This was our 3rd stay here, and the property was pristine, as usual. This place is so much bigger and better than any local hotel, for a little less money. Unless it's unavailable I can't see staying anywhere else in the area.

We're very happy at Pearline's basement apt. She was very responsive and friendly. Her place was very nice just like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and safe...and a few minutes away from all the plazas full of great restaurants and stores. Highly recommend it!

I drove to SC to GA for a surgery, I stay in this beautiful place, Alexia send me an email with all instructions how to check in was easy ,comfortable and safe I felt satisfied being there had my own space and peaceful is what I needed, I loved it and will go again, thank you Alexia for everything!

The apartment was perfect. You really couldn't hear anyone above you in the main house. Outside was well lit so there was no concerns getting to the front door and Kays instructions were very detailed. Just a note the stairs into the back yard were a bit of a challenge for my husband who uses a cane but he could do them since the light was so good. We did not try the alternate route through the grass on the other side.

I loved the stay there. The place was very nice and Chelsea was very responsive.

This home is a quiet and cozy place to stay yet still manages to be convenient to all of the Lawrenceville area business and social districts. Makes for an excellent base if you have relatives to visit (as I did) or work to do in the area. Josefina is an excellent host, and it was nice to have her support for my first time reserving an Airbnb for myself. Excellent communications and clear directions made for an easy and pleasant stay. We stayed in both of Calisto + Jeff's places in Spring Harbor townhouses in the Doraville/Tucker area of ATL -- both were tastefully decorated with an eye to neutral, modern design. Comfortable, clean, roomy; had washer and dryer, and all major kitchen appliances. Huge flat screen t.v. (but that could use a set of written instructions as to how to access channels, etc.). Nice outside patio area with seating. Private. Nice wooded lot, shady and quiet. We stayed there through the recent Hurricane (Helene) and it felt safe and secure. If you have a car, and you know Atlanta well enough, and can drive around without worry, then this is a great place and a great value. Jeff the main host (+property manager) was responsive, respectful, pro-active, professional, and helpful. Oh, and in the summer months, the complex has a nice pool to swim in just a short walk away! And there is a Walmart (for groceries) a 10 minute walk up Pleasantdale. Great place, great hosts, you should stay there!

Everything was very nice and clean. Easy check in and Ryan was amazing checking in on me.

Richard’s home was the perfect retreat! The space was beautifully furnished, with thoughtful touches throughout. My dog absolutely loved the fenced backyard; it was a great space for him to run around safely while I relaxed on the patio. I also appreciated the small wine station, a lovely addition that made our evenings even more enjoyable. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which made for a peaceful and restful stay. I also appreciated the convenience of the two-car garage with a remote; it made coming and going so easy, especially during unpredictable weather. What truly stood out to me were the faith-based and positive decor pieces. As a faith-driven entrepreneur, it was inspiring to be surrounded by such uplifting reminders each day. It created an atmosphere of peace and encouragement, which made my stay even more special. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and serene space. I look forward to staying here again!

Great place

Sharday’s place was absolutely beautiful. From the outside to the inside this place is wonderful. The inside is new and up-to-date. The bedrooms are spacious and beautiful. The bathrooms are also big and very nice. The kitchen has mostly everything you need as far as pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. The back deck is so peaceful and relaxing. Sharday and her co-host are wonderful at replying back, helpful with any questions you may have and both seem really nice. It was easy entertaining the place and finding it. The area is a perfect location because it’s near so many restaurants and shops. I can’t wait to visit back!

I wish more Airbnbs were kid friendly!! This place had toys and games to keep my little one happy. It felt like being at home. The rooms are decently sized and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The back patio was gorgeous. My only gripe is parking, which I know is completely out of the host control. I just did not expect the street parking to be so full! If you’re in one vehicle no biggie, but we had two and someone utilized the street parking in front of the Airbnb one day. Other than that the place was great and the host was super attentive! We will definitely stay again!

Quaint little house with all the amenities needed. Hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Highly recommend

This was our second stay and it was wonderful! Great house, great location

The home was so comfortable with so many amenities and supplies in the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog to take care of his business. Restaurants and shopping are a short drive away with the beltway close by for access to all parts of the metro area. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Junise was super responsive and friendly. Location was great, within a short distance to numerous restaurants, Centennial Park and the train system. Building concierges were friendly and polite.

The condo was just beautiful & so clean. Everything available at your fingertips & plenty of room too! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here & hope to use this condo again in the future.

Only my 3rd time staying at an Airbnb and I’m still not comfortable with the process BUT Gee made the experience so easy. The location is perfect for me!

Williams place was perfect for the weekend get away. It’s a walkable distance to the aquarium, park , and many restaurants. The building has security and made you feel safe . I would highly recommend.

Great location. You have to walk about 1/2 mile to get to any of the attractions but that beats dealing with the traffic! I felt safe in the area and it was very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful, clean, cozy, homey, safe space for my husband and I to spend a week in. From a well stocked kitchen that we cooked in, to the comfy bed and couch, and the lovely amenities like the massage chair and access to the gym, this space was perfect for an extended stay! The hosts were very communicative and flexible. I highly recommend and if in town again wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!
