Had a great stay with 5 of my friends here. Home was beautiful. Super nice decor and great views. We rented a car and were able to get Ubers when necessary although they would sometimes cancel but overall we were able to get around. Few of the fans we were unable to get to work but other than that everything was in working order and Jassiel was a great host who communicated promptly every time I reached out. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and I will be back❤️

Luis was a great host very responsive. The house looked exactly like the photos, it was very clean and spacious! The house felt were cozy and the AC units kept the house nice and cool! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The house has a cooler and Beach towels you can take to the beach! I would definitely stay at this home again!!

This is an absolute slice of paradise. The view is indescribable and the host a pleasure to work with!

Alojamiento cómodo con todo lo necesario. Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo con unas amistades y familia. La pasamos muy bien. El lugar estaba muy bonito justo como en las fotos.

This was a great base for us, easily adjacent to the harbor and the ferry, but not quite in the hustle and bustle of all in one. Tons of restaurants, safe neighborhood and the place is beautiful!

Rudy y su esposo son personas muy amables, empáticos y personas muy serviciales. Desde el inicio nos recibieron mostrándonos la casa y siendo muy atentos. Ellos son muy buenos anfitriones dando siempre la milla extra en todo lo necesario y más de lo necesario. La casa tiene placas solares, lo que es una gran ventaja, por si se va la luz. El estacionamiento es dentro de la casa bajo rejas y es muy beneficioso, lo cual lo utilizábamos en las noches, aunque de día manteniamos nuestro auto estacionado frente al alojamiento. La casa es exactamente como en las fotos. Muchas gracias nuevamente a Rudy y su esposo por sus atenciones. Dios les bendiga.

This was my favorite airbnb experience of my life. The house is so unbelievably comfortable, everything is almost 15 minutes to anything you possibly want to do on the island, I got to see so many beautiful animals right behind the house, the sun rises RIGHT ALONG THE BACKYARD, and the host / entire family were SO WARM AND WELCOMING! I knew it was going to be a great stay when the very first day our host showed up to our house with a freshly cut papaya that they just took down that morning. It was so unbelievably fresh and delicious. My girlfriend and I also had the privilege of staying here during the infamous New Year’s Eve blackout!!! We were so lucky that the house had a back up generator and that everything we possibly needed, the host made sure of. It was pretty hard to find food on New Year’s Eve, and the host came by with a plethora food for us. I can’t get over how intimate the stay was & I can’t wait to come back & experience it again!!This stay is how airbnb SHOULD BE :)

Beautiful home pool and very spacious I enjoyed my time !

It was my first time in San Juan & I absolutely LOVE this property! It was beautiful & matched the photos! Spotless clean upon arrival. Instructions were clear & posted throughout the house. I did have an issue with the private gate but Calix was able to come out in no time! Only downfall about the property is the location. It’s about 20-30 mins away from main attractions but very much still worth the stay! I would definitely book again if I want be farther out just for relaxation but wouldn’t book if im coming just for tourist purposes.

We had a fantastic stay at Adelina’s place! The home is so cute, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was wonderful. A quiet, peaceful dead end road with sweet neighbors and about a 30 minute drive from Old San Juan. Adelina was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and the entire stay easy. She offered great nearby recommendations and was proactive by giving us step by step instructions on how to use the generator just in case (luckily it was not needed!) I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Bayamon.

Great place! We enjoyed our stay there, it was comfy, quiet neighborhood, the pool was great and they even added a crib for our baby which was a very nice detail from them. Thank you so much! We recommend it!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Gerardo’s place. The space was very well kept and maintained comfortable space. The view is unrivaled! Would definitely stay again!!

Asistí a el lugar con un grupo grande de estudiantes de Teatro. La propiedad cuenta con muchas áreas perfectas para nuestros ejercicios y actividades. Diría que en persona es mejor que en las fotos. Encontramos de todo lo que necesitábamos y pudimos acomodar el espacio a las necesidades de nuestro taller. Todo está bien rotulado y con excelentes instrucciones para su uso. Aunque en fotos no se ve, tienen una cocina bien amplia y equipada. Estamos muy agradecidos.

This place was amazing. Much better than the pictures could show. Very peaceful and private. Relaxing and just beautiful all around. Loved the outdoor space so much we spent most of our time outside. The pool was amazing and the kitchen was great. Really loved this place and would most definitely return on a future trip. Thank you so much !!

Tout s'est passé, l'appartement était comme décrit. Tous les restaurant et services sont à proximité. La piscine est propre et ensolleilée en aprés-midi. La plage en face de l'appartemt est a éviter, mais vous pouvez en trouver une belle à 5 minutes de marche. Les déplacements vers l'épicerie et les restaurants se font à pied. À moins que vous vouliez sortir de San Juan, une location de voiture n'est pas nécéssaire. Nous recommandons

They where very friendly, helpful and responsive. The place is nice and the accomodations are for just sleeping, not much for staying there as the kitchen is not that prepared but it was just what we needed. Air conditioner was very nice and TV was great. No heater on the shower and water was freezing but other than that everything was nice and the host where very kind.

Great host, very responsive and informative when looking for things to do in the area. Highly recommend if you are looking for a more local experience. All neighborhoods were very friendly and helpful as well.

Amazingly responsive host. Exceptionally customer focused. I received better customer service in this Airbnb than the Marriott. The location is the selling point for this house, considering it's close to just about every San Juan attraction. Thank you Julio. Godspeed.

We loved how close Miguel’s place was to shopping and the Beach. Easy access to everything without all the hassle. Even the neighbors were friendly. Nice neighborhood!
