Beautiful condo, clean and perfect location. We loved sitting on the balcony that overlooks the bay watching the sunset and all of the boats coming in every evening. The pools were relaxing and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Easy Instructions for check in and check out, very responsive to questions. We will definitely be coming back again!

The location along with the lazy river and heated pool with multiple hot tubs make this place the spot to be for a holiday. Peggy’s place feels inviting, clean, and like a home away from home. We want to make a trip back soon and look forward to a little R&R! Thanks Peggy!

Shelley was amazing and responsive. This place was a dream with plenty of space and things to do. The condo itself with the balcony and rooftop were amazing with relaxing views. There are several pools which the kids loved and made you feel even more like a tropical vacation as there were resort style. Beautiful beaches within walking distance as well. Shelley was fantastic and we look forward to returning in the future. A must stay for all!

This condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing views. It was very easy to get to and enough parking. It had everything we needed in the room and there was plenty of room for everyone. Using the key was fine to get into the door but I definitely prefer a keypad. There was a side room off the kitchen that he rents out which had a curtain in front of it. We could hear the other people laugh and talk but it didn't bother us. There was a very nice patio set downstairs to relax on at night which we took advantage of and loved it. The water was beautiful in April while we were there. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great place to relax right near the beach. Lots of nature for walks and places to drop a canoe in the water. Pool and aTomi Bar in the property is a nice plus.

We had the most wonderful time on our vacation staying at Bill's place. We have been to this area many times and this has been our favorite condo. It is beautiful and equipped with everything you need, was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was surprisingly very private and the beach/pool view was perfect. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and spent many hours there. The location was optimal, close to restaurants and even a beach tiki bar. We enjoyed visiting the lazy river and the incredibly easy access to the beach. Bill did a great job communicating and letting us know he was there if we needed anything. I loved staying at the cottage! So beautiful and peaceful. This place is perfect for a getaway to the beach. Just book it. You won’t regret it.

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

Our stay with three boys and our pup was perfect for spring break. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance yet the cottage was peaceful and private. We loved the fenced in backyard.

my kids and i had a “staycation” at mike and shari’s place over spring break. we had an awesome time together. both the sound and gulf beach access points were super close to the property. we really enjoyed relaxing on the front and back porches and the unique artwork and decor pieces inside the property made us feel right at home.

First and foremost, David is one of the most attentive hosts I’ve stayed with. Always reaching out, and when needed, very responsive. His spot is like being away at a secluded cabin, and you’re still 20 minutes away from the beach. I booked with him because it was pet friendly, and not only was the fenced yard a great selling point, but something he didn’t list was the quiet neighborhood that makes for a good evening walk. Not going to lie, this great review is warranted, but I wish I could keep this little gem to myself.

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

This was my 1st time staying in an Airbnb and I must say it was a great experience! The home was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable.

Had a great stay at Beth’s place. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the pool was an added bonus for our windy days as well. The kitchen was equipped with any appliance we needed and the place was freshly cleaned upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and it was perfect for a week

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at the Holiday Isle condo. The pool and beach access were great. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Extra towels were a huge plus. We loved our time and can’t wait to come back!!

We enjoyed our stay at Connie's place. The complex was in a peaceful setting on the bay but still convenient to the beach and restaurants. The convenience of the condo to the pool was a great asset - walk right outside the balcony and enjoy the pool. The complex was undergoing some renovations & repairs but Connie was great about communicating all of that with us. It did not interrupt our fun! :)

We had such a great time! The views were beautiful and there was so much to do at the resort! Shelia was great and all resort staff were super nice and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The house has plenty of space and looks just like the pictures. Great location, easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to beautiful beaches. We’d definitely recommend it to friends!

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blue Jay. I appreciated the close walk to the beach and the peaceful bay behind. We enjoyed viewing dolphins in the bay. The pool was nice and not overly crowded. Wendy’s place had everything we needed. We will be back!
