mindarie beach house was a lovely accommodation. netflix to watch programmes in the evening. very comfortable beds. beach house was clean and in a very good location, close to the beach 😁 Hosts are very friendly and very good with communication. would highly recommend staying here. we had a lovely time thankyou x

This unit is right on the picturesque marina, a short walk to the amazing beach and a shorter walk to the pub, restaurants and lovely little shops. Inside the unit it was complete with kitchen, laundry and a big comfy bed and pull out lounge. A really lovely all round unit that I'd highly recommend.

We enjoyed the fantastic sunset views from the large patio/pool area. Dave the host was very responsive and purchased a beach umbrella at our request. Also Dave gave many local suggestions for food/beverage venues. The Beautiful beaches were only approximately a 10 minute walk from the property. We would highly recommend this property.

We were looking for a place to relax and rest for a week and this was perfect. Janette and Graham were great hosts and have an amazing home. We had peace and quiet and lovely walks by the coast. Would highly recommend.

Mike and Julie were very welcoming and down to earth. The accommodation was within walking distance to the beach, surf club and walking tracks. Shops and the train station were only a short drive away. We had access to a good sized pool. Mike and Julie were very approachable if we had questions. The apartment was very roomy with a huge living area and a well equipped kitchen. The oven was amazing! Quinns Beach is a quiet and family friendly area. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and I would highly recommend other people stay.

Lovely stay at Kim's, property as described complete with all you need for your stay. Favourite room was cinema room..evenings chilling with a movie. Kim responded promptly to all messages from initial enquiry to check out. Thanks Kim.

Place was absolutely amazing. Very neat and tidy also very modern. Great location and shops only minutes down the road. Only thing I can recommend to make the stay better was a full length mirror 🙊 All in all really enjoyed the stay here and would stay here again if I’m back in Perth.

House is as described, Malcolm was friendly and met us on arrival. The beach is so close and the shops are walkable and had everything needed to make our stay awesome. Thanks for having us.

We had a fantastic stay at this house, which offered a wide range of games and activities that kept our kids thoroughly entertained. The only minor drawbacks were the beds, which were a bit too soft, and the pillows, which were slightly too high. If you're particularly fussy about your bedding, you may want to consider bringing your own pillows. Additionally, we recommend bringing extra dishwashing tablets and toilet rolls, especially for larger groups like ours (we were a party of ten and found the supplied amounts to be insufficient.

everything was easy and stress free. very close to the beach and the house is nice and comfortable. will rebook again
