Ο χώρος όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες,σε ήσυχη γειτονιά ,η θάλασσα δίπλα στο κρεβάτι,τα εστιατόρια και τα καφέ δίπλα στο σπίτι ....σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω....η θεά της θάλασσας από το κρεβάτι είναι μοναδική..

This was an outstanding location with well thought out amenities and a gorgeous elevated deck with terrific views of the ocean. Voula and her sister Eva could not have been more responsive and helpful to any questions or special requests we had. We have never had a more relaxing and enjoyable Airbnb experience. Thank you Voula and Eva; we can’t wait until we return.

SeaView, was amazing, traditional style, nicely renovated apartment. The view was so very special. The 2 min walk to the beach was easy and perfect. There are lovely taverns to eat, my fav was the family tavern. Best beach bar Noya to relax on comfy chairs and listen to nice music. Best of all Chris was very responsive and left us beautiful home made and grown treats like marmalade, cherry tomatoes, figs and olives along with some lovely bread.

This stay at Manoli place was the best stay of my life. The hosts were so kind and helped me a lot when I needed a place to stay because my flight got cancelled. The flat was beautiful and exactly like in the picture. The place was spotless and extremely clean. Manoli welcomed me with cold water and a great bottle of wine. The place is very peaceful with a supermarket and a medical center 2 minutes from the flat. The beach is absolutely amazing and the people in the neighborhood are extremely friendly. I will definitely come back !!! Thanks again Lucian and Manoli. You are wonderful people !!!!

Daire, Kokkari deniz kenarında sıralanan restoranların hemen dibinde bulunuyor. Evin konumu vakit geçirmek için mükemmel yerde diyebiliriz. Biz araba kiralayıp bulmak istediğimizde Google bizi olmayan sokaklara sokmaya çalıştı. Siz bu hataya düşmeyin ve P olarak gösterilen halka açık otoparklara park edin. Park ettikten sonra yaklaşık 300-400 metre yürümeniz gerekecek. O yüzden valizi olanlar buna hazırlıklı olsun. Evin içinde ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Eve çıkmak için bir kat merdiven çıkmanız gerekiyor. Çıktıktan sonra yatak odasına çıkmak için farklı bir merdiven kullanmanız gerekir. Yatak odasında manzarayı izleyebileceğiniz çok güzel bir balkon var. Biz 6 aylık bebeğimizle geldiğimiz için ne yazık ki eve yürüme ve evdeki merdivenleri kullanma olayı bizi çok yordu. Ayrıca konaklama süresince wi-fi internet hiç çalışmadı. Telefon şebekesi de alt katta çekmiyordu. PC’den çalışan biri olarak bu konuda çok zorlandım. Çocuksuz aileler için gerçekten çok iyi bir ev. Tavsiye ederim.

Neresinden başlayacağımı bilmiyorum. Derya Hanım sürekli yolculuğumuzdan itibaren bizimle iletişimdeydi. Mail ile Kuşadası hakkında bilgilendirmesini bile yaptı. Kendisi lokasyonda olmasa bile ev ile ilgilenen Zeynel Bey çok memnun etti bizi. Bize ev konumu atarken videolu tarif bile attı. Bizi karşıladı ve gerekli her şeyi anlattı. Önce bi evi gezdim eşyalar ve ev tertemizdi. Otel odasındaki bez terliklerden havlulara her şey tamdı. Otel odası değildi ama daha fazla titiz bir çalışma vardı. Dolabı açtım biradan su ya kadar her şey diziliydi. Tekne turları afişleri, Safari turları vs. tüm eğlence be spor aktivitelerine dair broşürler mevcuttu. Görüşlerimiz için defter mevcuttu çok güzel bu. Ona yazamadık biraz acele ile çıktık. Her şey ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş muhteşem bir tatil oldu bizler için. If you love the sea, this is the place to be! Stayed with another couple and we all agreed Martha’s place is magical and fell in love with Kokarri. The location on the beach and in walking distance to everything you could possibly need is perfect. We had some difficulties finding the Airbnb (our fault) and then proceeded to blow a fuse, again our fault, but Martha and her team were extremely helpful and quick to resolve our issues. 1000% recommend. We are plotting our return.

Evin denize sıfır olması harikaydı, deniz millipark denizi gibi çok berrakti, evden çıkınca 10 adımda denizde buluyorsunuz kendinizi. evin içi fotoğraflardaki gibi, kullanılacak bir çok mutfak eşyaları çok fazla her ihtiyacınızı bulabiliyorsunuz. marketlere biraz olmasından dolayı biraz zorlandık ama her güzelliğin bir zor yani vardır dedik. sahilin cok az kum olmamasından dolayi çocuklar biraz sıkıldı, ama büyükler için güzeldi.

Het is in het echt net zo mooi als op de foto's! Een heerlijke week gehad.

Biz evi çok beğendik, konumu da merkeze yakın. Ev çok temizdi, çok memnun kaldık ve büyük de bir bahçesi var. Yürüme mesafesindeki denizin plajı ve deniz çok hoş değildi ama yakınlarda daha güzel denizlere gidebilirsiniz. Herkese önerebileceğim bir yer

Rüya gibi bir manzara ve temiz bir ev 🌸 Erdem bey çok yardımcı oldu, hızlı dönüş sağladı. 6 yetişkin bir bebek ve bir köpek konakladık. Çok keyifliydi ve özellikle manzara bizi çok etkiledi. Huzur dolu bir site en öndeki ev olması çok güzel 🥰 Her şey için teşekkürler.

Selda Hanım çok pozitif, iyi niyetli ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. İletişime geçtiğimiz andan itibaren çok yardımcı oldu. Eve geldiğimizde her şey belirtildiği gibiydi. Çalışmayan veya eksik olan bir şey yoktu. Misafirlerin rahatı için bir çok detay düşünülmüştü. Kendimizi bir yakınımızın evinde gibi hissettik. Kumandalı panjurlar, güçlü klima ve vantilatörler gündüz bile rahat uyumanızı sağlıyor. Mutfak araç gereçleri, beyaz eşyalar yeni ve kullanışlı. Komşular güler yüzlü ve zarif insanlar. Ev denize sıfır ve sakin bir muhitte. Bahçe oldukça geniş. Bahçenin büyük bir bölümü çim kalan kısmında birçok ağaç var. Çocuklar çimlerde oyun oynarken çardakta kahvenizi yudumlayıp denizi izleyebilirsiniz. Çocuklu aileler için mükemmel. Ailem ile keyifli, huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik.

The guesthouse is very modern and the garden is beautiful. The beach is very close and with few tourists. We can highly recommend this accomodation.

Wir haben zum ersten Mal über Airbnb gebucht. Ich muss sagen, es gab keine Probleme. Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es war sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen Pool, der war auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Eine klare 10 von 10 :)

Нам было очень комфортно находится в этой прекрасной просторной квартире. В квартире есть всё необходимое, кондиционеры в каждой комнате, очень чисто. Было тихо, и в то же время рядом с пляжем. Огромное спасибо за чудесный отдых!

It was a very nice place you stay. I went there with my family and we enjoyed a lot. Only negative thing is there was a bad smell which I think because of moisture. In general the place is very good.

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

Ich habe mich total wohlgefühlt. Angefangen bei der herzlichen Begrüßung durch Sophia und ihre Schwester, die sehr lieben Nachbarn, eine tolle Lage, mitten drin, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr praktisch auch das man direkt gegenüber parken kann. Kokkari ist wunderschön und ich kann Yannis Wohnung absolut empfehlen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. : )

Hadi is one of the friendliest person I've ever met. He gave us a lot of good reccommendations, tips and tricks to use around town. The location of the place is in the heart of Kokkari surrounded with multiple great restaurants, bars and markets. Place itself is really cosy, clean and homelike. 10/10 would reccommend.
