This was our first experience with an Airbnb outside of the States. Melva made everything so easy, I will not worry about ever doing it again. The place was extremely tidy and comfortable. If I am ever in Orange Walk again I will stay at Melva's.

Great airbnb with a perfect location. I ended up being sick most of my trip but there’s a little store and a pharmacy that are both a 15 sec walk away with a more full size grocery store like 2 min away. Despite being right in the middle of everything the airbnb is actually really quite especially in the back bedroom. The place is even more roomy than it looks in the pictures and everything was clean (plus no ants). Naz is super friendly and easy to talk and tried to be helpful anyway he could. I extended my stay until his next booking and if I’m back in Orange Walk I’ll try to stay here again!

Simple and clean. Very safe & quiet location. For the price it was perfect after a long 3 days travel to get to Belize. Recommend a taxi driver cost was $20USD. He was helpful & stopped by a grocery store for us. In my opinion, it would be helpful to rent a car for this location. Would recommend staying here.

Sitnah was such a gracious host, who accommodated us last minute due to a change in our plans and even unexpectedly offered and served us delicious food filled with love.

Great location and well equipped for my stay in Orange walk. I was traveling by myself and felt safe and private at this location. Lots of small shops and street food right outside the door and in Central Park. Despite being in a central location, it was very quiet at night. AC worked great. Naz was around for any questions and offered suggestions. Would stay here again for my next visit. Thank you!

The instructions to get there were out of date. The two ferries had been replaced but the road was under construction. We were late getting into Belize airport so by the time we got to the main highway turn off it was dark. We started down the road but decided to ask some locals about the road. Two different friendly local people said "Do Not Drive that road at night". Luckily we listened to them and got a local hotel room for the night. The road was terrible going to the resort plus the entrance road to the resort was bad but we knew this from others who posted about it. When registering and advising the female clerk, she told us the main road was good and everybody drives it at night during the construction. Not a good welcome. After that encounter, every body else at the resort and outside of the resort were very friendly and helpful.

This was a small oasis of relaxation!! The service was excellent! They went above and beyond to meet all of our needs and wants. The food from both restaurants was very good, and the river cruise to the Mayan ruins was fun. Coconut Pete did a great job of keeping us preoccupied with wildlife spottings, that we almost didn't notice how long that boat ride was. The resort was a bit smaller and quieter than I expected, but that ended up being perfectly relaxing for us. They are in the process of growing rapidly. They had a brand new fancy office the week we arrived. The restaurant was fun & busy at night, but all was so peaceful during the day. My favorite worker, though I could never pronounce or remember his name correctly, even took us for a little car tour of the nearby town - Orange Walk, even though he was supposed to be clocking out at the time. The driver at their sister hotel in town, even went out of his way to speedily recover my husbands wallet when it was accidentally left!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Rainforest Resort à Bocawina. Cependant, notre chambre réservé sur airbnb n’était pas celle sur les photos. Nous n’avions qu’un lit. Le personnel du resort a réussi finalement à nous trouver une autre chambre avec 2 lits. Le personnel du resort est vraiment agréable et attentionné.
