Wonderful home! We didn’t want to leave! Nice lay out for the home. Plenty of space to accommodate lots of people. The pool/hot tub was definitely the main event. A house full of middle aged women and we played in the pool like we were kids again! Lots of room around the dinning table to play board games. The downstairs was also perfect for a big group. Pool and basketball were lots of fun. One of the ladies brought her switch and we had Mario kart going on too. Over all clean, spacious, private and never have to leave the property for entertainment. Easy check in and out. By far the best bnb I’ve been to. Very chill and relaxing.

The house was extremely clean, which is very important to us. It’s one of the best houses we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you for taking such good care of your property, it truly shows!

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

Kyle’s place was able to accommodate our large group. The house was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. Kyle was very responsive, easy check in and check out! I would definitely recommend.

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

This home was perfect for our large, multigenerational family with lots to do in the home and locally. It was only 30 minutes from the airport and downtown Denver. Great value and great home!

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

This place was a whole vibe! If you’re into trippy decor, cozy nooks, and a space that feels like a creative little hideaway, you’ll love it here. Every corner had something cool or quirky—definitely felt like we stepped into an art-filled dreamland. Super chill hangout spots both inside and outside, perfect for late-night convos, music, or just zoning out. Definitely 420-friendly, which made the whole stay even more relaxing and carefree. The energy of the place was just right—laid-back, open-minded, and welcoming. Host was great too, very responsive and easygoing. If you’re looking for a spot to unwind, laugh, vibe out with friends, and enjoy a non-traditional stay with personality, this is it. Would 100% come back!

My sister and I, and our families, shared this house over the holidays. It was a great place to gather for meals and hanging out. It was especially nice to have an extra living room area in the basement for the kids. The location was beautiful.

I would highly recommend this lovely stay. The house itself has many fun amenities and is across the street from a frolickable grass field. Lots of room to play and enjoy activities with friends and family. Brianna was very responsive and provided a very smooth and easy check in and check out experience. My stay at Renee’s and Miguel’s home was very enjoyable while visiting Denver. I appreciated having my own space in the basement. The location is close to downtown Denver which was helpful throughout my visit. Having access to a washer and dryer was a great amenity to have. The hot tub at night was very calm and comfortable. I was easily able to sleep comfortably throughout my stay. They were also accommodating with some packages I had delivered to their home. I asked while I was away if a package could be placed in my Airbnb. Renee placed the package in my quarters while I was away which I greatly appreciated. The surrounding neighborhood has many necessities within walking distance. From supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, and breweries this Airbnb has the conveniences that travelers need. I also enjoyed my conversation with Miguel. He was very friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and welcoming. I highly recommend staying at Renee’s and Miguel’s Airbnb when visiting Denver.

Susan’s home is perfectly located just blocks from Pearl street which has lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The home was beautifully decorated and super cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook a nice meal and there were random ingredients that were available left from previous guests. The beds were comfortable as was lounging on the couch. Great place to stay in Boulder. I Would definitely recommend.

We had everything we needed for a quick spring break trip in the snow! This home has more room than I imagined and great set up for the varying ages of the boys. The town of Nederland offered some eclectic spots and the local mountain Eldora was perfect size for a great couple of days of skiing and snowboarding. Then home to cook in the large kitchen, a little sledding, and relax in the hot tub. We would definitely return!

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

The best part about Jeffrey‘s place was it’s location and accessibility to the surrounding areas. I’ve lived all over the world and Jeffrey’s area is a little rough around the edges, but I felt safe to walk around at night by myself as a woman. I appreciate his proactive approach to conserving energy as well… He was a lovely host!

Everything was great! The downstairs neighbors we had during our visit were very noisy and sounded like they were in the same unit, which threw us off at times. But otherwise, our stay was good! The Air BnB has everything you need!

Carol's 3 bedroom and 3 bath house was perfect for our needs. The lower level of Carol's house is completely finished. There were 2 single people and a couple. Each of the single people had their own upper level bedroom and bath, and the couple had their own bedroom, bath and privacy in the lower level. Carol's house is very tastefully decorated and furnished. Just about anything you could want is there from dishes, to kitchen utensils, to extra linens, to games and outdoor items. Very clean! No lingering house odors. Great outdoor and patio space. Lots of birds and squirrels to watch in the yard. Close to shopping and eating. Only 4 blocks away from a grocery store. Nice neighborhood. Felt very comfortable to walk to the store if need be. Easy check-in directions and house rules. Carol's house definitely deserves a "5 star" review. Her house is an excellent place to stay, and if we are back in the area, we will definitely book again. Thanks for a great Airbnb experience!
