This property advertised everything it proved to be. Great location in WM- very walkable to restaurants, retail, groceries, clubs. Responsive host (within minutes of every query) clean, comfortable, private and quiet (off the street). I would stay again undoubtedly.

Alex place location it’s very convenient close to hwy , grocery stores . Wery clean place and was perfect for us . We stay only one night but next time we will stay longer for quick east cost visits Thank you 😊 Greg &Bernadetta

Sehr, sehr schöne und großzügige Unterkunft, immer noch neuwertig und wie beschrieben. Pool und Fitnessraum im Clubhaus sind sehr zu empfehlen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Fahrzeit zu den Stränden (obwohl nur 10 Meilen entfernt) dauert allerdings in der Regel über 30 Minuten, da sehr viele Ampeln dazwischen liegen und der Berufsverkehr sehr stark ist. Sicherlich eine Unterkunft, die wir in der Zukunft wieder wählen würden.

Apartment is as described. Clean and no insects which isn’t always true in the south. All beds were comfortable. Master is more firm and the queen was softer. Living room furniture was good as was the dinette. Kitchen has sufficient items for cooking meals. There were items for the beach including cart, towels, snorkels, floaties and toys. Outside grill was used once which was nice to have. (It’s did take awhile to heat up.) Walk to the beach was easy, although ones does need to cross 4 lanes of traffic, but there wasn’t much when we went. The place is located conveniently to beach, scuba diving, restaurants and such. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning! We appreciate the way Roman helped us with questions and items! You will not regret booking here!

We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at Joe's place. The location of the unit is perfect for sleeping in with the room darkening curtains. It also was spotless upon arrival. The pool is a wonderful amenity with both shade and sunshine. There are plenty of restaurants, a CVS, Publix etc. all within walking distance. The beach is only a few minutes walk away as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and chic.

My husband and I flew in to town for the weekend to meet our first grandson that was just born. The place was great! Super clean and perfect for what we needed. (Didn’t spend a ton of time there. Basically slept only). We did have one hiccup with someone that kept banging on our door and kept trying to open it the last night we were there. Apparently there is another unit and it was the guest from there. Either way scared us and made for a sleepless night not knowing that till the next morning when Peter messaged us back. I would just suggest during summer months to request Peter to turn on the a/c unit in the living room before you get in. It was quit warm when we checked in late Friday night and made it hard to sleep in the bedroom since the a/c window unit is only in living room space. It took quite a while to cool the bedroom. Just wanted to let folks know in case they don’t love the heat like we do 🥴 Overall it was a great stay and we’d stay again!

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

The host was polite and on point.The rental was peaceful the front patio had a relaxing vibe the backyard felt like a mini oasis.The beds and sofa were comfortable.The location is convenient many restaurants near.

The home was exactly as described. Everything was in working order and it was a good location. The house is definitely lived in, and the bathroom could use a fan. But it's a great value, in a safe location. And the backyard is also a nice bonus.

Nicholas’s place was truly a paradise as described. Nichola is an awesome host, very accommodating and quick to respond or solve any issues which by the way, we had none. We will definitely stay there again. This will be our first choice before looking for another place in West Palm Beach.

I’ve stated a lot of Airbnb’s, but this one is probably the best! When we arrived, he had a hot pizza from Domino’s waiting for us Ralph didn’t have to, but there was some leftover beers and Diet Coke and waters already cold and in the fridge for us probably from a previous guest or maybe he stuck them themselves. It doesn’t matter. It was awesome. The poor was the perfect temperature The attention to detail and kindness shown from Ralph was the cherry on top We really had a great week here and highly recommend this house

great place. all of my friends loved it and it was perfect for us. if you do not have car, it’ll be about a 20 minute uber ride to beach when busy, and about 7-8 minute uber when not busy. but other than that everything was great! clean, tidy, organized.

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

The facility was beautiful and the condo was equally as nice. Looking forward to booking there again next year.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We love coming to Pompano Beach, and this is an ideal play to stay. The condo complex is located right on the intracoastal waterway, and the constant boat traffic going by is entertaining and relaxing. It is a smaller complex and all of the other tenants were friendly and fun to interact with. The ocean and beach are just a couple blocks away, and very easy to walk to. We are "pool people" so we spent our time on the sundeck/dock enjoying the pool area. This unit is the best one in the whole complex. It is located on the second floor (so you do need to be able to climb stairs), but it undoubtedly has the best view of all the units! It is clean and well stocked and in great shape--looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the king bed is comfortable and beach chairs/umbrella/towels are provided. Brian, the host, is very responsive and will take great care of you. We'll be back!

We loved this condo! The W amenities and walkability to the beach and fabulous restaurants made our ladies weekend away truly top notch!

At first look the building looked like it was frozen in time from the 70's. But the place was located perfectly in between restaurants on one side and the beach on the other. Location, location, location. coming back next year
