180 derecelik harika manzaraya sahip bir evdi. Özellikle en üstkattaki teras muhteşemdi. Sizinle aynı seviyede başka bir yapı yok. Her katında manzara var. Genel olarak sessiz bir muhitti. Nispeten yeni bir yerleşim bölgesi olduğu için yolları biraz kötü ama çok önemli değildi bizim için. Yokuşlu bir bölge olduğu için araçsız biraz sıkıntı olabilir. 10 dk mesafede büyük zincir marketler var. Ev ikiz villa olarak yapılmış ev sahibi hemen yan villada oturuyor. Genellikle sorun olduğu düşünülen bir durum olsada bu bir sorun değil gayet tatlı insanlar :) ev sahibi gayet açık iletişime sahip.

The house and garden are beautifully decorated. It is a very unique experience to live in a brick house for a few days. We enjoyed it.

Minden rendben volt a szállással. Nagyon kedves volt a házi gazda is ! Elégedettek voltunk mindennel ! Érkezésünkre volt bekészítve élelmiszer! Nagyon örültünk neki! Köszönünk mindent!

Wir konnten die ganze Anlage sehr geniessen. Die Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang zeigte sich in wunderbarer Farbenpracht. Sehr hat uns auch die Ruhe der ganzen Umgebung gefallen. Das geräumige Haus, die grosse, gut ausgestattete Küche, erlaubte uns als 3 Generationen-Familie mit ganz unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen, einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Katzen, Hunde und Hühner mit Hahn (ohne Gockelgeschrei) erfreuten uns immer wieder in ihrem unterschiedlichen Verhalten. Der Kontakt mit Metin und Ali war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus bestens empfehlen.

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

Biz evi çok beğendik, konumu da merkeze yakın. Ev çok temizdi, çok memnun kaldık ve büyük de bir bahçesi var. Yürüme mesafesindeki denizin plajı ve deniz çok hoş değildi ama yakınlarda daha güzel denizlere gidebilirsiniz. Herkese önerebileceğim bir yer

Gülşah hanım çok samimi ve sıcak karşıladı bundan çok memnun kaldık evde bir kaç yer için tadilat gerekliydi muhit olarak sessiz sakin bir yer rahatsız edici bir etken olmadı başka bir yorumda gördüğüm kadarıyla komşunun köpekler için rahatsız edici olduğu yazıyordu fakat köpekler çok havladığına şahit olmadık bizi rahatsız etmedi huzurlu güzel bir vakit geçirmek için gayet uygundu

a spectacular stay, in a gorgeous home, full of rustic charm and modern amenities. we loved every single minute here and have rented many prior airbnbs. this by far surpassed all of my prior experiences. thank you Patrik for the most unbelievable stay. I will most definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning and magical place to stay. Fantastic accommodation. Private beaches and set in olive groves overlooking the sea. Breathtaking. BUT you need a car that can deal with a three to four kilometre drive on a very bumpy stony track to get there. Having said that it is really worth the effort for such a special place. The caretakers were kind and super helpful too.

Ilan resimlerinden daha geniş bir mekan. Plaja yakın olması kesinlikle bir avantaj. Ev sahipleri güleryüzlü, kibar ve yardımsever insanlar. Tek sıkıntı bodrum katta olmasından ötürü hafif bir rutubet kokusu oluyor. Pencereleri açık tuttuğunuz sürece hissedilmiyor.

Dairede ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey var. Fotoğraflardan daha güzel ve büyük. 3 yatak odası,2 balkon ve 1 antre salondan oluşuyor. Kendi otoparkı var ve şehrin içinde.

Ett trevligt och mysigt boende som en lätt känner sig hemma i. Värdinnan var lätt att få kontakt med. Hyrde cyklar på hotellet bredvid. Vi var fyra pensionärer som har lite krämpor med det blev det lite långt att promenera in till City. Men taxi var lätt tillgängligt. Härligt med havet så nära huset och en stor härlig terass. Vi kan varmt rekommendera vistelse på denna plats. Hälsningar fyra pensionärer.

Kendi kendine yeten bir yer. Eşiniz dostunuz ile gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

La casa di Eli Ann è in una località molto tranquilla, a pochi chilometri da alcune belle spiagge. Il piano inferiore della casa è bello, spazioso e ben arredato, con delle vetrate sul balcone che dà sul verde. Del piano di sopra ho visto solo una camera da letto, spaziosa e su un terrazzo. Non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma non è necessaria, perché c'è sempre un bel venticello. Samos city, la cittadina più vicina, si deve raggiungere in auto. Ho trovato in casa il sapone per i piatti, tovaglioli di carta, sapone per la doccia. Manca qualche coltello, ma ci sono molti bicchieri. Nel complesso, tornerei volentieri in casa di Eli Ann!

Die Wohnung war für uns 4 perfekt. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Mietwagen kommt man schnell an alle schönen Strände der Gegend. Den Sundowner und das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von Samos-Stadt werden wir sehr lange in Erinnerung behalten. Die Wohnung war exakt so wie beschrieben. Airbnb wie es sein soll! Danke Eleni! PS: und solltet Ihr was in der Wohnung vergessen, bringt es Eleni sogar noch an den Airport :-)

Sunny was a wonderful host. Always responded within minutes. She was also really flexible with the checkout. The home is located in one of the most beautiful spots I have ever visited. Everything one might need is right there. The home is very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Het was voor ons de tweede keer in dit appartement. Het is ruim en midden in het centrum. ‘s Ochtends is het heerlijk wakker worden met de geluiden van het dorp dat aan het opstarten is. Er is een zee aan ruimte en een goed klimaatsysteem. We hebben de airco niet heel veel aangehad omdat het door de isolatie een koel appartement is en we merendeels lekker met de ramen open hebben geslapen. Verder zijn alle ruimtes goed bemeten en idee veel kastruimte. Als ik een puntje van kritiek mag benoemen, is het dat het bed wat aan de harde kant is. Een latex topmatras zou hier uitkomst bieden. We komen hier zeker terug!

La casa è meravigliosa, il panorama è bellissimo. Siamo stati molto bene. La strada sterrata non presenta problemi e può essere percorsa da qualsiasi auto ma è molto ripida nel tratto di accesso alla casa e la salita è meglio farla da soli. Se si arriva tardi è meglio procurarsi del cibo perché i negozi sono lontani. I proprietari ci hanno dato un appuntamento e ci hanno accompagnato a casa. Molto gentili tutti. Grazie

Villa Ismini was great! We stayed here as a 4p-family and could not feel more like home. It is exactly like the pictures and description, if not even better. Full of antique and beautiful furniture, as well as an amazing backyard with shade & terrace under sunlight with a sea view. Kitchen was equiped with everything we need and there are 3 fridges for cold water that can be reached easily from every room in the house! We got our keys along with a detailed Samos advices. Just couple of minutes walking and you can dive into clear water. Everything was more than perfect, our hearts stayed in Samos... On top of all these, I have been all over Europe, staying at airbnb houses and have not encountered anything even remotely close to this price/quality ratio. I can only wish that this amazing villa will host guests who will be as respectful as it deserves. Thank you!

A private, peaceful location with a stunning view of the sea and surroundings, and the starry sky at night! The house is located in a private community. A car is highly recommended. There are many beaches, restaurants, and ancient sites within 20-40 minutes drive. Alperen was very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed our family stay.

This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!
