Breathtaking view from the terrace, great pool, very comfortable bungalow. You can rent a motorcycle on the spot. One of the best places on the island.

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Mookba und ihrem Mann sehr genossen! Die beiden waren unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben leckeres Frühstück und frisches Obst bekommen und sie hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und für die Rückfahrt wieder hin gebracht. Mit Grab konnte man gut Essen und Taxis bestellen. Wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, war uns Mookba immer eine sehr große Hilfe. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiter empfehlen, der abseits der Hektik eine ruhsame Auszeit in der Natur und in einem Städchen mit schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten und sehr netten Menschen genießen möchte.

Mycket bra och hjälpsam service. Rent och fräscht. Otroligt sköna sängar. Plus för coffee maker (presso) och extra badhanddukar. Enda negativa var att det bara fanns två solsängar och att stream till TV eller Apple TV inte fungerade. Det finns några restauranger på stranden som är ganska dyra så vi rekommenderar att man hyr scooter för att ta sig till huvudgatan där det finns många restauranger med väldigt bra priser och god mat. Då kan man även relativt enkelt ta sig till White Sand som ligger ca 15 min söderut (man behöver dock passera ett berg med ganska branta backar).

Ning has gone to extraordinary effort to make her house a pleasure for visitors. Up to 4 couples could have a comfortable holiday there.

Cagatay was very helpful, easy to reach, and always ready to assist with any questions. The check-in process was smooth, and the accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos… clean and equipped with all the essentials. The location is great, just a 4-minute scooter ride to the coast and cafés like Indigo, and also close to Thong Sala. Highly recommended!

the location is right in the central pattaya with many restaurants and bars. only a few minutes walk to beach and central pattaya mall. apartment looks exactly like the photos, clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. bed is very comfortable and great rain showers. thanawan is an excellent host, friendly, quick respond and gave good recommendations for local eats. highly recommended! the only negative is the elevators are very small, always packed and slow. the lobby and common area always full of people with luggages, waiting to check and out… like a busy hotel lobby.

Really nice place I got into on short notice. I was surprised with how spacious it was and super comfortable right next to a little pond. The birds can be super loud but it’s part of staying in this climate so just be aware of that. Lovely place super accommodating host and staff — very private & quiet, would book again!

We booked a few days before our flight and we are super happy with our Airbnb. Ly friendly and easy to communicate with. The Airbnb was located in a perfect location by the river, close walking distance from attractions, and it was super comfy. The Airbnb is spacious, clean, and has AC - along with all the amenities you need. There’s a convenient family Khmer restaurant downstairs, ATM/ exchange, and TukTuk (ask for Lot, one of the tuktuk drivers if you run into him) right outside. Ly allowed us to extend our checkout for 2 hours since we had a later flight- Highly recommend!

Our vacations was a memorable one, thanks to this location and the room was very beautiful and cozy and ckean, everything was perfect, definitely worth it, must come back again!

Big thanks to Ralf. Perfect care and communication, great and luxury apartment (probably the top on the whole island) with great view, amazing pool and very close to the port to get easy beautiful boat trips. We also enjoyed the equipment of the apartment (everything as on the pictures and very useful).

Place is as described on the 14th floor. It was clean and about the size of a hotel room. Bed was comfortable and located in centrally with a short walk to the beach. It would have been nice to have a local knowledge notebook in the room to provide travelers with the how to navigate the transportation system and local markets to visit. You can go to most of the city via jump on pickup trucks that costs only 10 baht per trip. You pay when you get off directly to the driver. I found you can take it from the condo to Jomtien airport bus station. The express bus to BKK airport only costs 143 baht and the bus drops you off at departures.
