Staying at Jean-Charles' Airbnb was nothing short of incredible—truly one of the best experiences we've ever had through Airbnb. This isn’t just a place to stay; it’s an experience in itself. It combines the high standards and attention to detail you'd expect from a five-star hotel with the warmth, charm, and intimacy of a bed and breakfast. The view alone is breathtaking—you can enjoy it not only from the terrace but even from the bed or the shower. It’s simply wow. Jean-Charles went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. He picked us up from the port and gave us all the insider tips we needed to make the most of our trip. Throughout our stay, he was always accessible and responsive, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. And let’s talk about the breakfast—served daily with care, and absolutely delicious. As a Parisian, I can be quite picky with croissants, but his were genuinely excellent. This place is by far one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille , le logement était près de la mer donc idéal pour une baignade au pied levé surtout pour les enfants. Village calme. La venue de filipa pour le ménage quotidien est très appréciable. Je recommande à 1000%

Me perdi perto da noite pelas ruas de Saint Barth e ele foi me resgatar , pois eu estava sem internet ou GPS ! Foi bacana! A casa me surpreendeu ! A vista é linda ! Super espaçosa , limpa e cozinha equipada ! Me inspirou para cozinhar e me servir de um delicioso breakfast a cada Sunrise ! Lindo! Bryan is an amazing host and is always available when you need his assistance. The apartment has everything you need and it’s conveniently located close to everything. I would definitely recommend his place for one person or two maximum.

Absolutely gorgeous property. The balconies and view overlooking St. Jean bay are stunning, especially while enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. The property is a 2 minute walk from the middle of St Jean village and completely walkable to many restaurants and all the beach clubs like Gyp Sea and Nikki Beach. There is an aggressive staircase to get to the property, but the view is worth the effort. The property itself was very nice and clean, and good shower pressure. The only negative, for us at least, was that the parking spot is on a super steep hill, and when we first tried to drive forward up the hill from a parked position, we started to slide back and had to brake very hard. So be very careful if parking a car there.

Julien arranged for someone to greet us on location to show us around the apartment and answer our questions. He also responded to our enquiries within minutes after initial arrival. The apartment was clean, very well appointed & designed - kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location near place des Flamands, and near Cheval Blanc where we celebrated our Easter brunch. We would love to return next season.

Excellent experience! Place was beautiful, very comfortable, well decorated, modern and stunning views. Elodie was a great host! Absolument clean, magnifique et super pratique avec les 2 chambres avec salle de bains individuelles et la cuisine avec absolument tous les ustensiles et produits basiques pour cuisiner. Mention +++ pour le balcon avec la vue sur toute la baie 😍 Mille mercis Séverine pour cette belle villa, nous avons passées un superbe séjour ❤️

What a hidden gem, which looks even better in real life than in the photos. The fridge was stocked with essentials like fresh fruit, water, and a baguette and cheese for the morning. A beautifully designed and spacious home with the Christian Liaigre touch but not at the high price of some of the nearby hotels. Other reviews mention noise from the nearby road, so we did know what to expect. But it was mainly limited to rush hour. Overall we would be very happy to come back.

We loved Jean’s place. I hated leaving. The serenity, views and comfort were wonderful. The sound of the waves crashing on the cliffs so calming, we slept to the sound every night. We loved seeing various iguanas out the window every day. Jean informed us of some good restaurants. I just can’t see staying on a mountain or back from the beach. The water views are astounding. You will never want to get out of the shower, lol

It was in a beautiful location. The only thing, even though the room was ready, they do make you. Wait until four o'clock to go up to the room . There is an elevator that was great. Didn't have to do those stairs.

When visiting Anguilla, look no further than Tranquility Beach! These beachfront condo was everything we imagined. Pictures/videos does this beauty no justice. Perfect ambience as the decor is modern while still having the touch of the Caribbean. Enjoyed waking up in the mornings to a pristine light blue water beach before ever lifting my head from my pillow. Steps from the quiet beach. The staff are all amazing and treat you like family instead of tourists. All your needs, reservations, bookings, etc are taken care of as soon as you inquire within the staff. You’re placed in a WhatsApp group chat and whatever you need is provided literally in minutes! We have been coming to SXM for 15 years and I have stayed all over the island and this is my favorite. The beach, the pool, at your doorstep, it is beautiful! You can't ask for anymore. I have already rebooked for next year!

Beautiful ocean view and walking distance to the beach. Delightful. We recommend Mr Chow/ Roma restaurant and happy hour.

This is a fabulous condo with beautiful pool area and beach! Everything within the condo was perfect and Sylvia went above and beyond assuring everything needed was there. She also provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which made our beach days amazing! The balcony on lower level has a daybed which I used to curl up and read while my husband preferred using it for napping 😴! Sylvia was very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay. Absolutely perfect! We would definitely reserve again and if you are looking for a wonderful place in Simpson Bay you should too!

Kevin's condo was great met all of our needs. Was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hanger and shelf space. We were 2 couples, plenty of room for together and alone time. Two en suit bathrooms for privacy. Great views, close to pools, and a short walk to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone including staff and other owners were extremely friendly and informative. Kevin was a great host. Quick to reply an answered all questions. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Great place to stay.
