We loved our long winter stay at this beautiful home! It is spacious and gracious! The large rooms with high ceilings give an expansive feel throughout. The peaceful, south-facing sunroom was filled with sunlight all day and is a delightful space to read, nap, chat or practice yoga. The furniture in the master bedroom is simply tremendous! We cooked most of our meals and appreciated the full kitchen and dining spaces. Rebecca and her spouse live nearby and are extremely responsive and accommodating. They are gracious hosts, and we enjoyed our conversations. They truly want you to enjoy your trip to the fullest. Staying at this home is a treat!

Thanks Adam for hosting. Overall the stay went well. However, on the pictures the house seemed a lot bigger and spacious than it turned out to be in reality. The beds were smaller than expected, but the general location of the house was convenient.

We had an amazing stay at Jesus’ house! The property was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed with multiple cozy areas both indoors and outdoors, perfect for relaxing, socializing, or dining. We really appreciated the extras—beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, multiple washer/dryers, and even coffee. The location was ideal, with the beach less than a 15-minute drive away and plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Although we never needed to reach out, our host’s proactive messages made us feel well-supported and welcome. Highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great; the beach, grocery stores, and several restaurants were about 5 minutes away. We booked this house for the backyard and it was our favorite part of the house. We spent most of our time outdoors lounging, eating meals, and enjoying the pool. While the pool is small, it was actually perfect for my toddlers. The house was very clean and the bed was decently comfortable. They also provided all the necessary amenities, provided all the beach essentials, and even had board games. The hosts were very responsive and took care of any reported issues immediately.

This house was perfect for our staycation, super cute, close to everything, and so pretty! Sarah was so responsive to any questions we had, and always responded quickly!

Uitstekend verblijf, leuke locatie. Woning is in het echt een stuk groter dan op de foto’s. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad met ons gezin.

The house was even larger in person. Plenty of space for privacy if you have a big group. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Felt safe with the security system on the perimeter of the property. Outdoor kitchen was a dream. The entire stay was worth it and Franddy is an excellent host who is attentive to any needs you have. We wanted to book the house again not even 5 minutes after check out - we had that great of a stay. Highly recommended!

Was an amazing stay at an amazing apartment. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Rebecca was super responsive to any questions we had and even when I ended up leaving my jacket she messaged me and I was easily able to recover. Great location to food and less than 10 mins to the beach but also it was nice to be away from the crowd. Parking was free, pool was heated and relaxing. The condo was very clean. Had a great time.

Maikel’s place is in a very safe area. No worries at all. Near a nice park with a great walking path. Perfect for Steinbrenner Field & Raymond James Stadium.

We LOVED staying at Meryem’s place! It was just adorable, the location was perfect, and she was very friendly. We had a small concern with AC, and she immediately came out to see how she could help and was sweet enough to even give us some recommendations for things to do while we were there! Would definitely stay with Meryem again.

First, the location was superb to our needs. Restaurants and shops minutes away while walking. As an avid cyclist, the bike trails miles of fun. Paula’s place fitted our needs perfectly. Clean, comfortable and the other guests we met were friendly. We plan to be back soon!

Lori was so accommodating getting us into our second cottage for our second week, for which we are grateful to her and her marvelous cleaning crew. This was our third time and each time in a different cottage, which was equally peaceful, provided space and tranquility inside and outside and as with the other reviews the loveliest hidden gem.

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

Mike is an incredible person. He was always available, ready to help us. The house is really nice, big, comfortable, good location. I totally recommend this place!

Absolutely wonderful stay and beautiful home! Description of the listing was completely accurate and all of the extra amenities were great. Having a high chair and pack and play with a mattress was perfect for our 2 year old. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with our morning coffee and the pool, and could not beat the location. Communication was quick and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Bee & Peter’s place is amazing! Such a personal and charming house which guarantees you to have fun. Also communication is fantastic with responses being close to instant. Very pleasant experience

My family and I had a great time at Nancy's place. my kids especially loved the large pool! There was more than enough room for our group.

This space is special as it can accommodate so many but yet you still have your own private suite! The interior and decor are a solid 9.5 The exterior is a 8.5 Just my opinion The host is extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the home and area! Heated pool was clean and warm Lots of wildlife also

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.
