This is a dream location. There are lots of windows to fill up with spectacular views of the ocean. The cottage is lovely and comfortable with an open space to unwind and soak up the beauty of the place. Lots of necessities in tge cupboards. All you need for an unforgettable stay.

Super location direct on the water! House is well equipped to make stay comfortable and enjoyable. Communication with Robert was excellent.

Without Steve, the onsite support for Ralf, the stay would've been a bit rough. Steve was great in responding to some unusual needs by us and very knowledgeable in the area. There are great neighbors too. Very friendly and love to tell you about the history of the community. You can walk all around the area for hours if you want or just sit on the back porch and admire the beauty. 30-40 mins away are nature walks, restaurants (a few), groceries, and other amenities. Great location. Just another shout out for Steve. Thank you for your help!

You won’t believe it until you see it!!!! The most incredible view that just goes on forever…we brought 2 dogs and the surroundings were absolutely perfect for them. Sean was great and kept in touch with us the whole week, even brought us fresh eggs from his hens!!!! Everything was perfect and we had an awesome time.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour d'un mois, la maison voici les points forts: Résidence bien située pour découvrir l'Île du Cap Breton et ses alentours. Endroit très calme et éloigné des voisins, juste en face de la marina. Belle résidence, très propre, pleine de belles fenêtres, confortable et bien climatisée Foyer extérieur et pergolas très appréciés. Tous les services et restaurations sont à moins d'un kilomètre La nature est très présente tout autour de la maison (cerf, renards, écureuils, crabes, cormorans, hérons, geai bleu, martin pêcheur, etc..). Les points à tenir en compte: Absence de rideau dans la chambre à coucher principale. Absence de moustiquaire dans toutes les fenêtres alors, ont choisi les moustiques ou l'air climatisée. Table à manger pour seulement 6 personnes assises (annoncé; maximum de 8 voyageurs). Cuisine très sommairement équipée Beaucoup d'ampoules sont brûlées à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur et aucune Un gros merci à nos hôtes pour le séjour!

Jennie and Guy were amazing hosts. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. Their cozy home has ample space on the main level for indoor living if you ever needed a break day. The deck is large and private and probably my favourite part of the house. The kitchen is extremely well stocked which made cooking away from home an enjoyable experience. The home gets a great breeze from the ocean which kept things cool on the inside and left us with no bugs on the outside! Jennie and Guy provided some excellent tips for things to do in the area and we used the home as a jump off point to see many other fun things in Cape Breton. While not immediately on the ocean, you can still see it from the deck and they were happy to share their kayaks and paddle board with us. A very nice perk which you won't find in many places. The little island is picturesque with lots of beautiful scenery to explore. The local beach was sandy and warm and the two pubs we went to were quite nice as well. Overall, I would highly recommend it. The value for money was extremely fair and we had a great experience overall. Thanks for the memories!

The cottage was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The view of Antigonish Harbour was beautiful and it is very close to the town of Antigonish where you can find all the amenities you need.

Great host. Peaceful place to stay with family. saw a lot of deers in the area. highly recommend

My family and I spent a delightful few days in this location. The surrounding area offers wonderful opportunities for walks to admire forest wildlife, with the path to the beach being our favorite. In summary, the apartment and the general area provide the perfect setting to disconnect and relax in comfort. The weather in the month of April is absolutely ideal in this place.

What a wonderful place! We had such a lovely time and did not want to leave. The property is gorgeous all around and the view is absolutely spectacular. It’s quiet and peaceful with lots of space yet still close to amenities. The cottage is beautiful inside too - it’s very clean, cozy and comfortable. The hosts and property manager are incredible with excellent communication. Every aspect of our stay was delightful and we would love to return!

Very relaxing spot, excellent view sitting right in a little bay on the ocean so the water was always calm. If you have kayaks make sure you bring them it would be a perfect spot. We tried fishing from shore but I think you might need to get out in the cove a bit where it’s a little deeper. Very cute spot loved drinking coffee every morning on the deck looking at the view!

The house on the lake was just what we needed to enjoy a cousin get-away! The house has plenty of indoor space to socialize and relax. The outdoor space was stunning ~ loons, heron, and otters entertained us in the lake. There are extra bedrooms and bathroom in the converted garage. It is very peaceful and the scenery is beautiful.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch am Bras D‘Or. Es hat eine tolle Veranda mit traumhaftem Blick und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfreich. Die Kanus sind genial, um den See zu erkunden. Im Garten sieht man Kolibris, Kaninchen und Eichhörnchen und nachts kann man einen wunderschönen Sternenhimmel direkt von der Veranda aus sehen. Traumhaft!

Enjoyed spending time with family at the cottage-cozy, well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds. Sarah is very responsive and helpful - will no doubt return!

Overall a great stay at a lovely cottage. Kristy was extremely responsive to questions during our stay. We had an early spring visit so the road in was a little messy, but that is no fault of the hosts/cottage. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
