We had a wonderful stay at Anne’s airbnb. The location to the beach and restaurants for the price can’t be beat. Anne was friendly and readily accommodated our check-in time. We would gladly stay here again.

Her place is beautiful and super clean! It is a very short walk to the beach and just a quick drive to the area's restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend staying here!

LOVED our stay! This was my two toddler’s first time ever seeing the beach, and I’m so happy we found this during our last-minute booking. The condo is exactly as listed, right on the beach. Beautiful, unobstructed view right from the patio. Sue was very responsive even before we reserved, and made sure to check in with us during our stay. Every bed was comfortable, and there were extra blankets if needed. After reading older reviews I can tell they’ve been making improvements on this unit to better everyone’s experience. If you’re searching for your beach stay with a view, I highly recommend this one. This will be the first listing we check availability for from now on.

Great location and communication! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we were glad to find a flashlight in the closet for our nighttime beach walks. It would be nice to have smart TVs in the upstairs bedrooms to relax at night, and a few other updates would make it even better. We enjoyed watching and trying to catch crabs in the lagoon, and the beach is just a short walk across the street. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, we had a great stay!

This was our second stay here (on the opposite side of the duplex) and again, we loved it! Not only is it exactly as described but they have so many amenities on hand and the house is very clean! The location is so close to everything but tucked away enough to not be disturbed and our kids loved using the bikes they have available. The hangout area under the house is great for grilling out, playing games, or “just chilling”. We will hopefully be back again next summer!

The space was great for our family. It was close to the beach & pool. We all had enough room for a family of 5- which is amazing! The only downfall was that there were no curtains or blinds by the sliding doors in the dining area. And the dryer was missing a handle to get it open- which wasn’t a huge deal (we were still able to use it). Thank you for a great stay. It definitely makes us want to go back to Pensacola again!

Beautiful place. Refrigerator did not work though. We had to walk downstairs to garage where there was another smaller refrigerator. Just a lot of walking up and down, up and down, up and down! Repairman came but it never got cold.

The house was very clean and welcoming. I was very pleasantly surprised. The house has lots of space and my daughter loved having her own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very organized. Loved having the washer and dryer right off the kitchen. WiFi worked great and TV had all the apps we needed. The neighborhood was small and quiet and we enjoyed sitting out front and having a drink. Everyone was very friendly. We loved it

Max’s place has everything we needed. We spent Mother’s Day weekend with eight ladies and had a fabulous time. The proximity to the beach, the view all the amenities, including chairs and umbrellas was outstanding. I would highly recommend a stay here!!! Thanks for your quick responses Max. I look forward to coming back again next year.

We needed extra room for additional family members coming into town for the holidays and Hollie’s place worked out great for us. The place was clean and there was even some waters in the pantry. We will definitely stay again.

Great and safe neighborhood. Lots of space inside and honestly a beautiful home. Host answered all my questions pretty quickly and was very nice, I’m definitely booking again!

Our family had a great stay. The residence was squeaky clean. The queen bed upstairs and full bed downstairs were very comfortable. Every type of pan and utensil needed to cook family meals was provided, and the 5-cup coffee maker was perfect for my wife and I. The television includes a Roku so you can login to all of your streaming accounts. The place is about three well-lit blocks to the shops and restaurants of Palafox Street, so perfect for going out at night and walking home. Tracy was very responsive. When we ran out of an item during our long stay, Tracy had supplies shipped to the house immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

This a very well appointed, pristine home. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again for the Snowball. It was very close to the track.

Honestly, I have used AirBnb for many years and this was the easiest transaction, super clean house and definitely the most affordable for the amenities offered by Jackie. The video games were a blast from the past and we had fun with the ping pong table and basketball game in the front of the house. Jackie left all the staples in the frig including milk, sodas and juice along with 2 cereal options, cans of soup, a fully stocked coffee bar with lots of extras PLUS a gift basket with goodies & snacks. There were plenty of beach towels and floats for the beach. The two-ply toilet paper was greatly appreciated!

The unit was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. We really appreciated the attention to detail with the bathroom amenities that you don’t typically see in an Airbnb (toothbrushes, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.). The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the curtains help keep all light out even into the morning time. The area felt very safe, and we felt comfortable going on early morning runs around the neighborhood. With close proximity to the beach and downtown Pensacola, there isn’t much more we could ask for. I will note the neighbor is very talkative 😂 but didn’t distract from our stay at all. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We had a wonderful stay in Pensacola. Kyle was helpful and responsive, and he made sure that all our needs and wishes were met. The condo was clean, neat and well supplied. The location was very convenient for us, and the pool was a nice amenity. We would stay here again anytime.

Perfectly located on the golf course and near so much! We were a less than 45 minute drive to Perdido Key Beach, Orange Beach and Pensacola Beach. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and activities near by and very easy to get too. Amy was super responsive and very willing to help you on your stay. I would definitely come back, we had a GREAT time!

Anthony's place had all the needed amenities for my family's stay. Good location near downtown and easy access to local attractions. If you're looking for a fully equipped house, this is the place.

PERFECT location! So spacious and loaded with everything so you didn’t have to pack it! Bikes! Beach towels! A Beach Wagon! Corn hole, ping pong, puzzles and games! Every bedroom was plenty of room and beds for our family. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Adrian was the definition of a “SuperHost” ! He stayed in contact with us until we made it and got into his property! He was very friendly and attractive! His property actually exceeded our expectations! I’m very OCD and for me to walk in and fell comfortable without breaking out my cleaning supplies speaks volume!! I was shocked!! It was very clean, the area was very quiet! I loved the decor ! It was just a very Beachy vibe !! We will definitely be back ! Thank Adrian for opening your home up to us !!
