on était un famille de 13 la maison nous a séduit avec tout ses possibilités terrasse piscine spa une deuxième cuisine bien aménagé avec tout les commodité et une super table ping pon avec pelouse synthétique. notre hote sympathique et très rapide a no demande on a fait un très beau séjour à st martin

The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs and toys were available, which was great for the kids. The pool was beautiful and clean and there is also a kiddie pool that the kids loved. There is a little market about 100 yards from the condo which was super convenient, they have most everything you would need. Joe was great. He had us call him a few days before the trip and gave us a run down of the place. Priscilla, the housekeeper, was also great. She had already had the master bedroom cleaned when we arrived around 1, so she let us go in and change for the pool while she finished cleaning the rest of the condo. You will have no regrets renting this place. 5 stars!

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . Hot tub was warmed for the evenings . Nice and private can’t say enough about this property and hosts . Will definitely stay again . Outstanding . Thank you for hosting our family .

Great location and the view from the balcony is awesome. Easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Great for watching the planes take off and land.

Petit coin paisible et très ventilé toute la journée,vu imprenable sur l’aéroport de grand case Magnifique coucher de soleil à contempler tout ça dans le jacuzzi installé sur la terrasse😎😎 J’espère y retourner aux prochaines vacances!!

Veronique was so friendly and helpful. She recommended a local car rental agency that picked us up at the airport and brought us directly to Le Colibri and our rental car, saving us the worry of navigating roads and finding our vacation home. The area was quiet at night and Veronique provided amenities such as beach towels and a small cooler that were very useful and saved us the trouble of obtaining/bringing these items ourselves. She checked in a few times and we relied on her recommendations which were all good.

We had a great stay! It was a fun location- felt safe, walkable to a lot of good restaurants, across the street from the beach, could watch the planes landing and right next to the famous Maho Beach. Also walkable to beautiful Mullet Bay beach. Our host was very responsive and helpful and even dropped off some French pastries our last night. I would definitely recommend this place.

Andreas responded immediately if we had a question. He also let us stay late on our last day.

The condo was so close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We loved it there! The beds were comfortable, the ac worked well! It is our plan to return!

Wonderful view of the beach and great patio. House had all the amenities you need for cooking your own meals. This was really nicely placed in the middle of Orient beach so you only have a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants for dinner.

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

Kathy is truly an all-star host who thought about every detail. There was ice in the freezer and a few beverages in the refrigerator when we arrived after a long travel day. We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. We really appreciated the cooler, freezer packs, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Kathy is super knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations during our stay. She has a packet available when you arrive that will provide information for just about anything you might need to know or want to do during your visit. We enjoyed Kathy’s interesting furnishings and accent pieces as well as the outdoor patio area. The outdoor shower was nice to have too, to rinse off after a day at the beach. The market next door was an awesome convenience that we absolutely loved and used daily. There was a really nice variety of supplies available and we cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely visit again & I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Our stay at this beautiful villa in Saint Martin was absolutely perfect! We traveled as two families of four, and the villa provided plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out comfortably. The bedrooms were spacious, and the layout was perfect for our group. The pool was a good size, with a shallow end that was perfect for our little ones. And the private beach? Simply stunning! It was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy whenever we wanted. Plenty of towels and chairs for both activities. Monique and Claude were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They welcomed us with a delicious dinner and stocked the villa with groceries for our first night, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout the week, they surprised us with fresh pastries, and the paella they made for us was absolutely to die for! This was truly a fabulous vacation, and if we ever have the chance to visit Saint Martin again, we will 100% book this villa again.

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

Selected for the beauty of the location, pool and price! Frank was an excellent airbnb host. From the beginning communications, initineary suggestions, few questions we had - til the end of our trip wishing us safe travels! Max checked on us twice, and was there when we had questions (one brown out in the evening, lasting less than 1 hr - enjoyed games on the porch). The villa was beautiful with a heavenly view! The beach is best for hiking and exploring. We had everything we needed, very well equipt (except washer (or at least a dryer) which we knew weren't there, no worries, but we really did miss having at least a dryer, since most things do not dry out as quickly as you would like them to. Upstairs guest wanted darker blinds - allowing for sleeping in - and we all would have enjoyed the deck more if there was a way to provide even a little shade. St. Maarten is beautiful, we WILL be back. Thanks Frank!

Michaels house was a total dream. Super functional. Had every perfect element. Couldn’t ask for a better villa in St Barts or experience Every detail was perfect: * Five star hotel woodwork * Plunge pool deep and wonderful with just a stunning presence the whole time here - like a stunning getaway high-end resort * Perfect sand-rinsing options * Beds were very comfortable * Incredibly large bathrooms: all the women in my group were super happy * Perfect sized closets * Grill setup was perfect and same with kitchen amenities * Seating and setup off the charts! * WiFi is great because he uses Starlink (part of spacex) - first time I’ve ever used it and it’s perfect and never any downtime * Great views were ideal: Sun all day and incredible stars at night * Extra plus was the separate house for work and hanging out with tv and a couch * Beautiful property lighting - especially at night makes the place really glow! * Stunning vegetation and palm trees to enjoy in your view ever

This property is everything and more. Perfect location, attention to detail, amazing (helpful) staff, so clean. We were in SBH for work and this spot was THE spot. Whether you’re looking for a “base” or a sweet little home away from home, look no further.

Dans un écrin de verdure, venait découvrir cette maison d artiste au charme fou. Sentir l'air marin le doux bruit des vagues pour se ressourcer. Vous aurez tout pour vous reposer. Le calme, une piscine. Une maison très confortable. Fonctionnelle et très grande. La propriétaire est vraiment formidable et à disposition en cas de problème. Tout pour être heureux. ....et passer un excellent séjour.

Spectacular views from this villa and open layout of the villa allows for a relaxing and clutter-free mindset for your vacation. Michael was very pleasant to communicate with and his assistant Chloe drove with us to get to the villa--she was very helpful!! Also, Alexandrina helped us with anything regarding cleaning of the villa. All was very clean and perfect for a 5 star Villa TIWA!!

Bel appartement très confortable avec vue sur mer comme sur les photos, belle terrasse ventilée parfaite pour prendre tous les repas, quartier tranquille à moins de 5mn en voiture de l’aéroport et des commerces de bouches. Petites attentions très appréciables (bouteille de champagne/eau dans le frigo, capsule de café, petit déjeuner à aller récupérer à la boulangerie à 700m,….) Piscine et Parking au pied de l’appartement (attention place étroite) Au global très bon séjour.
