I implore everyone to actually read the listing so the Chad and Karen lying dormant in them does not come out. If you’re looking for a spot that is clean, private and quiet, this would be a place to book. When I arrived, everything was cleaned and set up bare bones; allowing the guest to do whatever they please so long when they leave, it’s back in the same clean condition. The home is free of pests, everything works, and it works perfectly for me as I set up my mobile recording studio and got to work. It should also be noted that if you wish for a place providing complete privacy, where nobody’s going to bother you; this is the place that you would want to book. There were no problems with parking and delivery workers had zero issues locating the unit to drop off food. I noticed after reading reviews that a lot of people who booked this listing either don’t know how to read, or are incredibly stupid, or both. Chrystal thank you for providing what you listed! I’ll definitely be back.

We are King natives that moved out of state a few years ago. We came back for a family wedding. Place is exactly as described, nothing more, nothing less. Plenty of towels/ washcloths, cookware, dishes. The area is great, close to all the restaurants in town, quiet neighborhood, and close to the best park with a huge playground and great walking path. Host was quick to respond to all communication.

Don was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed, which made us feel truly welcome. The place itself was cozy, clean, and had a warm, homey vibe—perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting High Point.

Mike’s house came in clutch in a last-minute emergency situation when we were in town to visit family. Thanks for the flexibility with check-in and we will keep you in mind for any future visits as we have family in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin's townhouse. It was very clean with what I'd call modern transitional decor. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The townhouse backs up to a forest type area. It was lush and green. Very tranquil. My son is considering coming to A&T in a couple of years. If he does, this will always be our first pick when we visit.

Neighborhood was safe. Home was cozy. Will definitely stay there again.

This townhouse was cute, clean, and 10 minutes from the showrooms at High Point. Perfect location! The views of the lake were so nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Tonya's place was beautiful! The home looked exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location is good for singles, groups or a family as the neighborhood is beautiful and you can take walks. The area was very close to every event we attended and to multiple eateries. Tonya was very responsive if we had a question. The overall stay was nice and felt homey. I would definitely book with her again and the exact location!

We had a great stay at Joy’s place! The townhouse was nice and in a safe neighborhood that’s conveniently located. There were some extra thoughtful touches when we arrived, like a dog bed in the space for my pup and chocolates on the bed. The place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bed was super comfortable. There’s also a nice fenced-in patio space out back, which added to the stay. Great place, we would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect and very easy drive for our commute to a work meeting being held at Bur-Mil Clubhouse. Diane was very responsive and helpful as I had questions prior to our stay and she was very helpful (was my first time to the area and at her Airbnb). Anytime we have future meetings in the area definitely will plan to stay here again when in town.

Andrea was the perfect host. She went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I, and to make us feel welcome. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We were quite tired after traveling into the wee hours of the morning so it was refreshing to have clear and easy instructions to gain access and finally get into an amazing bed. It is clear the Andrea and John have put a lot of care and attention into ensuring guest will have a fantastic experience. I highly recommend a stay here and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
