Очень приятный уютный дом. Мустафа приятный добрый в общении человек. Всегда на связи и готовый помочь. Дом находится в отличном месте на тихой улице с двумя торговыми центрами по близости. Чистая квартира, в которой хочется жить.

I really loved this place. This was the best unit that I had rented in Istanbul, and I have been going annually for a while, so I have experienced various units. Where the other units were also very nice, this location was the best and the view of the Marmara Sea was very nice. Although I was there in January, the weather was nice and one of my last afternoons at the unit, I had ordered lunch for delivery and had it on the balcony with the view of the Marmara Sea. The rooms were very spacious, and the kitchen was large and had everything you could want. The only thing is that since the build is older, there was no elevator, but the unit is only on the third floor, so this wasn't an issue. Rasul's brother-in-law helped me with bringing up my luggage, so after that, it was easy to get out and back. The location is perfect, about an 8-minute walk to the Marmaray Train station which connects you to everywhere you want to go. I actually miss being there, I can't say enough.

Emre bey çok misafirperver bir insan, her soruma anında yanıt sağladı. Ev Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi temiz ve rahattı. Ulaşım sıkıntısı yok tam karşıda metro istasyonu ve taksi durağı var.

Naci bey saygılı ve sorumluluk sahibi ve hep yardımcı oldular . Evin de konumu benim için önemliydi babam rahatsız olduğu için hastaneye yakın olsun diye . bu konuda gayet başarılıydı .

My wife and I plus my sister in law rented Mrs Tuba house for a month recently(January 28 to February 28). The house was fully equipped with cooking supplies(everything you need to cook at home) house was clean with kitchen and living room looking at Sea of Marmara with easy access to public transport and food stores ,host was one of the kindest and politest people I met so far,she was doing her best to make sure we are comfortable and happy all the time. We highly recommend her lovely house to anyone that wants to enjoy his/her/their trip in Istanbul, Türkiye(Turkey). We are so grateful to Mrs Tuba for her hospitality during our stay.🙏🙏🙏

İsmail Efe Bey gayet ilgili bir ev sahibiydi. Fotoğraflarda gördüğümden farksız bir yerdi. Temizlik gayet iyiydi ve ihtiyaç halinde 7/24 yardımcı oldu. Kendisine çok teşekkür eder, herkese tavsiye ederim.

Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war äußerst angenehm. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metrostation und bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Waddah war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber: immer freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich würde ohne zu zögern wieder bei ihm buchen. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft!

If without a rental car, it’s a great place to stay. Only 13 minutes to Hagia Sophia mosque and other famous attractions.

Hamza a été un interlocuteur très réactif et toujours présent. Arrangeant sur les horaires d’entrée et de sortie, toujours prêt à se déplacer au moindre soucis. Le logement a une vue à couper le souffle situé au dessus d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, et dans un quartier très chic d’Istanbul à deux pas du Marmaray! Parfait!

Konaklama süresince benimle düzenli iletişimde olmaları ve profesyonel bir hizmet sunmaları gerçekten takdir edilesi. Ev oldukça ferah ve tertemizdi, jakuzi sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Fişekhane’ye yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük bir avantaj, ayrıca merkezi noktalara da çok yakın. Deniz manzarası ise gerçekten keyif vericiydi. Güvenlikli bir site içinde olması da konaklamamı daha huzurlu hale getirdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
