We had a wonderful stay at Santiago’s place. The house is more beautiful in person than in the pictures, tons of space. It slept 5 adults and 4 kids more than comfortably. Very close to the beach and restaurants and it has a great outdoor space to enjoy swimming/hanging out with friends and family. Santiago was very friendly and responsive. It was a perfect long weekend. :)

Una estancia espectacular en familia, 4 personas y 3 perritos. Hemos estado un fin de semana y se nos ha hecho corto. Ha sido incluso mejor de lo que pensábamos. El terreno enorme, una casa muy espaciosa, limpia y ordenada, y una piscina espectacular. Salva no nos puso ningun impedimento en la llegada ni en la salida, muy flexible e incluso nos ayudó a llegar. Muy receptivo y amable. La casa ofrece una tranquilidad impresionante, se esta fenomenal, tiene mucho jardín y nuestros 3 perritos lo han pasado en grande correteando por todo. Además está todo bien vallado y super seguro para ellos. Tiene una zona de BBQ y todas las instalaciones estan en perfectas condiciones. Ha sido espectacular estar en casa de Salva, y su atención aún mejor. Seguro que repetiremos. Estamos encantados, no podíamos haber elegido mejor. Sin duda ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas.

Ein grosses, sehr schönes Haus, ideal für Familien! Ausgestattet mit einem sauberen Pool, einem Trampolin, Pingpong-Tisch, kleinem Fussballfeld,… Man hat alles, was man braucht! Torques und seine Familie sind super lieb und sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Er gab uns viele Ratschläge. Bequeme und saubere Betten. Sehr ruhig gelegen, ca. 25 Minuten von Valencia City entfernt. Ein Auto ist notwendig, z. B. zum einkaufen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa in Sagunto just a 5 minute walk to the quiet Almarda Beach. The villa had all the amenities for the adults and children. The kids loved the trampoline and running around the big garden. The pool was lovely too however didn’t get in it much as it’s too cold this time of year. Maribel was so accommodating and met us upon arrival to go through everything about the accommodation. She was available on the phone if ever we had a question. The villa is really pretty with lovely big bedrooms. The host is very organised with every piece of kitchen equipment you could think of which made evenings really helpful. Overall we were over the moon with our stay and hope to come again. Becky & family xx

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

Nadine was an absolutely fabulous host. I could not recommend her or her properties enough. She was very proactive to offer help and always wanted to make sure we were having a good time. The house itself was absolutely perfect and I think slightly undersold by Nadine, we were a party of 9 with 3 young children, aged 1/3/5 and it was fabulous. What really stood out as parents of young children was the accessibility of everything and the owners of the property letting us use their things. Toys for the children, plastic plates, pool items. All the things, you buy on a holiday, but know you will likely not take home was all there straight away which is very understated but absolutely necessary as parents. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the property again or visit another of Nadine’s properties.

Nos atendió muy bien, con margen flexible para entrar y salir. La casa muy limpia y el jardín perfecto. Queremos repetir en el futuro

La casa era perfecta, en la fotos parece mas pequeña pero es bastante grande. Un pequeño inconveniente seria los mosquitos pero eso hay en todos los lugares La casa 10/10

Una estancia espectacular en plena montaña. La casa es acogedora, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una escapada perfecta. Las vistas son impresionantes y la tranquilidad del entorno hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones y bien equipado. Sin duda, un lugar ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. ¡Muy recomendable!

First time in Valencia and loved it. El Cabanyal is a fascinating neighbourhood and great place to locate. Espe was a very responsive and communicative host and made some top recommends for bars and restaurants. Also a brilliant little secondhand bookshop (English and Spanish) just round the corner if you're looking for a holiday read. And saw several good live bands all in strolling distance. The house was just what we were looking for, with the rooftop patio a bonus even in the dead of winter. The beach is less than 5 mins walk away, ditto the Mercadona and the local indoor food market where you can get fresh produce daily. Easy to get buses into the old city or to hire bikes and take to the many cycle lanes. One tip: we went in Jan/Feb when it can be cold early morning/evening especially, and aircon doesn't always cut it for heating, so if you're going then, take some warm clothes. Overall a fab stay and would return without hesitation: you can fall in love with this place.

Elegir este alojamiento ha sido todo un acierto. eñEstaba bien ubicado para las actividades que íbamos a realizar y una zona tranquila para descansar. la casa estaba impecable y muy bonita. Sin duda si voy por la zona esta será mi primera opción.

Hemos hecho la reserva con Carlos y no podemos estar más contentos. Es cierto que lo conocíamos de una estancia anterior, pero esta vez la estancia fue bastante prolongada. El piso está en buenas condiciones y Carlos siempre está atento y disponible a cualquier necesidad que tenga el visitante; además, llegamos en época de fiesta y toros en en pueblo y estuvo en todo momento atento para avisarnos cuándo se podía salir a la calle y cuándo no. También nos ha aconsejado lugares que visitar. ¡¡Muy contentos con este anfitrión!!! Sin duda.

Un alojamiento sorprendente en una ubicación espectacular para desconectar y relajarse, las vistas al mar y la montaña no defraudan y dejan unos amaneceres y atardecer increíbles. La casa está preparada con todo lo necesario para una escapada perfecta. Tiene una sala de estar con una TV grande con varias plataformas de películas, piscina privada ( una antigua balsa acondicionada y perfectamente cuidada). Muy importante que nuestro compañero de 4 patas es bienvenido en la casa ( Petfriendly). La casa es bastante autosostenible ( luz de placas solares preparada para consumir poca agua) Laura la anfitriona es un encanto, muy atenta en enseñarnos la casa y en recibirte con mucha simpatía, te hacen sentir como en tu casa.

Wir haben 3 Tage lang die Natur genießen wollen und sind sehr auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Leider hatten wir einen Tag lang viel Regen und Gewitter, so dass wir die wunderschönen Terrassen und Sitzecken nicht immer nutzen konnten. Der Pool war erfrischend. Super schön ist die liebevoll gestaltete Außenküche unter dem Schokoladenbaum. Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Marta

Milenas place is a good place to stay for your holiday in Valencia. Close to public transport and only 5 minutes walk to the beach! The place is decorated well and Milena was great with communication. Check in was smooth.

ubicat al centre de la ciutat , ho tens tot a mà. la aparcament no es fàcil pero donant un parell de voltes aparcas.

Estefanía y su madre fueron amables y muy atentas a nuestras necesidades, fueron muy comprensivas y nos ayudaron en todo.

We hebben met veel plezier een weekje doorgebracht in "La Casita del Sol". Tijdens het boeken contact gehad met Carlos en Mar. Geweldige en vriendelijke hosts! Bij aankomst werden we opgewacht door Mar. Ze heeft ons alles prima uitgelegd en goede tips gegeven over de omgeving (strand, restaurants etc.). Het verblijf was super. Het huisje knus en gezellig met vooral een leuke tuin met voldoende zon, schaduw en privacy. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug! Groetjes, Ingeborg en Marc

Hosts couldnt be more welcoming to their home, they live next door and available and willing to answer any questions in person or via messaging. Great directions to the villa with google map locations supplied by message It was spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The driveway to the rear is a little steep but there is plenty of parking on a quiet road in front of the Villa. We didnt have a problem with driveway but some nervous drivers may find it a challenge. It is located in a quiet area but close to both the Ricardo Tormo race circuit and Valencia. We had all just left the day the terrible storm and flood hit, luckily for us, and Flo messaged us a few times to check we were all safe.. a true gentleman. Our thoughts go out to the people of Valencia and wish you the best in recovering from this terrible event. Thank you Flo and Layla, we will be back in the future

Nous avons découvert un endroit merveilleux et des personnes adorables. La villa Rosita est un endroit merveilleux, la villa qui est habitées par les propriétaires est somptueuse, et que dire du jardin qui est extraordinaire et dont nous avons pu profiter. Le logement proposé est dans le prolongement de la villa et totalement indépendant. On avait accès à la très grande piscine du logement et on a aussi pu profiter de la terrasse. L’environnement est paisible car au milieu de plantations d’agrumes. Le logement en lui même est très bien équipé, très agréable, grand et climatisé. Et que dire des parents d’Alejandro qui habitent la villa et qui nous ont accueilli… des gens formidables et d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui restera dans nos mémoires. Un immense merci à Alejandro et ses parents.

Het is een droomplek. Zo mooi! De omgeving is prachtig, je kan er heerlijk wandelen en het uitzicht is op alle momenten van de dag adembenemend mooi. Het huisje is heel smaakvol en comfortabel ingericht. Het bed is zo ruim en comfortabel! Pablo is een geweldige gastheer. Altijd bereikbaar bij vragen. Altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kozen deze plek vanwege de beschrijving en lovende reviews. We zijn in niets teleurgesteld. Als je van rust en wandelen houdt, dan is dit echt een aanrader!
