Excelent choice, great bed, but the terrace is the main feature of this lovely airbnnb, open all terrace doors and the experience is very unique in old san juan. Second time here. Recommended

Great value for money. Cesar is a responsive host with the place having the basic amenities needed for a place to stay when you're spending all your time exploring outside, not for lounging. The space can hold 2 people and the neighborhood was in a convenient location, was quiet and felt safe.

Manuel was very helpful and quick to respond. The check in process went extremely smooth and I loved the little addition of the welcome sign!

Place was clean, streets are tight. But once you find it, it’s easy to get too.

I was extremely pleased and happy with my stay at Jose’s Airbnb. It was a very quaint, quiet and peaceful place. It was perfect for my husband and I. Jose was very hospitable, easy to communicate with and friendly. It felt like a home away from home and I already miss it! My husband I are looking forward to going back! Gracias Jose por todo!

Jay was such a great host. He was able to accommodate our early arrival. His response time was so quick which I truly appreciated. The place was perfect! Cleaned and comfortable. Jay’s place was perfectly located. A 3 min walk to the beach which was perfectly located. There were times I felt I was in a secluded beach because we were the only ones. What I loved is he had chairs and beach towels available for us. Which I noticed not many places supply. I will definitely stay there again. It felt like home!

Andrés fue súper amable en todo momento, nos recibió con amenities y tuvo total flexibilidad para el check in y el check out. Nos envió con anticipación instrucciones claras para ingresar, parquear y gestionar los residuos. Su apartamento es muy amplio y reluciente. Limpieza 10/10, lo cual hace que uno se sienta cómodo y como en casa. Las habitaciones son amplias, así como las zonas comunes y de lavado. Tiene un balcón agradable para tomarse unas medallas. Lo único que diría no es ideal es que es un 4to piso sin ascensor. Sin embargo, esto está claro en la publicación del apartamento, por lo que no fue una sorpresa para nosotros. Gracias Andrés por hacer de nuestra visita a San Juan una gran experiencia! Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita!

Comfortable bed, good location, clean, easy to get around. Check-in directions are clear so be sure to follow them to make access easy. There are beach chairs, cooler, sun block, bug spray, boogie boards too! Sandra was a great host and responsive.

Nice place, a good location. The host was helpful and proactive. Huge plus was a generator during blackout. Highly recommend to everyone.

Our group had a great stay! Location felt safe and was super close walk to many restaurants and beautiful local beach. Damon was very responsive to any question we had. The front patio was the best and house was very cozy and comfortable.

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

Carlas was super responsive, friendly, and provided everything we needed! We were a group of 8 staying for a week, so we did need to do laundry at the laundromat on the corner, but other than that, Carlas provided everything and was super responsive with our questions! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The home was beautiful in a very friendly neighborhood and close to everything! The pool was such a great touch for our girls trip. Although the whole island had a black out when we visited we didn’t even noticed, cause we were just hanging out by the pool. The home does have a generator so there was no stress at all. Kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. Host was so sweet and super helpful. People mentioned the cats but that’s normal all over the island the cat did not bother us at all they were really friendly and super cute❤️. Overall such a great place to experience the culture and such an amazing stay! Saving for future trip for sure!

I went with my family, including my 1yrs old grandson, who really enjoy to walk around the house. Comfortable house, easy access to main street to drive around. A/C on whole house. Kitchen with all necessary. Bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser, and towels. Extra beach towel, cooler, and other stuffs, in case you want to go to the beach. Michelle was always available to respond asap. Even when we were in PR during a national blackout, the house was prepared with solar panel to provide power, at least to turn on the fans. Good enough to be comfortable during the night. Second night after the blackout, Michelle was immediately available to reset the power box and reestablish the power for the whole house, after blackout was over. Great experience at all.

Great location—close to lots of great restaurants and more importantly, the beach! The bed was big and the apartment has the bare minimum. It could use a few more cooking tools. I had to purchase food that either required minimum cooking or just to heat up. I was working remotely, and the internet was strong during most of my meetings. If you don’t need much, this apartment is perfect!

Stayed with my daughter to explore San Juan for a few days. Walk into old San Juan was about 20-25 minutes, though you can rent a Bird scooter and easily go back and forth. The beds were *very* comfortable, everything was super clean and as described. Easy to just park on the street around the building. The building is classic vintage art deco and very cool. We really liked staying here!

Edward was a fantastic host. We got accepted the day before our trip, and he was super responsive. The condo matched the description, and you could not beat the price for the location! The nearest beach was a 12-minute walk, and Old San Juan was about a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet and had hidden gems. For example, right around the corner was a restaurant called La Chefi, a Puerto Rican/Asian fusion style. The owner was working the shift when we visited, and it was such a great experience we visited twice! Hands down, I would book again! -Darwin

Great host! Emilio was very tentative to anything we needed. Great location! walking distance to the casino and night life. There was a door security which made us feel comfortable. Will definitely book our trip w Emilio next year ☺️🇵🇷

My daughter and I just loved your place!! And Old San Juan!! You place is in a perfect location…so easy to walk to all the local restaurants and sights to see. We loved the terrace! Being on the 4th floor was very doable, as a matter of fact it was nice to get a little extra walk in after eating so much delicious food!! BJ was extremely responsive and helpful the whole week. Can’t wait to come back!

It was worth every penny very reliable, very convenient minutes from most attractions and countless bars and restaurants. Great host and great location. The host was very welcoming, very helpful and attentive! I can’t wait for my next stay in Puerto Rico I’m staying in the same location!

I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!

Great Host ! Went through some unexpected things but he was responsive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend getting scooters there can be parked outside the Airbnb.
