We had a great stay at sir Fernando's place! It had a very homey vibe, so cozy that you'd just want to stay there and sleep all day. The furniture and utensils in his home were obviously of great quality and that's when you know that the owner of the house wants the best for his guests. The host was very responsive and always kindly adhered to our requests. He was very clear in giving instructions so communication wouldn't really be a problem. Also, he even went above and beyond to even cook for us. Kudos to him because all of our needs were met during our stay. Strike a conversation with him and you'll learn a lot of interesting things. He never made us feel out of place. You'll seldom encounter a host and a place like this. Truly grateful to sir Fernando for making our stay worthwhile!

We had such a great time! The airport-to-villa transfer was super easy – they took care of everything, from the van ride to the boat trip. It was hassle-free. They arranged a land tour of Guimaras Island for us, and we loved exploring. The island hopping was definitely the highlight – so much fun! The villa is exactly like the photos – peaceful, with an amazing view that I couldn’t get enough of. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and my daughter loved it. She even said she didn’t want to leave – it really felt like home. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. We could cook our meals, but if we didn’t feel like it, they were happy to prepare food for us. Everything was so comfortable. Oh, and they made my birthday extra special! They surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday. so sweet and thoughtful :) The view was our favorite part – surrounded by islands and the sea, it was worth every penny. Thank you sooo much Team La Roca!! Can't wait to go back! ❤️

This is the right place to stay near Western Hospital . It feels like home, na para bang kamag anak ka na nag bakasyon at todo asikaso sila💕 The host and staff is so nice. Thanks much po. Looking forward for the next stay😉

Had a nice stay. Worth the money.. Might come back again when I visit IloIlo again. My only wish is another shelf or hooks for clothes, shelf that is wider than what is existing in the bathroom. 5 stars!

Julie Ann's place is truly one-of-a-kind. Not only is it conveniently located within the town proper, but it also has a warm and homey vibe that made me want to stay longer. If circumstances had allowed, I would have happily extended my stay. Julie herself was an exceptional host, treating me like a long-lost family member or 'balikbayan' (a Filipino term for a returning citizen). She enthusiastically recommended places to visit and eat, and I appreciated her eagerness to share the beauty of her town and island. Unfortunately, my trip was for work, but I'm determined to return and stay at Julie's place for leisure. The caregiver, Ate, and her son were also incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. Their kindness and hospitality reminded me of being with my own mom and siblings. SALAMAT KAAYO!

They were so accommodating from start to our last day of stay! We arrived a bit early, and they let us drop our bags after coming from the airport so we could enjoy our tour without carrying heavy luggage. The place was easy to find (it’s on Google Maps! ☺️), clean, comfortable, and convenient since it had almost everything we needed. The host was also very responsive. Mabilis din ang wifi, which was very important for us na working :) My family had a great time, and we’ll definitely stay again when we return to Iloilo. 💯

Great stay. Room was very well furnished and stocked with basics like water and coffee as well as sugar and spices for cooking. Also had excellent amenities and appliances. Was very clean, quiet, and secure. I would recommend this place to others and stay again myself.

Great place. Pretty modern and clean. The only bummer is that we had 6 people but they only provided 4 towels. There was also no extra hand towels. And although there were 4 beds to accommodate 6 people, Only 3 beds had bed sheets. The 4th one didn't have any and there were no spare ones either. Overall nice homey place!

Our stay was perfect!! Very modern, very clean, great location, everything you need in walking distance. Host made sure everything was perfect and made us feel at home. Also the best shower in the Philippines. Will be back next year and will highly recommend this place.

Mein Aufenthalt in Alexanders Apartment in Iloilo war fantastisch! Die Lage ist perfekt - mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Apartment selbst ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet und bietet alle nötigen Annehmlichkeiten. Alexander war ein toller Gastgeber, der sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert hat. Insgesamt kann ich das Apartment jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Iloilo sucht. Vielen Dank Alexander, wir kommen gerne wieder!

The host is very responsive, helpful and polite. The place is the same as in photos. It is near Festive walk, and easy to locate. Really enjoyed the pool. Best place for staycation with loved ones. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

This apartment is great for families. My husband, mom, 18-month old, and I stayed here for about 2 weeks visiting nearby family. I specifically booked this place since it seemed toddler-friendly. The apartment complex has a swimming pool, 2-feet pool for toddlers, and a nice playground and playroom for toddlers as well. My daughter was asking to go swimming and go to the playground everyday. When we weren’t visiting family, it was nice to have something for my daughter to do that was nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance. If we ever had any issues, Jessica was quick to respond. Our only complaint is that the internet speed was very slow during our stay. Other than that, everything was great.
