I always love staying a Miriam’s place in Ames. It’s wonderful

It was everything that I could have asked for. The town is great and everything is walkable. Everyone that I met was amazingly friendly. The apartment was very clean and new. The closets were huge. The only downside that I ran into is lack of a dresser. There is a space for that type of clothing, but it is limited. The view is one of a kind and I can't think of anything that they didn't think of from coffee, to filters and all kitchen amenities that you could ever ask for.

We really enjoyed our stay. This AIRBNB was spacious, inviting, comfortable, cute, and clean! This AIRBNB didn’t feel cramped or like it was just a tiny part of a house turned into an AIRBNB space. Instead it felt like a full, nice and roomy and spread out one-bedroom apartment. We had everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy our weekend away without our kids. Close proximity to downtown, restaurants, parks, and the bike paths we explored. Bed was very comfortable. Deck has lovely views towards downtown day and night. Parking space designated on property, so no need to worry about finding street parking or playing for parking. We would recommend Dillon’s place to anyone needing a place in/near Des Moines.

We stayed at Midwest Hospitality’s Airbnb in Iowa from March 23rd to March 28th and had a wonderful experience. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly accommodating. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Customer service was excellent—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and comfort. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay in the area!

I have to say, the home was perfect for what we needed it for. The beds were comfortable and the sheets super soft and clean. I hope to stay here again maybe next year. :-)

Very comfortable stay for our family of 5 adults. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and furniture, as well as the charcoal grill. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing we missed was a dining table to sit together to eat. Also could have used a couple of mirrors. Beds were comfortable.

I have wanted to stay here since it first opened and finally got the opportunity! Exactly as pictured only bigger. Very peaceful and private as well as clean. Loved visiting the little shops around town and breakfast across the street. The Doe A Deer store is one of my favorite anywhere 😊
