán su mejor estadía.

Francesca was a great hostess. She responded almost immediately to all my questions. Provided great tips about the local cuisine. She was very easy to work with and very very patient. She made our whole stay very comfortable and stressless.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. It was a 5 minute walk to ocean park beach and is right off Calle Loiza with tons of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The close proximity to Walgreens was nice as well. The Airbnb was fully stocked with everything you could need and the host was very responsive and friendly. My only complaint is the level of noise from the street when i was trying to sleep some mornings.

We had a comfy stay in Puerto de Tierra! There is a plug-in hot stove and microwave available, as well as a full-size fridge and freezer. We were provided with bath towels, as well as beach towels and beach gear. Everything was clean and A/C worked! There were great recommendations posted in a frame on the wall by the door and the area is definitely walkable. Neighbors were very kind, specifically one older woman who lived on the first floor unit; she saved us a couple of times when the gate was being weird and when the key broke. There was a master key included on the set of keys that allowed access through the downstairs garden gate. Honestly, we’d been using the front gate the entire time until the key broke inside of the lock. When we messaged the hosts, they let us know we could just enter through the back, which we actually realized was a way better entrance anyway since Ubers normally drop you off there anyway if you place the pick-up/drop-off to the address provided.

WOW WOW! What can I say about the place? I wasn't sure about visiting Puerto Rico with all the YouTube videos, as many people unfortunately criticize the island! The reason I booked this place was because of its central location, meaning close to San Juan and the central mountains! The condo is EXTREMELY secure, no complaints there. The arrival was easy; they handed me the keys along with the BEEPER for the security gate, which also works for entering the property. The pool is just a 2-minute walk away, the Hilton hotel beach is 7 minutes, and within 15 minutes on foot, you have Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, as well as a grocery store, other restaurants, and a pharmacy. The residence was clean upon my arrival, and I was surprised by the number of items included. When I say there's nothing missing, I mean absolutely nothing! I was a bit concerned about the yard since the neighbors are quite close, but I didn't see a single one—except for two ducks that came every day to greet us! WITHOUT FEEDI

This apartment was just perfect for us. We were a group of of 4 and still had space for at least 2 more. The sofa bed in the Livingroom was also comfortable , each room has good AC. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. The place was quiet and had good security. Walmart is at 15 min driving so we went to shop to prepare the food for our 4 days stay, so we always prepared our breakfast and lunch before going out. Also Alejandro was very friendly and responses quick. No complains at all. I'd recommend this place to stay.

The place very nice and cozy. The location was amazing. Easy to find and walkable to great restaurants and stores. Ray was always checking on us to make sure everything was going well. Very pleasant experience. Will come back again and recommend to friends and family!
