Wow! This place was awesome. We stayed here last minute to visit my daughter & son-in-law for the birth of my grandson, so we really only slept here. That said, it was as clean as my mother-in-law’s house when we visit her. Trust me, that’s saying something. We will definitely try to stay here on future visits to see the kids, and there’s plenty of room for us all to spread out, have them over for dinner, etc. Huge plus is that it seems to be 5 minutes away from virtually everything. Cannon recommend more highly.

Olivia was very responsive, lock had a weak battery, she responded quickly and sent someone to replqce it, it was awesome, everything went as expected, I would sure love to come back for a longer stay, may be the house cleaner should leave an extra toilet paper roll , also needs a fixture in unit E.

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Our first visit to Gulf Shores was fantastic, and Jay and Andrea's unit was the ideal place for it. We loved the amenities and the location, which made it easy to walk to shopping, restaurants, and easily drive to Orange Beach and other attractions. It was great to wake up right on the beach, and the evening walks along the shore were so convenient. The kids had a blast during our stay. We'll definitely be returning!

The place was great Bryan was so welcoming and friendly felt right at home will definitely be returning.

Very nice neighborhood, people was friendly and helpful and everything was just like was on the site!!!

Pensacola was a very nice place to visit and tour. Coming back each evening to a comfortable place and sitting on the porch was great. Sarah provided a timely backup for the TV connection when required. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Super cozy apartment, in a great location. Easy drive to the beach and downtown.

This place is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. The bed room next to road gets a good bit of traffic noise. That was the only negative and we just turned on a fan.

Me and my friends stayed here for spring break and it was perfect!! Short walk to the beach and plenty of area in the house to hang around as well.

A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

We think this was the most nicely appointed Airbnb that we have ever visited. The host thought of pretty much everything. The backyard is a lovely spot. The equipment provided for beach, recreation, and picnics is outstanding. The location’s proximity to Pensacola downtown is especially convenient. Nicely done!

Stay was excellent spacious, clean, and tidy. We will be back!

The home was absolutely perfect. Exactly like the pictures and description. Sonya was very nice and gave us other option for a rainy day for the kids. Everything was amazong for my family mini vacation after a busy cheer competition weekend and we definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Todd & Niki’s house. It was very spacious and cute. It was helpful having a bedroom & bathroom with a tub on the main level of the house. I loved relaxing on the master bedroom balcony and seeing the bay off in the distance. Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful. So much was within walking distance to the house. We had an infant with us and loved the convenience of strolling everywhere downtown instead of having to get in the car. The Saturday market at Palafox was a fun outing. We walked to Bodacious for breakfast and some shopping then after the market enjoyed a treat from Parlor Doughnuts. We drove out to Peg Leg Pete’s for oysters and to George Bistro for brunch. If you want to splurge, a drive to Grand Marlin for dinner is pricey but worth it. There is so much to see and do within walking distance or with a short car ride. Todd & Niki were very kind and responsive as hosts. We would definitely recommend.

Amazing place to stay. Most comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and well taken care of. Perfect to adventure the area and waters or just wanting to relaxing and get away. Top notch place at the top of our list

Diane’s retreat by the sea was perrfect for us for a long weekend at the beach. Its a super close walk right to the waves and is nice and secluded on the end of ft. Walton beach. A bit small but more than enough room for just two people. There is even extra beach chairs in the closet to use. The balcony area is absolutely perfect and allows some wonderful natural light to enter the space. We loved all the cute beach decor and especially the palm tree neon light too. You can tell the condo complex is a little older, but it is well maintained. We had an exquisite time and Ms. Diane was super responsive and all instructions were very clear and easy to understand making check in and everything else a breeze. Definitely will be returning to this gem in the future. Thanks again for an incredible stay!

Such a great stay! Dawn was very responsive & made sure I had everything prepared for our trip (address, code, etc). Very short walk to the beach, just across a crosswalk & have a boardwalk accessible, maybe 5-7 minutes max. The space is much larger than I had assumed, perfect for our trip. Everything was clean and clutter free! I would love to stay here again!

The view was awesome. The condo was clean and quiet and the perfect place to spend our vacation. Just a walk across the street to the beach with restaurants nearby. If we needed anything, we just had to ask Brandy. The one thing that would be helpful would have more drawer space in the second bedroom. There was plenty of room to hang clothes, but the shelves above were full of extra blankets and pillows. They’re also was no place really put our clothes away. My husband and I basically lived out of our suitcase this week. All in all I would recommend it. It was a perfect place for a vacation and we would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! If we ever come back to the area, I would love to stay there again. There's lots to do in walking distance which was nice!

Vanessa’s place was awesome. If you love a great sunset, you’ll love this condo. The view off the back balcony offered some of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen at the beach. The condo itself was super clean and well stocked. Vanessa was great at communicating and super informative. Quit looking and book it before someone beats you to it!

Cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was! Wish we could have stayed longer. Pete’s place is exactly as described and more. Beautiful location and space. Excellent amenities. Walkable to a great restaurant and a mile from a great beach access point with restrooms! (Johnson Beach State Park ) Thanks again! We would definitely stay here again!
