Beautiful home and great hosts. Our family of 5 had the best time in this home and made a ton of memories. The beach was not crowded, the town had small town vibes, but everyone was super friendly, and the food was amazing! They had the smart tvs set up for easy access to Disney and other apps, which was great to help the kids wind down at bed time. Hope to come back soon! Thank you again!

Not only was the home beautiful, Kate was such a great host!! She was always so quick to respond and had lots of great recommendations for good spots in Port St Joe. The home was well stocked and very clean. The heated pool was a huge hit and beach access was a very short walk. We will definitely be booking with Kate again in the future!

The location of this Airbnb was perfect. It had such a big yard and was steps to the ocean. Rachel, the host was amazing and thought of everything. She gave great recommendations and was very easy to communicate with and always answered right away. We were very impressed with the property and plan to go back. Highly recommend!! We didn’t want to leave. 10 out of 10 experience!

Beautiful home in a nice, beachside town. We were just a short drive from Port Saint Joe, St George island, and Apalachicola, Florida. There’s a great place to eat near the house. A fuel station and a dollar general were within walking distance I wish I knew what kind of mattresses and toppers were on the beds. They were so comfortable!!! The appliances were top of the line. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

The best part was the plates, everything else was incredible too. But plates are just a big priority to me. Private beach access made for a very relaxing trip. Comfortable beds. A brand new grill on the back porch and plenty of plates to go around. Within walking distance of a convenience store and a donut shop. Overall a great plate to stay!

Andrew was very responsive, kind, and helpful before, during and after our stay. The location and condo was as described. It was spacious, comfy, homey, and just a short walk to the beach. The beach was private and beautiful despite the hurricane disruption. We would love to return in warmer season. November getaway.

This is without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed in. It’s right on the beach, the pool is so convenient if you want an option that isn’t the beach. The cleaning service for the pool was fantastic. They came two times within the week we were there. The elevator is very convenient. All the bedrooms are well equipped the beds are comfortable. It’s expensive but absolutely worth the price.

This place is so peaceful. Such a great gem. We all talked about coming back already. Such amazing place and lots to do and go see. You also can just spend the day at the beach.

Great spot! Optimal location to town, but not super busy. Beware the two smaller bedrooms upstairs are hotter due to no ceiling fan, but my family and I had a great time! Would definitely come back.

First time staying in this part of Florida. Our family loved it! The house was great and the community it is in was a beautiful area with private beaches and pool. Charles was an excellent host! We will definitely go back.

The Tipsy Turtle is a beautiful home close to the beach and pool. It is a quiet community with beautiful beaches and amazing restaurants. Jerry is a great host who quickly responds when we had a questions. Thank you for an amazing week!

Stayed in Condo 402, was absolutely perfect for us and a our friends! First time staying in Mexico Beach, so peaceful, not a tourist destination.

Loved Allison's place, the decor, furnishings, and all that goes with it, very nice. Everything was as described and in working order. The place was very clean and provided a lot of little things some places don't, like hand soap, coffee filters, spices, foil, detergent, dish soap, cleaning supplies, just to name a few. She even had some popcorn for us. The only thing we had to buy was garage bags. The bath towels were fresh and clean and the bathrooms were spotless. She is a very thoughtful host. The only thing we had an issue with was the thermostat is set by the host, and I totally get why, but it was very hot the week we stayed and would liked to have bumped it down a notch or two. It got hot upstairs a few times but the ceiling fan helped some. We are just used to having it really cool in our own home and it was warmer than we are used to. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay! Would stay there again!

This is a great spot! Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. The area is quiet, peaceful, and calm. Easy access to the Gulf. The beach is clean and not too crowded. Definitely planning our return trip soon! Matt is a great host! The house is clean with great amenities, and the porch has a view of the ocean. It makes for a great place to relax.

We spent a fun family vacation here. We had a wonderful view of the beach. Walked the path over the dunes to the beach every day. We bought seafood at the local market and cooked at the house. It was lovely.

Loved my stay! Unfortunately it was for work and there was no time for pleasure. But this home was very comfortable and in a terrific location. Beach is just steps away, wish I could have spent more time!!

Nice place right on the beach. Perfect size for 6 of us. I imagine it would be a little tight with 10 unless there were a lot of children. Beds were comfy and you can’t beat the view especially from the master bedroom and living room. Kitchen is probably the most well-equipped kitchen I’ve ever stayed in and only needed a few things to cook our Thanksgiving dinner that were not provided. (Don’t bring salt and pepper - there is more than you could ever need LOL).

Comfortable home. Absolutely beauty views, especially sunset. We enjoyed our stay.
