Been coming to Sule's place for nearly 4 years now. It's our favorite Airbnb to stay at and Sule's hospitality is unmatched. Looking forward to all the future times we will stay!

Jeanne is a gracious host. Although 3.9 miles East of town, I enjoyed being in the nature preserve and the lovely drive into town each day and parking in RioGrande Garage each day or swimming at the amazing Aspen Rec Center each morning. This hexagonal house is so quiet inside and out with deer and moose on the property at times. There is room in the frig and freezer to bring your own food and a nook in the kitchen to eat. The TV in the bedroom works well. Other guests are so respectful and quiet. The bed, linens and pillows gave me a most restful experience. Plenty of space in the room to store my week's belongings. Bathroom mirrors great to style my hair and nice warm water for showering. Splendid, relaxing week.

Beautiful house in a beautiful and friendly town. House itself was really big. Didn’t have any complains during our 3 day stay. Everything was really clean and they provided more amenities than expected. Bed was really comfortable. Had a lot of fun with the entertainment in the house. All the other guest were really friendly and quiet. We drove in from out of state and host were really helpful in providing us with information about the weather and terrain. Location was really easy to find even when we arrived at midnight. Town had a lot of tasty dining options, and locals were so nice as well. The views were breathtaking. Probably one of the best places i’ve stayed at.

This is my second time staying at Sule’s place, and it will be my go-to place anytime I visit Leadville. I came to Leadville for the Leadville 100 and her place was very comfortable, clean and convenient. The place is great, but it is her kindness and hospitality that really makes you feel welcome!

Jeanne is a fantastic host eager to support any of your adventures in Aspen! Driving to town or any of the mountains is a breeze.

This house was a great house for our group. We had everything we needed at the house and we liked that the location was within walking distance of downtown but also close to Mineral Belt Trail. It was very clean and well stocked. We highly recommend to others!

This unit was in the Aspen Mountain Residences and was a very short and easy walk to the ski lifts and downtown. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the Aspen Airport. The staff at Aspen Residences are very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay again.

Great location in Aspen! Would stay again.

Half the price of the St Regis or Little Nell (the building is in between the two) so you can enjoy those lobbies and restaurants. Ski rental shop inside was very convenient. Room was really nice. Would stay again. Hot tub area was under construction so they had portable ones instead.

I realize this is probably the busiest weekend Leadville has all year, so I guess it's fair he charges a little extra? If it was any other time, the price is probably a little high? I assume the price reflects the weekend it was👍 Great option for Ski Joring weekend, thank you Paul! Ellen

Room is large, comfortable and well appointed - and also includes a lovely patio. There are a pool and hot tub just steps away and a nice common area with a fireplace where there are free daily breakfasts and happy hour. Service is prompt and excellent. Building is just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants in the center of Aspen. I would definitely stay here again on return trips to Aspen!

The Abbey was a wonderful experience. I will rent from Paul and Katherine again next year for sure. I met and had great conversation with people who we’re traveling Colorado and experiencing all of the joys of the mountains. Paul and Katherine are quality people who really cared about my experience. Their kids are fun, courteous, and well-behaved. The Abbey is a great place and I highly recommend it!
