Cependant, pour l’hiver, comme aujourd’hui en janvier, le chauffage central (dans le salon) est disponible et fonctionne pour chauffer, mais le chauffage de la salle de bain et de la chambre ne fonctionne pas (à réparer et vérifier pour les prochains vacanciers). Sinon, dans l’ensemble, l’emplacement et l’appartement sont paisibles, et nous sommes satisfaits pour une courte séjour. Merci ☺️

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach großartig, und wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Gastgeberin ist ein wahrer Goldschatz – so herzlich und aufmerksam. Auch ein großes Dankeschön an den Hausmeister, der uns sogar beim Gepäck geholfen hat. Der Ausblick vom Sofa war mein persönliches Highlight, vor allem morgens, wenn die Vögel erwachten und das Meeresrauschen die perfekte Kulisse bot. Diese Momente werde ich nie vergessen! Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, und der geräumige Kühlschrank war ideal für uns, da wir fast jeden zweiten Tag gekocht haben. Wir wären am liebsten für immer geblieben – es war einfach traumhaft! Der Aufenthalt hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir mit einem Lächeln und vielen schönen Erinnerungen abreisen – und das sagt doch alles!

I had an incredible stay at Hana's Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean and well-organized, making it a perfect retreat. Hana’s attention to detail really shines through, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I was also lucky to meet her amazing mother, Lamia, who was the epitome of warmth and hospitality. Lamia is not only incredibly kind but also radiates such a sweet, cute energy that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend staying with them!

One of the best AirBnbs we’ve ever stayed in. We booked in for 5 days during December and we can’t wait to come again in the summer. The host (Moktar) has poured his heart and soul into making this stay absolutely excellent. The decor is captivating and beautiful, all while offering every amenity you will want or need. The rooftop terrace is at night offers a beautiful view of the moon and stars while you chill in the hot tub. The location is superb, a minutes walk from a beautiful beach and also a main road that you can take taxis and local busses from into town. The nearby towns and cities themselves have a lot of historical and archeological sites that are definitely worth exploring. Moktar went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, inviting us for the nicest dinner with his family on our last day. Truly the best host ❤️

Very nice host, beautiful terrasse . Everything is very close, especially with a car. The beach that can be seen from the house is very rocky. But there are very nice beaches 10mins away by car. Overall was a lovely stay ! Thank you mr Chedly !

It’s a little paradise close to the medina of Hammamet. Peaceful and authentic, it’s the perfect spot for a romantic escapade or a trip with friends. Having dinner in the center of the riad was the highlight of our stay, we loved being surrounded by the plants.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en famille dans cette superbe maison authentique, typiquement tunisienne, au bord de la mer. L'espace est vaste, idéal pour les enfants, et le jardin, côté mer comme côté piscine, est un véritable atout ! La maison est parfaitement équipée et décorée avec goût, on s'y sent comme chez soi. La proximité de la plage et la vue sur la mer ont fait de ces vacances un véritable paradis. Pour les amateurs de cuisine, tout est prévu pour régaler vos proches (four à feu de bois, barbecue, four à pain artisanal en terre cuite et une cuisine entièrement équipée). Les enfants ont pleinement profité de l'espace et du jardin pour jouer au basketball et faire du roller. Merci à notre hôte Mohamed et son assistant présent sur place pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Bardzo duży, przestronny, nowocześnie urządzony dom. Kuchnie doskonale wyposażone. Łazienki czyste. Pokoje duże, zaopatrzone w szafy, wieszaki. Cudowny widok z tarasu. Bardzo dobry, pomocny, kontaktowy właściciel. Szybko odpowiada na wiadomosci. Polecam z calego serca.

J'ai été ravie de ma location, parfait pour notre famille de 4. L'emplacement est paisible, accueillant, bien entretenu. Un véhicule est indispensable mais la plage est accessible à pied. Les gardiens et le personnel de ménage de la résidence sont très gentils. Nizar est un hôte très accueillant, réactif à la moindre demande et toujours joignable. Le bien est spacieux avec tout le nécessaire. Je recommande vivement.

Despite several issues at check-in from our side, Nebiha was incredibly helpful and understanding. She was extremely responsive to all our needs and we sincerely thank her for the excellent hospitality. The beautiful space was very close to the beach and was stocked with all the amenities we needed to cook and host. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay. Maher was a very accommodating and friendly host. The villa is located in a very quiet area of Hergla but the main area is within a short walking distance, including a range of restaurants, cafés, and the beach. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the outside facilities are great. We would like to return the the villa again in warmer weather to make better use of all it jas to offer. Thank you Maher.

J’ai passé mon séjour deux semaines dans cette Airbnb ! C’était vraiment incroyable, la vue était juste magnifique. Les photos sont exactement pareil qu’en réalité. Je mettrai un bon 10/10. Vraiment très accessible. Après en bas de la résidence, il y a un café lounge et juste à coté il y a l’hôtel Byzance. Ensuite autour il y a plein des restaurants, un Monoprix et un peu plus loin y’a le centre de nabeul. De la résidence au centre c’est 20min à pied.

The host was very nice and accommodating person. He was answering very fast on our messages. The apartment met our expectations and was exactly how is the description in the app. Fully equipped with all the amenities that one family need for long stay there. I recommend with bought hands and I hope will visit the place again soon!

We spent three wonderful nights here in February with a group of seven. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, we had a fantastic stay. The property offers great value for the money, a prime location, and stunning balcony views that match the photos perfectly. The secure underground parking was a plus, and having supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby made everything convenient. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay.
