We had the most wonderful stay here. When we arrived the hosts were so welcoming, offering their wealth of local knowledge and showing us around. They always ensured the hot tub was warm and ready for us when we wanted it and an extra bonus was the complimentary wine, home sourced eggs and milk as well on arrival :)

A beautiful place to stay that was very comfortable for our stay (2 adults, 2 children and a dog). Located a short drive from Barmouth town and beach, it is ideally located out of the way and within a very peaceful setting. The private garden is very well maintained and looks out to sea that shows beautiful sunsets. The shepherds hut was spacious enough for our stay and had everything that we needed. Thank you Hayley and Gareth. We had a lovely weekend.

A wonderful stay. The caravan attracted us as somewhere different to enjoy family time together. It did not disappoint. A quaint peaceful break with easy access to the glorious Welsh countryside. The private area around the caravan was lovely and we enjoyed a barbecue and chilling time in the covered area. Highly recommended

An absolute gem of an Air bnb what a phenomenal location. From the ‘big hut’ decking and hot tub, we had views out into our own private Welsh valley, lambs and chickens running around, beautiful sunset and zero light pollution so stunning starry skies every night! Peaceful, beautiful and quiet, great for exploring the stream with the kids we just can’t recommend this place enough. We didn’t even turn on the tv the whole trip. Wow what a mini break thank you so much Sioned and family ❤️

Menna was great, always happy to heat the hot tub up for us! The little sleeping pods were comfortable with a really nice bed! And the location was brilliant, not too far from Snowdon which has the most amazing view! We had a fantastic time.

I could not recommend this place more!The accommodation was brilliant for a weekend get away. The hut was cosy, clean, private and equipped with anything you could possibly need throughout the stay. Rachael and Alan were amazing and always helpful with any requests. The highlight was definitely the wood burning hot tub to relax and watch the stars in the evening. The location of the site is brilliant being around a 15minute drive from so many attractions and local villages whilst keeping a quiet countryside feel whilst on site. I could not fault this accommodation and I would definitely visit this place again.

I’ve just got back from a lovely weekend away with my boyfriend and daughter for my boyfriends birthday , our cabin was so beautiful and was just perfect for the 3 of us , rachael and alan i think his name is was so helpful and accomodated everything that we needed , the breakfast we got there was also amazing , we deffo will be going back and i really recommend to anyone who’s looking to stay somewhere , it’s also dog friendly , we didn’t take a dog but seen other people had theirs which was really lovely to see , thankyou again .

From start to finish, we were very well looked after and the hut was exactly as described. Beautifully clean set and well planned out. Our host made recommendations throughout our stay and ended up having a brilliant dinner on our first night and a day at the beach on recommendation. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The hut was perfect for a retreat. There were lots of lovely walks, the hut was very cute and cosy, and it had all the amenities we needed. Everything provided for the log burner which kept us so warm 💛 Michael was very friendly and helpful, he gave us a very warm welcome. Can’t recommend it enough!

Arrived at Tan-y-capel hideaway and was immediately greeted by our hosts Rebecca and David, both were very friendly and we felt very welcome, we were showed to the shepherds hut which is a very short walk from where you park, they do provide a clean wheelbarrow to transport your items from the car to the hut which is very thoughtful and convenient. The hut is located in its own field and is completely private, there is a flower meadow on the walk towards the hut and the view from the property is beautiful. we were provided with a bottle of prosecco and some homemade cookies upon entering which is a really nice touch and we felt very welcomed, we were left to our own devices but told to contact if we needed anything. the place was absolutely spotless and I have no complaints about cleanliness whatsoever. the hot tub was constantly on and ready to use and David showed us how to use it. The hut was plenty warm enough with heating there if needed. We also met George the Goat ❤️

Where to begin! A heavenly stay from start to finish. Stunning location, beautiful hut - clearly designed and built with love and attention to every detail. Mark and Jonathan could not have been more kind and welcoming. Sitting and watching the sunset from Elen has to go down as one of my happiest, most memorable moments. Loved the firepit and cosy wood burner. Didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back - absolutely perfect in every way. Thank you Mark and Jonathan for being so lovely. See you soon x

Gorgeous place to stay and relax. The cabin was in a tranquil location in the grounds next to the pond. Dafydd and Dawn were very friendly and always at hand with useful information and brought a lovely breakfast hamper and fresh coffee each morning.

The Tiny house is a great place for a chilled break away in Anglesey. As you arrive Shaun is ready to great you with a smile and is ready to answer any questions you may have about your stay, he leaves you some complimentary drinks for your stay too. The tiny house is clean and tidy and perfect for a relaxing getaway and perfect to come back to after a day of exploring the island. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly want during your stay and if you would like a BBQ all you need to do is ask and Shaun will bring you one over. There is an amazing beach near by which is well worth the visit. Thank you Shaun for a great visit we hope to be back again :)

Had a lovely stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Great location for exploring the area — would definitely stay again!

We had a glorious stay in the Shepherds Hut! Totally off the beaten track and surrounded by calving cows and idyllic lambs - my small children were mesmerised! There is everything you could need for a short break, the tea / coffee and toiletries are a great touch. Definitely more space than you think. The bottom bed / Harry Potter cupboard den kept the kids entertained for ages and is brilliant with the cubby hole and charging points. It’s actually brilliant for small children who would usually need a cot side and need darkness to sleep! We would love to come back :)

Everything about Jessica Hut is perfect for a true, unadulterated dose of nature and relaxation. The hut is super cosy with a comfy bed, and the out-building with toilet and kitchen has all you need. The privacy and peace that comes with this destination is second to none. If it's a down to earth, friendly, private, comfortable, rural escape you are after, look no further. Thanks Dee and Peter for your warmth, discretion and perfect Welsh hospitality. We wish only the best for both of you beautiful, hard-working souls.

This is an amazing place to stay! The views are beautiful and it’s very rural with stunning countryside. Gaby was a lovely host, really responsive and gave us lots of local recommendations. Would definitely return here and recommend to anyone!

Very happy with the stay, all the necessities were already there which meant less stuff we needed to bring. Showers and toilets were nice and clean. I wish we could stay longer. Everything was well explained in the emails and guides. Beautiful surroundings and over all great spot.

Such a beautiful location ! Was very peaceful and private. The hot tub was a perfect touch after walking Snowdon ! Clear instructions for arrival where given. Not too far from Barmouth. We stayed for a couple of nights, just wish it could have been longer ! Couldn’t recommend enough, we will be back.

Really charming area and really lovely cabin! It had everything we needed in, plus more. Wood fire is a lovely touch and kept us nice and cozy on the evenings. Distance to Snowdon is also a plus, just over the road from the bus stop to Pen-y-Pass or Llanberis, either track you may want to do. WiFi is spotty and not always available inside, just be aware, but there's so much to do without it. The pub 5 minutes away can sort you out for WiFi if absolutely needed. All in all, a really lovely stay and we had a really good time!

Had a wonderful stay. The shepherd hut was beautiful and so well designed to make the most out of the space and facilities. Gaynor was a brilliant host and was quick to respond to any queries we had. She left some lovely welcome treats for our arrival which was a lovely surprise. Our children enjoyed the play area and the friendly horses too. Thank you.

We had the best few days at Judy's Shepherd hut and definitely didn't want to leave! The shepherds hut was so cosy and had everything which we needed in germs of utensils and equipment. the surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful being in the perfect location for what felt like endless activities and walks to do, the bonus was it was a great digital detox too. Judy was so friendly and welcoming making us feel right at home straight away and provided plenty of recommendations! Thank you for a lovely stay would 10/10 reccommend and can wait to come back!
