Absolutely beautiful stay! The apartment had stunning views, and everything was just as pictured. We did run into a small issue with the drain, but as soon as we informed the host, they were quick to respond and resolve it, which we really appreciated. Other than that, everything was perfect. The location is fantastic—close to great places, super convenient if you want to stay on the Dutch side, and not too far from the French side either. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Exceptionnel. Le seul regret c'est de n'avoir pu booker qu'un petite semaine. La grosse paix sur le bord de l'eau, la cour privée, la place de parking, l'hôte qui est toujours prêt s'il y a quoi que ce soit. Meilleur setup d'Airbnb que j'ai eu jusqu'ici, bravo!

A terrific location! On the most peaceful beach ever! Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. A safe area and everything is walkable. Perfect spot if you need to relax on the beach.

Alex’s place was the perfect place to stay for our trip. It was roomy, comfortable and the washer and dryer was a huge help! It is walkable to so many great restaurants. We went to The Palms multiple times. Greg, the chef and owner, was fantastic! The beach was practically ours. There was maybe 1 or 2 other groups there whenever we went. The view from the patio was unbeatable! We spent so many of our breakfasts and lunches out there enjoying it! Alex was a great host and checked in every few days to see if we needed anything. We’ve never had such an attentive host before and it was nice to know he cared so much about our experience at his place and on the island.

The home is beautiful, great lighting, strong wifi. Great location and even better host. Just a few steps to the beach or shopping or restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

My family and I had the pleasure of returning to Anguilla for the first time in 28 years, a special trip commemorating the engagement of my parents on this beautiful island. This private, quiet, and stunning property provided the perfect sanctuary while still being conveniently located near all the attractions and amenities we wanted to explore. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more, promptly answering every question we had and offering valuable local tips. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our visit truly memorable. Overall, our Airbnb experience in Anguilla was outstanding. This is a super cute place with a great beachfront location. It’s a perfect location that is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and stores. Elovie is very friendly and responsive. Book it! You will be glad you did!

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

Le logement a répondu à nos attentes pour un séjour à 3 personnes pour 3 nuits. La vue est magnifique (Par chance, nous avons pu voir une baleine au loin, remonter vers la gauche entre St Barth et St Martin !). Le logement est grand, propre et la douche très agréable. La literie était bonne et le linge de toilette très bien (serviettes de bain + serviettes de plages). La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus fournie. L'accès est oppressant (très raide et non bétonné par endroits) , comme décrit dans l'annonce, mais la voiture passe malgré tout. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu, sans avoir pu prévenir Mélissa (absence de réseau mobile ni de GPS). Heureusement Mélissa avait envoyé les directives d'accès par anticipation ce qui fut très utile. N'ayant pas pu être prévenue de notre arrivée, Mélissa n'avait pas écarté les gros chiens impressionnants mais inoffensifs. Nous ne les avons plus revus tout au long de notre séjour. Melissa /Travis sont réactifs, serviables et accueillants.

La villa Almond Blue bénéficie d’une vue extraordinaire, sublime face à la baie. Vous apercevez Pinel et Saint Barth depuis la terrasse, installés dans un agréable salon extérieur couvert La maison, très agréable et simple à vivre, offre tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables moments de détentes.

I stayed here with a group of 11, and we had a great time! As with any stay, small things can come up, but the host was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues were addressed right away. The location was perfect, and the view from the pier each morning was absolutely my favorite part—it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

This place is extraordinary. It’s even better when you see it in person. He has everything that you need as far an equipment for the kitchen. Very nice place would stay there again. The pool is really nice, just hard to enjoy if someone who is 5’2. Great for tall people tho.

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed 10 days at this spacious beachfront townhouse. Olivier and Celine made the check-in process easy and perfect, and they were immediately available whenever we had a question. We truly enjoyed being so close to the beach and to all the wonderful restaurants in the village. It was a wonderful stay, and we are looking forward to returning!

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

It was in a beautiful location. The only thing, even though the room was ready, they do make you. Wait until four o'clock to go up to the room . There is an elevator that was great. Didn't have to do those stairs.

We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

When visiting Anguilla, look no further than Tranquility Beach! These beachfront condo was everything we imagined. Pictures/videos does this beauty no justice. Perfect ambience as the decor is modern while still having the touch of the Caribbean. Enjoyed waking up in the mornings to a pristine light blue water beach before ever lifting my head from my pillow. Steps from the quiet beach. The staff are all amazing and treat you like family instead of tourists. All your needs, reservations, bookings, etc are taken care of as soon as you inquire within the staff. You’re placed in a WhatsApp group chat and whatever you need is provided literally in minutes! This is a fabulous condo with beautiful pool area and beach! Everything within the condo was perfect and Sylvia went above and beyond assuring everything needed was there. She also provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which made our beach days amazing! The balcony on lower level has a daybed which I used to curl up and read while my husband preferred using it for napping 😴! Sylvia was very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay. Absolutely perfect! We would definitely reserve again and if you are looking for a wonderful place in Simpson Bay you should too!

Kevin's condo was great met all of our needs. Was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hanger and shelf space. We were 2 couples, plenty of room for together and alone time. Two en suit bathrooms for privacy. Great views, close to pools, and a short walk to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone including staff and other owners were extremely friendly and informative. Kevin was a great host. Quick to reply an answered all questions. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Great place to stay.
