Jasmine was a great host. She was so responsive and super flexible. The house was very nice and cleaned. We really loved that the rooms had air conditioners that worked extremely well. Although the beds were a bit old, it was fine. El Cuco is the best beach in the world and we loved the location on the beach. A humble house that really hit the spot. We wish we could have stayed longer. We really appreciate it. It made me re lived my childhood in a special way. Thank you Jasmine.

La casa es hermosa, coincide con las fotos y con la descripción. El deck frente a la playa fue mi favorito. Nuestra experiencia fue excelente definitivamente volveremos.

Tout était parfait: le site exceptionnel, la plage et la mer sont très belles et les couchers de soleil fantastiques!!! La cuisine est bien équipée et le coin BBQ extérieur est génial. La salle cinéma et jeux étaient très appréciée pour faire une petite pause à l’air climatisé. Les lits sont très confortables et les chambres bien climatisées. Finalement, Enrique qui habite à côté est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Il répondra a toutes vos demandes. J’ai adoré mon séjour!!!

Although we booked this place last minute and had changes the day of/before, Patricia was able to accommodate us and help us modify our reservation to fit the number of people that were going to be staying. Patricia and the other co-hosts were very responsive and answered any questions we had. Jorge was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was very nice and peaceful. This was my first time back in El Salvador visiting my dad’s side of the family since 2011, and staying here during Christmas made the trip even more memorable!

We booked Randy’s house very last minute. He was quick to respond and what a treat it was to stay there. We have never stayed so close to the sea! The house is literally on the beach. You can flop out of bed, into the pool and on to the beach. Jacob (caretaker) and his wife are on site. They can give you tips about things but don’t interfere. I would really recommend transport here. We didn’t have any and things are pretty spread out. We ended up hiring motor bikes and putting out kids on the back. Best to get supplies from Chinendega to cook but can buy fresh fish. Didn’t want to leave. Perfect place to just stop

We had a fantastic stay! The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the pool was clean and inviting. The highlight of our stay was definitely Zulma and Omar, who took great care of us. Zulma is an excellent cook, and we highly recommend dining in. They respected our privacy but were always available when we needed them. Highly recommend this place!

Carlo’s place is excellent. We enjoyed the great staff as well. I'll consider this place to return. It's spacious, has lots to do, and is a wonderful place for families.

Casa muy bonita, cómoda y espaciosa, ideal para pasar en familia. José y Karla son muy atentos y atendieron siempre a nuestras consultas. El lugar es bastante agradable y definitivamente recomiendo este espacio.

This is the second time my family stays at Shannon’s place & we always have a good time. Harold the caretaker is always available if needed. Shannon is quick to respond as well. Thank you Shannon & Harold!

Nancy was a great host and Carlos who helps on the property was amazing. He was friendly and helped with any and all questions we asked. My dad and uncle hit it off with him, he felt like family. The house was beautiful and spacious. We had issues with the wifi for 2 days but Nancy helped get someone out there our second day to fix it since restarting the router didn’t help. She was also gracious enough to let us check in earlier since our flight was changed and we arrived early morning. Some local restaurants that we ate at that were really good are Mar y Sol and Acajutla. Overall, our family and I really do hope to come back and stay here next year!

My family felt like they had found the perfect spot to end our stay in El Salvador. Everyone relaxed at n the breeze that flowed though the area and house. Luis and Loyda were so kind and helpful. They even helped us find excellent fresh cooked fish and rice when we went on into the mangroves. They were excited that we may someday return. Hopefully that is something that will happen. Thank you so much for a lovey open and spacious stay with an amazing host and caretakers of the land.

The place is very nice, better than it looks in the photos. The price is a bit high, but it is a very nice place.

Todo muy lindo en el lugar, área de piscina preciosa y limpia, área de comedor y hamacas ordenada, disfrutamos en familia. Elías y Claudia muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Los únicos 2 detalles son el hecho de que los aires se apaguen a las 9am, ya que inicia la hora de calor y ya no se puede seguir descansando a gusto. También se va el agua de repente, pero Esme está atenta y resolvió rápidamente.

Georgeous retreat!! I spent a few days here before a surf retreat. The property is just as pictured. Just a 1 minute walk to the beach. The place was immaculate. The caregiver would be on the property for a short time daily to clean the pool and do some landscaping. The bed was comfortable. AC worked like a charm. I cooked all meals there. Kitchen nicely stocked. If you plan on cooking have the driver stop in Chinandega for groceries. I did not bring a surfboard. I was able to rent a surfboard from Amaru. Aposentillo and the boom are surf spots that are within walking distance. Lacie was a wonderful host. She was very responsive, proactive and helpful. This was the perfect tranquil retreat before I started my surf camp. I would definitely return.

Gary & Lisa are great hosts. We loved our stay on this beautiful beach, and extended our stay from one week to two. The rancho is spectacular, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is great. Spacious property with ocean breezes and gorgeous sunsets. We rented a motorcycle in town which made getting round fun and easy. Thank you so much for having us! Highly recommended!

Las instalaciones están excelentes, las habitaciones, los baños, la cocina, la piscina, todo está acondicionado para hacer la estadía placentera. La ubicación es muy buena, tienes acceso directo a una playa magnifica para bañarte y pasar el día, y si la marea está baja, puedes llegar caminando a Punta Mango a surfear, si la marea esta alta, tendrás que ir en auto, aproximadamente a 5 minutos, pero este idealmente debe ser un SUV o Pick Up, porque la calle de acceso sigue siendo empedrada. Wilber, la persona que cuida el lugar, es muy atento es responder las preguntas que tengas; en abrir y cerrar el portón cada vez que entras o sales del lugar.

The place was just as described. Me and my family had a great time. The pool was very clean. Even though it’s a shared pool, we were the only ones there. The interior of the house is beautiful and has everything you could ask for. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place right on the beach. The three bedrooms all have comfortable beds and the AC worked quite well. We had a lovely stay and Gracia Maria was responsive, flexible, and helped us find a local cook (Gloribel) who was able to help with basic cooking and cleanup duties. Don Toño, the caretaker made the check in process easy and was very responsive to any issues. We had a lovely New Years holiday! Two things to be aware of if you’re a visitor looking to relax. The space is advertised as sleeping 10 and technically could, but it was quite tight when we had 10 for two days because 4 of the spots are in two small double beds within a bunk; probably more like 8 people comfortably (3 each in the BRs with bunk + twin, and 2 in the very comfortable king bed in the master bedroom). Second, if you’re a light sleeper, there are a couple of roosters on the property, one quite loud. You may want to bring earplugs just in case. Overall a lovely stay and we were grateful for this plac
