Elizabeth was such a great hostess and did not disappoint with the views and comfort! We stayed here for 5 days for our ski trip and was very comfortable getting back to at the end of the day. We chose this place because it’s the halfway point between Breck, Copper and Monarch. It’s a substantial drive between mountains but the deal and large space is worth it. Thanks a lot!

We’ve stayed here a number of times now and it never disappoints. The highlights are the comfortable beds and the well appointed kitchen.

The house was nicely laid out, with a place to work in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with spices, etc. and paper products so no need to shop for these items which was so nice. In the winter, you can drive your car and park at the French Creek bus stop, then take the bus with skis. Also, there are hiking trails starting right behind the clubhouse, an easy walk from the house with our dogs. Note that you do have to walk on the main road to get to the next street with the trails. We enjoyed our stay!

Great little house in the mountains. Off the main hustle of Breck, which was great for relaxation but not too far away from downtown. We could probably have walked but was here in the wintertime so some of the walking trails had a lot of snow. Well organized kitchen with lots of amenities made cooking easy. Bedrooms are small but the house was a good size for 4 adults to live comfortably together for a few days, though we were outside cross country skiing for a lot of that!

This place was perfect for my friends and I to stay at for a long weekend of skiing at Crested Butte skiing resort. The location was perfect and not too far from town or the resort. The house and surrounding area was beautiful and private enough to enjoy the weekend with friends. Maria was very responsive with any questions I had during our stay! Great price too, would highly recommend staying here.

We booked this space for a long ski weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. Located in the middle of Leadville and convenient to everything nearby. The house was clean and well equipped and the hot tub was a nice way to unwind after a day on the mountain. Would rent again!

We’ve stayed in Lake City multiple times between myself and my husband, but Jim and Dana’s place has been the most comfortable and the best location. They were both very proactive and responsive, and we appreciated the amenities in this studio. Despite it being right in town and next to another property, it was quiet and peaceful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to our friends and family. We’d love to stay again!

Expectations weren’t high because of past bad experiences, but I was pleased. Host was even nice enough to leave us a small gift. The view is awesome and the hot tub was awesome as well 😂

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and looked like the pictures. Easy check in/out, access to clubhouse hot tub was nice after a long day skiing and enough amenities within the facility. We would love to come back and stay here again. We would also recommend this place to anyone who wants a beautiful getaway! 5 stars! My only very minor but perhaps important comment for some people is that the toilet faces frontwards very close to a wall, where your knees will come in contact with the wall. I'm 5'9 and struggled to sit on the seat frontwards but had to turn my legs sideways at an angle. If you are very tall, or need a walker etc., you may struggle with the cramped toilet area. The shower, sink etc., however is big and spacious. Again we WOULD recommend this place but just wanted to note the one quirky part.

I went on an impromptu visit to Crested Butte to meet friends who traveled up from Louisiana, and need a pet friendly place in a pinch. The original place i had planned to stay actually got booked up. Don was able to get back to me quickly and have the condo ready in time. And the best part was finding out my friends where staying in the same building, so it all worked out perfectly! Will definitely plan on reaching out again on my next visit!

Andrew's place is in the perfect location for Crested Butte. Nice to be able to walk to the lifts and of course nice to bring our little dog. Andrew was also extremely responsive and helped answer any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here every time we come!

This was the third time I've stayed at the Grand Lodge through Airbnb and this unit was the nicest by far! It was very comfortable having a somewhat separate living area and a sleeping area. The kitchen was small, but the burner worked great, which is not always a guarantee! It was a treat having two TV's, too! We enjoyed the proximity to the slopes and access to the outdoor hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Meredith's communicated all the details I needed to know when I needed to know them... and offered some fantastic local recommendations too! Her place at the Grand Lodge is terrific! I enjoyed that it was on the first floor fairly close to the lobby, pool, hot tub, and exercise room, yet still quiet enough to get a great nights' sleep! The murphy bed is super comfortable and easy to lower and set up. And the Grand Lodge is just a short (~5 min) walk to both the Red Lady Express Lift and Silver Queen Express Lift! Would recommend and stay there again!

Comfortable, clean, great location. All around 5 star. The place has style, the owners designed it well. It fit my family of 4 (plus dog!) very nicely. Yes a little small, but the space, and storage works well. Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem.

Overall good stay. Host is very responsive and accommodating! Plenty of space for our family of four. One thing to note is the furnace is in the bedroom so if the heat is on it’s extremely loud in the bedroom. Luckily the bedroom seems to stay a comfortable temperature but if you have to turn the heat on at night it is loud.

I highly recommend “Rad Cabin” for anyone interested in visiting Colorado. Glenwood Springs is perfectly located near major ski areas and attractions. The cabin is tucked away but close to everything. Cozy, clean with every amenity we needed during our stay. It was the perfect getaway for my husband and I, with all the comforts of home. Ry was a wonderful host available to answer any questions we had about the cabin and local area. Very responsive. We will be back!

It’s not within walking distance of Main Street, so plan on driving if you want to check out local shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that feels like your grandma’s mountain getaway—cozy, welcoming, and full of character—this is it!

A beautiful place for a little peaceful getaway! The surroundings are gorgeous and private, the home is beautifully decorated and the nice kitchen and hot tub take it over the top. Plus being dog friendly is so nice!

This was our second time staying at one of David’s properties. I highly recommend to anyone planning to stay in the Fairplay area. Very dog friendly. Always clean and have plenty amenities. We really enjoy the hot tubs. Thank you guys for providing such a great and relaxing experience. Will be back again!
