Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

staying for a second time feels like home already. My daughter and youngest sister enjoyed the pool all by themselves. Still, a highly recommended place to stay in iloilo 💯

This place is good for vacation to stay very clean and affordable at the same time the owner is very friendly.

Apartment complex is super new, so all amenities work well and are in good condition. Once you're checked in, getting in and out is super easy and there are plenty of linens in case you need to swap bedsheets for any reason. Having Amazon Prime Video is a nice plus as well, and the price is very competitive for the more upscale location. Host also offered to have the place cleaned 1 week into my 2 week stay, which was fantastic. The cleaner did a great job and I appreciated the offer. One note: make sure to bring your own toiletries as there weren't any when I stayed.

We had a great stay at sir Fernando's place! It had a very homey vibe, so cozy that you'd just want to stay there and sleep all day. The furniture and utensils in his home were obviously of great quality and that's when you know that the owner of the house wants the best for his guests. The host was very responsive and always kindly adhered to our requests. He was very clear in giving instructions so communication wouldn't really be a problem. Also, he even went above and beyond to even cook for us. Kudos to him because all of our needs were met during our stay. Strike a conversation with him and you'll learn a lot of interesting things. He never made us feel out of place. You'll seldom encounter a host and a place like this. Truly grateful to sir Fernando for making our stay worthwhile!

I had a pleasant stay at Rhea's place. It is clean and is provided with much needed appliances. Communication is very good and the host responded fast. She's very accommodating and adjusted my check out to suit my situation. I thank her for this wonderful stay. This place is higly recommended when staying or visiting Iloilo City.

Our stay was perfect!! Very modern, very clean, great location, everything you need in walking distance. Host made sure everything was perfect and made us feel at home. Also the best shower in the Philippines. Will be back next year and will highly recommend this place.

I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed my time. The place was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. I got it on a cheap price. Having a washing machine was super convenient, especially for a longer stay. I was also pleasantly surprised to find both hot and cold showers available. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend this place to others.

Connie is an awesome host! Always got back to me right away with any questions I had. The condo was set up nicely and well thought out for guests.
