Wonderful location near Glenwood Springs and situated in the middle of Vail and Aspen so you can easily explore different ski resorts plus all there is to do in town. Annette is a great communicator and a welcoming host.

Teri was a great host- very responsive and accommodating. The apartment seemed brand new and was wonderful to stay in. We will be returning for our next visit to CB!

Great spot to enjoy a mountain vacation. Super close to downtown Breck and tubing hill, and easy enough to take the free bus to the slopes. Maria was a great host.

We loved our stay in Glenwood Springs. This adorable apartment was walkable to everything in town…restaurants, trails, hot springs, bars, etc! The place itself is super cozy and comfortable. Plenty of space and storage. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful place to stay in a beautiful setting. Super clean, spacious and modern with a great view across a 100 acre farm. Horses and cows play in the fields with views of the mountains and mesas all around. The space has every convenience and comfort we needed to make it feel like home away from home. Beautiful, peaceful country walks are all around. But town shopping and restaurants are only a few minutes away. Perfect in every way. Madison is an awesome host and super kind and responsive!Highly recommended in every way.

We had an absolute wonderful time! Perfect location for everything in Ouray and easy access to surrounding towns and attractions. The apartment was the perfect size for 2 adults and a small dog, very cozy!

The house was perfect and more. It literally had everything we needed plus extras. We would definitely recommend this home to others. Only think I wish we could’ve done was swim in the pool but it was being renovated. Other than that, it was beautiful. Especially waking up to an amazing view.

This townhome was beautiful and perfect for our night away. Perfectly located between Salida and Monarch, across from Elevation Brewing. Home was spacious, comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, clean and quiet. My only heads up is that there is only 2 sleeping pillows per bed so if you’re someone like me that likes to use more than 1, be prepared :)

We had a wonderful week in Salida with our adult children and this lovely home was the perfect landing spot us. The location on the river was beautiful and we enjoyed being outside on the deck around the fire table listening to the river. We walked around town and liked that we could easily walk to the grocery stores nearby. Salida is such a charming and fun town and its proximity to Monarch mountain and Ski Cooper made it the perfect location for our family vacation. The house is clean, spacious and had everything we needed. 10/10 from our whole group!

Comfortable cozy stay in a wonderfully quiet and walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed waking up to birdsong every morning and coffee on the front porch, as well as the walking paths around the neighborhood. It's a very quiet area. The apartment was extremely clean and everything just as described. Cat is also a very responsive host who responds to messages quickly.

We had an excellent stay. Glenn was very accommodating and responsive when it came to having any problems. You are less than 30 minutes from Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Walking distance to downtown and a very beautiful park and walking path right out the front door. We really enjoyed the place. Clean and had everything we needed to cook. Hopefully be back in the spring when the weather warms up.

This was a great place to stay during the summer months while covering work projects in the area. It's very cozy and private with everything you need. Julia and Jeremy were very responsive and helpful with anything I needed during my stay. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a long-term stay in Palisade.

We had a wonderful weekend with my husband and young daughter. The location is perfect, very walkable. I love the big windows and beautiful morning light. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, and everything was super clean. Kitchen was well stocked. We’d definitely stay here again!

This condo was the perfect spot for a romantic ski getaway! The host was incredibly responsive and the property was exactly as advertised. The location couldn't be better for ski-in/ski-out access – we walked right to the slopes and skied down to the lift. At the end of the day, we practically skied right to the door! We happened to be there during a massive three-foot snowfall, which made navigating to the leasing office and the condo a bit challenging. If you're visiting during a powder weekend, I’d recommend bringing an AWD vehicle and snow tires. Although, once you’re parked and settled in, there is an excellent on-call shuttle service! We had no problems making it on-time to our reservations and heading into town to shop and hang out! Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend staying here.

This is my 2nd time staying at David’s place. The location is unbeatable and the condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. David is also extremely responsive, we really appreciated being able to drop our bags and equipment until the the space was ready. I know I’ll be back again next year ! This is my go place in Aspen!

Douglas’ home was perfect for our annual trip to Breck. The location is perfect, literally within mins of Main St. The house is clean, well-appointed, and easily accomodated my family of 6. The parking garage was a nice convenience as well. My family and I have stayed at various lodges on 4 O’Clock Rd over the years and this was the best yet. A true gem! See you next year!!!

Loved this place! Comfortable beds, loved the hot tub, internet worked great, and wonderful location! It is easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants! You also have a reserved spot/garage which is nice!

We would definitely stay again! Less than 10 min drive to downtown Breckenridge. The space was super clean and looks like the photos. Very comfortable bed too!
