Wilmel's place is incredible; the view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed; kitchen, laundry, pool, patio, tons of rooms/bathrooms, and TV. Wilmel gave us plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Our first time driving up the mountain to the house was challenging because of the narrow roads, hairpin turns, and steep elevation but we eventually got used to it.

Really loved our stay! It was perfect for what we needed it for. Spent the days at El Yunque (SO CLOSE!! - 8 min drive without traffic) and our evenings on the farm. We didn’t mind the cold showers (relief from the PR heat!) or noise from the road (we’re city folk). The Cigar Shop, Bar & pizza were awesome for entertainment and easy dinner (+ the mojitos were delicious). The farm cats were quickly made our best friends & the outdoor space was warm and welcoming - reading in the hammock was a highlight.

Was a nice and quiet place to relax. Good amenities and felt safe. It is in a working class neighborhood. It so happens there was an islandwide blackout. having the Tesla battery backup and the water tank was invaluable.

Samuel’s place is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had everything we needed. We loved listening to the nighttime sounds. Sitting outside at night was one of our favorite times. If you want to be in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, then this is the place for you! Highly recommend Samuel’s place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. This house had it all! The host really thought of everything when making sure you enjoyed your stay. From everything for the pool to everything for the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook in or outside on the BBQ. The entire house was extremely clean and I can be pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this one hit the mark for me. We would stay at this house again for sure.

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

Beautiful home. We enjoyed that this home was not in a tourist area. It was super clean and just right for our visit. We especially enjoyed the coqui frogs & the breeze through the windows.

the apartment is beautiful. even has a private roof top. gated community, very safe and private. the gorgeous beach is right outside.julian was an amazing host that went above and beyond for me and the kids. we arrived during a power outage and he helped us navigate through it safely. thank you Julian for an amazing stay.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The pools and beach access at the complex were great for hours spent without leaving. Also there are three bigger nice local beaches short drives away. The kitchen is well equipped to cook in and even has a large ice machine :) great applicances including a fridge saved all our food even going 15 hours without electric! The condo is clean and well furnished, AC units work great. (and when without electric the windows opened and let it a cool breeze) the condo # was a little tricky to find at first, as the parking spots are a little deceiving, may be good to include map with confirmation, or just ask at the gate. The gate keepers were very friendly and have an easy process in place for entry.

This place was amazing. You get so much for the price…the pools, the beach, everything. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Lots of room to relax and full of chairs, balls, a beach wagon, a cooler, and umbrella…everything you need for a beach day. This was our first time in Puerto Rico and my favorite thing to do on the whole trip was just hang out at the apartment with the pools and beach within walking distance.

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described or shown in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. The short walk to the beach and to both pools were used several times during our stay. We enjoyed the walk in the evenings with the breeze coming off of the ocean. We highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. Space was very clean and neighborhood felt safe. Hosts were very kind and responsive. The only thing was the hot tub wasn’t working correctly and didn’t heat up enough to use. Overall would recommend staying here.

Robert’s home was like staying at Tio Robert’s place for my family. The variances in the reviews made me cautious to book but I was pleasantly surprised and can bring clarity on items I read before. Pros: #1 We stayed when top Google search was power outage in Puerto Rico. Home has solar and battery backup so we only realized the power was out when we reached the first traffic signal without power. #2 Safety: Community shares security checkpoints with Hyatt Grand Regency along with beautiful landscaping and foliage. #3 Proximity to Luquillo Beach, El Yunque Rainforest, and Fajardo Kayaking to see Bioluminescence. #4Washer/dryer (that works during power outages) for washing bathing suits and packing light. #5 Treks to San Juan via Uber (parking is a needle in a haystack to find at night as streets and lots close) are minimal cost. Cons: The lived in home feeling inviting to families may not score points on a couples trip. Tip: Just turn on hot (left faucet) during shower for hot shower.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

We loved our stay at Julie and Pablo’s place! The home is very spacious, clean and has everything you might need. The grounds are beautiful. We had wanted to try out the lazy river but it was closed during our stay. The other pools were great though! The private beach was perfect with such blue water! The neighborhood surrounding Aquátika wasn’t as we had expected but since we were driving to visit other locations it wasn’t a problem. We did enjoy a local pizza place (Rosa’s) and visited the close by supermarket. My family especially enjoyed the rooftop deck and pool table. We would recommend this beautiful home to anyone

We had a wonderful visit to Luis's condo. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed for our month long stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and well laid out. We had guests visit using the second bedroom and everyone had great visits. We loved our long walks along the beach which had very few in any people on it. We visited some of the more popular beaches, but due to crowds our favorite was the one adjacent to the condo. Luis was a very responsive host. Thank you Luis! We hope to visit again.

Tom’s place was above and beyond our expectations…better than the pictures! It was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. We absolutely loved our time there. The pool and jacuzzi were such a nice touch along with the beautiful scenery and fantastic view. Tom left a book with recommendations on things to do around the area which was very helpful. He was also very quick to respond if we had any questions. My boyfriend loved the outdoor grill😊. Can’t wait to go back!

Wow where can I begin from the beginning of the booking to the end nothing but amazing. Host was very responsive, friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely made us feel like at home no doubt. Everything was even more beautiful in person. Definitely booking again once we are back in Puerto Rico. Thanks again for being so amazing and for the early check in and late check out. Was very satisfied with the stay and all the extra gear for the beach like the chairs,cooler ,etc that she had provided for the guests to use. Everything was clean and well presentable. The property itself was beautiful and the pools were nice. The hosts were both very responsive and helpful and pleasant to chat with. Definitely would come back and stay again !! :) we did not get to enjoy the lazy river due to it being under construction but maybe another time when we come back we will!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

We had a great stay. Aquátika is quiet by resort standards and the condo was beautifully updated. Plenty of space, very well stocked and furnished. The pool areas are plentiful. Only downside when we were there was the lazy river was drained and being repaired. That still leaves 4 or 5 other pools though! There is a basketball court and large tennis / pickleball courts that have lights. Really useful!
