Wirklich schöne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Santa Elena. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war sehr leicht. Die Wohnung war extrem sauber und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch fanden wir es praktisch, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war. Diego antwortete sehr schnell und freundlich auf unsere Nachrichten und half uns immer, wenn wir Fragen hätten. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wirklich schön. Zu beachten ist allerdings, dass sie aktuell nicht zu 100% den Fotos entspricht, da aktuell nebenan ein Haus gebaut wird und ein Bauzaun einen (kleinen) Teil der Aussicht blockiert.

This is a great 3 bedroom beachfront condo . I walked the beach and this section is very nice without a lot of rocks . . It’s volcanic sand so it is dark brown but nice and soft . A beautiful spot for sunsets . The condo is as described with accurate photos . The kitchen has a good variety of cookware and reusable “Tupperware “ . Thick nice towels and good beach towels . Walkable to many restaurants and we felt very safe out walking for dinner . My family of 5 was very pleased

We have stayed in three other AirBnBs in North Guiones, all in slightly different locations, and this location and home was our favorite. Loved the enclosed pool, the available beach chairs and towels, auto-toilets, and kitchen amenities. There are two floors above this unit that are individual units but you’d never know. This unit is totally private with its own entrance. Would def stay again.

Simone est un hôte très accueillant qui a su nous donner des conseils utiles ! Endroit convivial et environnement très agréable. Situé au milieu des arbres, nous avons eu la chance d’assister, tout les matins depuis notre terrasse, aux spectacles des singes hurleurs !

Bel appartement. Très confortable. Équiper adéquatement. Entrer sécuritaire. Seul bémol il y a un coq qui chante à 4:00am!!! C’est très matinal. Mais ça fait profiter de la région plus tôt Merci

Beautiful location with Marina, mountain and stunning sunrise views over the ocean. Pool was a good temperature and home was clean and spacious!

Nos encanto el lugar. Alquilamos el dormitorio de la entrada, el cual era muy espacioso. Para el check in fueron muy amables, nos querían esperar para recibirnos y para el check out fueron muy flexibles. Estamos muy agradecidos de habernos hospedado ahí. La ubicación es buena pero necesitas auto para ir a la playa guiones, la cual es la playa principal.

Excellent location, easy to find, very clean, good kitchen, very comfortable bed and a hot shower. Great price and would return here again for a long weekend or week getaway.

Un alojamiento excelente, solamente que los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones, permanecieron en mal estado y quedaron en llegar a arreglarlos y no se presentó ningún técnico.

I loved this house!! It was very close to the beach and the pool was an awesome amenity. The bedrooms were spacious and could easily fit my group (10 people). Highly recommend!!

Beautiful house in a great location. 5 minute walk to the square where there are great restaurants and things to do. All of the tour companies were able to pick us up at the front door. Rebeca was very responsive. The backyard is its own oasis & vacation on its own. We wish we could have stayed longer to truly soak all of that in. Amazing place. 10/10 recommend.

We really enjoyed this wonderful home. We stayed for two weeks and the longer we were there, the more we appreciated it. The hosts are friendly, thoughtful and responsive, but not intrusive or demanding; really, Ricky and Tabata are the best hosts I can remember having at an AirBnB. The house is roomy, breezy and great to relax in, with a sweet outdoor bed. It has a wonderful view and a nice little pool to hop in when you return from an excursion. There's also access to a larger pool and exercise room, both of which we used regularly. Another great thing about the house is the location. You can walk 10 minutes through the jungle to the beach, or to Playa Pelada if you want to go out. Playa Guiones and Nosara are both just five-minute quad rides away, so it was never a hassle to go out for stuff. Traveling just a little farther gets you to some other amazing beaches, like Barco Quebrado and San Juanillo, as well as to some really cool mountain top vistas. Definitely coming back!

Andrea's place is amazing. It is incredibly well equipped, there's nothing you would lack in terms of cooking tools and appliances. The house is huge and very new. everything works well. The pool is certainly the place to be, very relaxing and private. Andrea was super welcoming and helpful before and during or stay. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

El lugar estaba en excelente condición tal cual como las fotos lo describían. La anfitriona respondió rápidamente cada mensaje . sin duda lo volvería a elegir para próximas vacaciones 100% recomendado .

La casa está muy bien equipada, todo estaba limpio y organizado, el lugar es muy tranquilo. Laura es una excelente anfitriona, esperamos regresar.

Alexandra est très gentille et nous a même laissé du poisson fraîchement pêché. Site magnifique, piscine parfaite et mer à côté. deuxième chambre un peu petite mais fonctionnelle avec sa petite toilette. Beau séjours de 2 semaines. Merci beaucoup Alexandra 😄

Fun friendly on the beach but there was construction work in and around the place but everywhere in the world is under construction lately 😉

I had a great stay, it was quiet and very safe. The staff and security was kind. The grocery store next store is great and I was able to walk to meet my group close by without having to stay in a hotel.

It's as advertised and a good deal for the money in my opinion. I went with my son and we had a good time in the room and in the pool there together. Don Luis was also super helpful, especially with the check-in, he saved the day when we arrived by offering to store our luggage for us and getting our room prepared ahead of schedule. We were very appreciative of his efforts. They were also working on the area around the pool making it look nicer which shows that they're invested.

Beautiful Condo. Amazing 5th floor view from the patio and master bedroom. Large living/dining room and the kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedrooms are large with lots of closet space. Great to have access to a washer/dryer. Huge pool and the condo is right across the street from a resort with beach access. Very close to plenty of restaurants. Convenience near by. We did have difficulty utilizing the safe as the key/lock seemed worn out.
