Logement très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Et quel plaisir de n’avoir pas de clefs! Emplacement parking devant la case à vent. Quelques paons et coqs à proximité. Si je devais revenir à SBH c’est là que je séjournerai de nouveau.

Charly’s Airbnb offers the value of many hotel accommodations with the added comfort of a home. Charly’s freshly made croissants and juice each morning were a thoughtful delicious touch, and we loved spending time on the beautiful terrace, both in the mornings and evenings. The storage space is incredible—an entire wall of it—so no need to cram your clothes into a tiny dresser, which is an underrated luxury. The comfortable bed and blackout blinds made for restful nights, and having our own garage meant no stress about parking. Charly provided all the beach essentials, including a soft cooler and ice packs for keeping our drinks chilled on beach days. The kitchen was well-equipped, complete with coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and a welcome package with a stocked mini fridge. Charly was always accessible via text message, making communication easy. The space felt newly updated, and to our surprise, daily cleaning and fresh towels were provided—something we didn’t expect from

This property is everything and more. Perfect location, attention to detail, amazing (helpful) staff, so clean. We were in SBH for work and this spot was THE spot. Whether you’re looking for a “base” or a sweet little home away from home, look no further.

Sacha was great and always was willing to go out of her way to help. Location is very far from anything and finding a taxi to pick you up can be a major pain and could be a multi hour task. Other than that everything is perfect

Very nice , well-appointed cozy apartment close to the beach, quite a few restaurants and lots of shops, a drugstore. A bit far from any convenience store or supermarket, especially if one is on foot, which was my case. Taxis are s rarity on the island, Bryan gave me a list of them to call when I needed, which helped a lot. Apartment is s bit tricky to find in the maze of shops and apartments in Villa Créole but the owner sent me videos on “how to find” it so after all it was not that difficult. I found the bedroom not dark enough at night, as there’s a corridor behind it with windows with no shutters. This was the only drawback. I would definitely go back next time I am in marvellous St Barths!

The Botanist was such a special place to stay. It is so beautifully designed, careful and considered and so very pleasing to the eye. Ashley and Kristina are just about the loveliest people you could ever meet and kindred spirits. If you love and appreciate original design, special luxuries and original thinking- you will love this place. It is also extremely well located- in the center of town, but with a very private garden and an intimate feel.

This was my second time staying at Matthew’s place, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home is always spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to an amazing restaurant right by the beach. Matthew is an excellent host, super responsive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Michael was just fantastic! Such a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Informed us of local spots to pick up a few things. His property is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. You feel right at home. Plants on the property are beautiful and landscaping well done. He is creating a nice lily pond which will add to this tranquil little escape. I can’t wait to visit the island again because I will be booking here again. I have already told my colleagues about this booking and they are too looking forward to booking.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

Manoj en Mariana hebben er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te laten zijn. De woning is smaakvol ingericht en heeft een heerlijk zwembad en terras. Opvallend was ook de vriendelijkheid in alle contactmomenten. Manoj heeft gastvrijheid en service hoog in het vaandel staan. Het verblijf in de woning heeft bijgedragen tot een geweldige week op Sint Maarten

Had the privilege of staying at this beautiful home for 6 days to celebrate my 40th birthday. My Husband and I stayed at another location for a few days to celebrate our anniversary because we were already on the island Danielle was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which gave us time to prepare for our guests that would be joining us. There were 9 of us total 4 couples so the space was perfect. Danielle had some champagne, wine and fruit set up in the kitchen when we arrived which was very thoughtful. She gave us lots of recommendations and was very responsive during our stay. The home was clean and had everything you would need. I do suggest renting a car during your stay and downloading offline maps for St. Maarten before arriving, extremely helpful. The views are breathtaking I would absolutely stay here again already looking forward to our next stay.

My 10-night stay was perfect! Perfect location and very private. Host is extremely responsive. The house has extras like beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, etc. that help you to pack less. The location is wonderful and close to many nice restaurants and to town. I enjoyed putting the food outside at nightfall for Calico the outdoor cat who waited patiently for me to do so! Highly recommend this house to stay in!

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

The communication with Joe and the stay was excellent. The amenities were great and whoever he has doing the housekeeping, does a great job. The concierge at the front desk is like being at a hotel and there’s a restaurant right on site like staying at a four star hotel with having your complete privacy to yourself

From the very beginning Phil was very helpful and personable. Phil was very detailed on the instructions for check-in and the surrounding area. He provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He inquired if we had any questions or concerns, making us feel comfortable and at ease with renting from him. He already had pretty much covered 99.9% of the information that would have been needed, therefore we felt pretty much at home being in his place. We loved how well stocked the unit was re: towels, linen, kitchen supplies, the peacefulness of the unit and the cleanliness (which is definitely a plus plus for us) but above all the view from the unit was to die for. We enjoyed our time very much especially when lounging at the pool. We were especially grateful that he accommodated our check-out time. We will definitely be back. Thank you Phil for being a great host.

All around a great place to stay, one needs a car to get around to beaches and food stores. The views from our balcony was beautiful would recommend.

Yvette's place is AMAZING! We are a family of 4 with two adult children, so the space was perfect for us. Plenty of space and privacy. Large kitchen with everything you need. The location was great, as we were near everything. The yard is large and has an area for barbecuing and an area to sit and make a fire. The upstairs unit has a lovely view of St. Maarten and the sea, which we did not expect. It's very quiet and easy to get to. The beds were comfortable, with nice bedding, and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer, (in each unit). The decks were nice and large enough to do yoga on. Many nice touches, such as beach chairs, (not needed given all of the beach bars with lounge chairs!), snorkeling equipment, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The units are very spacious and clean. We really can't say enough great things about Yvette's place! We would absolutely come back!

The absolute best stay ever! I will definitely book it again and tell all my friends & family if they are visiting St Martin!

Wonderful stay, easy to walk around, close to everything.

We are a newly retired couple in our mid ‘60s and had a fabulous 4 week stay at Kevin’s condo. The condo offers a spectacular view of the ocean and pool. After a brief morning rain, incredible rainbows appear…hence the name “Rainbow Beach Club”. The condo was so spacious that I couldn’t hear my husband snore from one bedroom to the other. Everything you need is in Kevin’s condo and the location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to Cupecoy to the higher end waterfront restaurants, shops, Dany’s Beach Bar and grocery store. We were also able to walk to one of the nicest beaches on the island…Mullet Bay. Kevin provided ample beach towels, a sun umbrella, a cooler and sand toys. Only a few more minutes of walking got us to Maho for plane watching ,more restaurants and shopping. Directly across from the condo is Jordan Village with 2 more grocery stores and fun places to eat. Just wave the bus down and discover the rest of the island. Kevin is very responsive and a caring host.
