My family and I loved Pat & Daves place!! We will definitely make this a reoccurring visit for sure!!

Stewart's place was in the exact location we were hoping for - close to restaurants, convenience stores, an amazing playground and within a short drive to so much of what Chattanooga has to offer. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and it was nice that there was water in the fridge and ice in the freezer when we arrived! The only thing this house is missing is laundry...

We really enjoyed our stay! We found everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely rent this house again if available during our travels.

This was our second time visiting the property and we had a great time. The host was very responsive we added a couple of days to our visit and it went very smoothly. The views from the property are great and walking distance to the Winchester town square. Very dog friendly with a great deck over looking the Tim’s Ford water. We will definitely stay again and experience the property in the summer season. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this house! Wonderful host, Dave, was helpful, kind, and friendly. The house had everything we needed, and our bed was extremely comfortable. Right down the road was a lovely coffee/ice cream shop within walking distance. There is even a nice fenced in yard in the back if you have young children or pets.

We were in town for a golf tournament and this was a great location , only 10 min from the course. It was very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased and would definitely stay again. The local restaurant, Libby’s Catfish House and Diner was just down the road and had good home cooked food. The muffins were a great addition as well 😋

Melissa and Joseph were very communicative without being intrusive, the perfect blend. The space was super clean and cozy. It was also private. We loved staying next to a park. It was also walkable to some great restaurants and coffee shops through a cool neighborhood. Would certainly stay here again.

I can’t even begin to describe how adorable Lisa and Damon’s house is! It was like taking a step back in time. I even had to FaceTime my parent’s and do a walkthrough with them and show them everything. They had friends over and all 4 of them were saying “I had that growing up!” with the things I showed them!! They told me they would place the covers on the couch for the dogs before we got there and, to my surprise, they weren’t “simple sheets” but beautiful soft and sturdy covers! We all felt so comfortable and loved poking around and seeing what other cute surprises we could find. Our one dog was obsessed once he realized Steve was outside and didn’t want to leave the back door! The yard was absolutely perfect for all our dogs. This will DEFINITELY be the place we use in Chattanooga on our way back from future Florida trips!!!

Our stay at the wellness bnb was nothing but perfect! It’s in a perfect location, quiet, peaceful and serene. If you are looking for a calm getaway this is it. The jacuzzi, pool, and sauna are a great addition. James was such a great host, we asked to tour his farm and he took the time out to walk through and explain all his plants fruits and vegetables. James went out of his way to help us find a local farm that sells real cow milk.James is family is wonderful and pleasant along with the dogs! This was the perfect getaway for my husband myself and our two dogs. We will definitely recommend the wellness bnb to family and friends. We will be making a second trip back soon!

Paige is a great host! She is extremely responsive and even gave us recommendations on places to go/things to do. She is super sweet. The home is very cozy and clean. Loved the outdoor space with beautiful scenery. We felt right at home! Would recommend to anyone coming to Chattanooga!

The unit was exactly as described and like the pictures. It was at a great location close to everywhere we were going and it was very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room to have a friend over that we had not seen in over a year. Hosts were also very responsive and did recommend some great restaurants. Our only thing was that we couldn't control our AC and that you can hear a lot of noise from upstairs throughout the night. It's like creaking noises when people upstairs walk around which wasn't an issue every night but some nights it was. However, at the end of the day the unit was great and if we come back would stay there again. Thank you so much!

Place was fantastic! Only downfall was we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would’ve loved to have! Short stay! Will highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying in the area!

This home was perfect for a last minute need to get out of town. The basement was spacious and there was adequate bedding. The mattresses were comfortable and the home was spotless. Wish the weather had been warmer for the pool. Shane was excellent with communication and check in was super easy.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful mountain home! The house was absolutely perfect for our large group, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The accommodations were top-notch, and everyone had a great time. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was stunning, and we loved the peaceful mountain setting. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a getaway with friends or family!

We took our daughter and six grandkids for a three day stay at Eriks house. We had a wonderful time. It is very kid friendly with lots of things for them to do. They all swam a few times in the pool (the heater kept it warm enough for them) and fished for hours every day at the pond. The house really accommodates a large group easily with lots of dishes, utensils, a large dining table, and lots of seating. I recommend this place for families who want to have a great time and build wonderful memories.

We had a great weekend stay. The condo was clean and felt like it had enough space for the two of us. The host is really responsive and will definitely do their best to accommodate you. The location of the condo is what we really loved. We did bring a car, so if you are ubering everywhere then you may not feel the same way, but it felt like everything was 5-10 minutes away tops. We were able to check out Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain and those were probably the furthest things we did at around a 20 minutes away tops drive, but a lot of the time driving is actually driving to the top of the mountains. Plenty of bars, breweries, restaurants, shopping, and beautiful scenery all throughout the city. We would definitely recommend making this your home base if you are wanting to go out and explore around the city like we did.

The place met our needs and was a close driving distance from various stores and restaurants.

Amanda has a lovely spot just a couple of blocks from everything you need. The fenced in back yard was awesome, especially with the grandkids. It's a beautiful and charming older home, with gorgeous hardwood and a large front porch. The plumbing is a little sensitive, but that is expected with that era of a home. It certainly wasn't enough of an issue to take away a star. The covered carport was definitely a bonus. We really hope it's available the next time we need a larger space when visiting with our son and his family. P.S. Sorry Amanda for leaving such a short note in the guest journal. Lovely idea, by the way. I remembered it this morning and was a little rushed with trying to wrangle up toddlers. lol

We enjoyed our stay. The location is good and it is easy to get into the house. The house is fully furnished, very clean and homey. So many nice touches gives it that home feel.The couches were comfortable We had extra blankets. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great and the water hot. I recommend this place.

Definitely one of the nicest AirBNBs we’ve stayed in. Tom has thought of everything from labeling all the switches to providing beverages for guests. He even checked the TV system for us before we booked to make sure we could watch the NCAA BB finals. Beautiful grassy knoll to look out on. Very quiet. Great bed. So clean I could go barefoot which is a rarity for a clean freak like me. It was especially nice to just be able to let our dogs out after a long trip to run around the open spaces. An A+ experience.

This was a perfect place for me and my dog to get away from the concrete jungle.

It had a lot of space and the backyard was perfect for pets. The house was extremely big. The host was very accommodating. Me and my wife will definitely be back

Peaceful place. Great for tennis tournament at Berry college. Just 6 minutes away. Great temperature control. Food available when we arrived Loved it
