Biggest thing for individuals travelling alone is that the upstairs is another rental, however I never heard them or had any issues! This place was amazing with all the supplies you'll need on a beach trip! Perfect week of beach adventures

We had a great anniversary weekend! Scott’s apartment was just right for us! I appreciate all the little extras! Cookies, coffee, chips, popcorn, & a toothbrush! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach!

Rich was great to communicate with. The Airbnb was clean and comfortable. It was nicer than expected from the photos. It offered 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 3 bathrooms, perfect for 5 artist ladies. Towels are thick & fluffy. Nice quite location. I definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Perfect condo spot for us to spend a few days at the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and canal, nice area to walk our dog (and so glad we could bring her!) and easy walk across the street to the beach. We LOVE Mexico Beach and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

Hannah's place was the perfect family retreat! Safe and cozy! Really the perfect location! Everything was exactly as described and just wonderful!

when we checked in the internet was down and the host did everything that could be done but the problem was on the internet provider and she was told that it was going to be out for several days and the host offered to give a full refund if we needed to leave and i run a business so i have to have access to the internet so we did have to find a place to move to but it was already about 7pm so she told us we could stay the night and leave the next day so when we left i called to inform her that we were leaving and i wanted to pay for at least 1 night stay and a cleaning fee as we used all 4 bedrooms but she wouldnt accept any payment and i know she was out of pocket for the cleaning fee but i will definitely be back the house was super clean and a great location.

We enjoyed staying here, plenty of space, well appointed. The place is fairly new, and in good shape. Terrific view of the golf from the living room and the porch. Close enough to Panama City and other places and remote enough to be quiet.

Immaculate, amazing, incredible. The list goes on. This cozy place was perfect for me and my daughter! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back! The location was great and Chris went above and beyond as a host! I swear the Airbnb had to be brand new! Everything was so clean and so nice! Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay. Andy and Susan were wonderful hosts and responsive and helpful. They saved us from a very unfortunate start to our vacation. The house is beautiful and very clean. Loved the box of beach accessories. Would highly recommend their house and we will definitely be back again.

Everything we wanted! This was a perfect house for our family vacation. Because of bad weather when we left our home town, we had to check in a day late. I let Erica and Philip know and they graciously added on a day to the end of our trip at no extra charge! We absolutely love Cape San Blas and the surrounding areas. This was our first time in this neighborhood and we would stay here again. There was something for everyone with the pool, sand volleyball, and pickleball courts (our fave). The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The swings on the porch were delightful. They provided a wagon, beach chairs as well as some beach toys so you just load up your wagon and head down the boardwalk to enjoy your beach day. The beach was not crowded at all even for Spring Break. Our dog enjoyed it too as the beaches here are doggy friendly. Erica and Philip were very responsive and friendly and we would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful house. We loved the mother in law suite when family/friends came to visit. The house was well stocked. Plenty of beach towels and lawn chairs. We talked to Majesty a couple of times and she was very kind and helpful. We would return to this house again.

It was truly amazing. The home had the space we needed for 9 people. The beach was 7 a minute walk. And the clear water beach wasn't far as well. My family enjoyed every moment. The locals were are nice. And you got to go to Mama Dotts for some good soul food cooking. There are local bars to have a few drinks. And beaches you can walk at night to watch the sun sets and rise. The local of the home is just right and privacy needed. You are not far from anything. I thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We had a rough time getting there because our tires blew twice. And we were late for check in but he told us to get there safe and relaxe and everything would be alright. So thank you for caring. We needed batteries and they were there asap. Thank you so much. People you have to book this home. It was so spacious and kitchen was made to cook the best meals.

It was such a wonderful experience for me and my sons. We had a blast and the house was perfect. The communication and support spot on. Thank you both!

My family of 5, (3 under 10) and fur baby stayed in this house for fall break. The location was perfect for us, the home supplied bicycles and the neighborhood was perfect for walking and biking. The pool and beach access are together but we found it easier to drive and park nearby to those. The beach and pool only had a few other families but was mostly just wild life. We seen turtles, crabs, birds, and a small gator. The host were very responsive to any questions and supplied very helpful information about nearby stores and such. I absolutely overpacked as this house is full of beach accessories, sand toys, chairs, wagon, beach towels, you name it and it’s there. The house itself has a fully stocked kitchen all you need to supply is the food. They even had a kennel for our dog! They had plenty of towels available. Plus easy to wash any quickly if needed. The beds were very comfortable. The kids had board games and cute seashells match game to play if they were inside. STAY HERE!!!

Great place! We loved the house and all it had to offer. The kitchen was great as well as the outdoor spaces! The golf carts were great and easy to use. Will definitely be back!

Troy was so helpful before and during our stay. His house is BEAUTIFUL and well cared for. It was me, my husband, and our 3.5 yo son. Beach is right across the street and easy to cross. Locked gate, so I felt safe letting my son run around outside. I’m a clean freak and it’s really clean!! Def will come back!

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

The location couldn't have been better, we had a perfect view of the beach and less than one minute walk before our toes were in the sand. (it's just across the street from the ocean) The condo had everything we needed, and made cooking meals easy. There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-16), and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Don't worry about bringing any beach toys or gear. There's an entire walk in closet with everything you could ever want for the beach. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

We've been going to Mexico Beach for the last 5 years and this place has been the best stay. Would stay again in a heart beat. Owner is friendly, very responsive and detailed. Any question we might have has already been answered in the welcome guide. And I can't get over all the amenities. We really didn't need to bring as much as we did. They are fully equipped with all your and the kids beach needs. As well as the kitchen. I was very impressed all in all. 10/10!

Beach side! A nice view from the balcony. A nice size balcony plenty of seating room . The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Love the coffee bar. Big gas grill. Living space was nice and roomy. Just right for the 5 of us . Oh pet friendly was a big plus. Definitely would rent again!! Debra King

Condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

This place was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. The host was responsive and easy to deal with. We brought two small kids with us who loved the bunk beds and the hot tub. The walk to the beach was quick and if you have a lot of things to bring, you can load up the car and find a public parking place with beach access less than 2 min drive away. It was a little cold for our stay, but the kids still braved the pool and we loved playing in the sand and watching the sunset on the beach. This area is very secluded and there is not many places to shop or eat. We took a quick drive to the Walmart in Panama City to stock up on essentials and it was a very nice shopping experience as well..
