Great location and views. Short walk to dog friendly beach. Lots and lots of space, well furnished and appointed house, modernised bathrooms. Great place for family holiday with a dog.

Whitehaven was exactly what we needed for a Christmas family holiday. Comfortable, quiet, private but with access to great amenities and a very short walk to an uncrowded beach that felt luxurious at this time of year. The house was easy to live in with so many ‘extras’ and the local IGA and shops provided all we needed. Everyone wants to return next summer.

Perfect location with short walk to dog friendly beach and close access to cafes, restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to central Peregian, the apartment was so quiet and peaceful. Loved hearing the ocean from the main bedroom! The apartment was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed to make it a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Espectacular! Uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado. La casa es divina! Muy bien decorada, súper equipada con todos los electrodomésticos imaginables, vajilla linda, buenas camas, a metros de Sunrise Beach . Tiene parada de colectivo a metros de la casa. Todo funcionó perfecto. Pasamos unos días increíbles en Noosa. Gracias!!❤️

The house was fantastic, location fantastic! The house was clean and organised, everything you needed was provided. The kids loved the pool! We are hoping to visit this house whenever we are working in Noosa!

Highly recommend. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. Super easy check in. We love this location. Very quiet but walking distance from the beach as well as great restaurants and cafes, including a great surf club. Just a short drive from Noosa main beach and the National Park. Best of all- dog friendly, and very clean.

Great location! Right by the beach. Beautiful big house with great layout for entertainment and relaxing by the pool. Would definitely go there again! Warning for our furry friends: lots of toads outside at night time.

We had a great stay at Jordana and Matt’s place - plenty of room for 4 adults with a great living/kitchen area. Beds were all very comfy and great fans in each room to keep the humidity at bay. The pool was great too. The location is fantastic as long as you don’t mind the steep 200 stairs or hills up and down from the beach/Hastings St - built in exercise every day!

Our stay at Tinka’s place was absolutely incredible! We loved every moment. Travelling with our two kiddos (4 and 8 years old), we found the space to be just perfect for our family. The pool was wonderfully warm, and the rooms were actually even bigger than the photos suggest. Tinka had thought about everything! She provided beach towels, beach toys, pool noodles, and even a beach canopy. This made our beach days absolutely amazing, and since we flew up, we didn’t have to worry about packing all the extra things for a perfect beach holiday. The location was fantastic, and we had everything we needed for a truly amazing stay. Tinka’s communication was exceptional, making everything smooth and stress-free. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!

A family gem! We absolutely loved our stay here over the Christmas and new year period. The unit itself is so lovely and homey. The furnishings were comfortable and the deck view of the river made bbq nights so lovely. Our 3 year old absolutely loved the easy access to the river which made the days so easy and relaxed. The walk was so close to Hastings which was an added bonus. Very clean, and easy access to the property. Consistent communication also with Niche especially over the holiday period was a big plus also :) Cannot wait to book this beautiful home again for our family getaway.

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.

A fabulous place with a sea view and a lovely balcony/reading bench to view it from. ❤️❤️ Kitchen well provisioned with crockery, cutlery and even a hand mixer. 👍👍 Sumptuous bed and lovely bedding. A really nice place.

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. Sadly the weather was severe for several days but we were able to make the best of it in the beautiful space. We felt safe in the house even with the wind howling and the rain lashing for hours on end. When the sun did finally peek out, we were able to see the full beauty of the location and surrounding area. We certainly hope to come back some day and enjoy the sunshine but in spite of the weather, we made the best of it. The surrounding neighborhood has an excellent choice of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, a small general store and bottle shops with excellent wine, beer and hard liquor. I can highly recommend Marble Bar and XO. Chris is a great host at Marble Bar and we became regulars in spite of the rain. Overall, excellent location with hiking trails, the beautiful beach, plenty of places to eat and drink and relax.

The waterslide and pool are a hit with the kids! After reading some reviews, we felt nervous about the safety regulations and warnings but it is a perfectly functional and FUN slide and simply to be used with adequate supervision - like any pool. Nearly every bedroom had its own air conditioning and the two that didn’t were perfectly positioned outside a common room with an air con system. Tim and team were gracious hosts.

The outdoor porch with views of the birds was the highlight for us! We felt very welcomed and communication was excellent with Jo.

Made to feel welcome from the get- go! Met at the house by hosts to show us all the tricks and special features of the home. It was heaven. A luxury stay with views of the changing sea all day from the living area. From bed we listened to the ocean as it lulled us to sleep. We took the five minute walk to beach along a maintained track, it was beautiful to be so close to the beach. Walking North along Plover Street, it was just five minutes to coffees, breakfast, Restaurants, and the supermarket was across the street. A perfect stay in a private, secluded, beautifully decorated and clean home.

This was a really nice beach getaway for us with our fur baby! Felt like it was our very own beach shack, and you pay for that experience as well as having private, direct access to the beach. Great outside shower keeps everyone and everything tidy-- no dragging sand around. Beautiful space to be inspired. Peregian community is so welcoming and we felt like locals! Only suggestion-- it would be nice to have flyscreens on the bedroom windows so you can sleep to the sound of surf without the biting bugs coming in, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Steph for letting our family stay at your beautiful Sunshine Beach home! We had an incredible time relaxing at the beach a quick walk from the house, hiking the Noosa park and eating at some amazing restaurants in Noosa Head. Truly one of the greatest places on earth!

Brett’s place has a lovely open and calm feel to it, with a super outlook over to the beach and ocean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms off each are great too. And it’s an easy 2 min walk down onto the beach. Just remember there aren’t shops nearby so take everything you need for cooking as you’ll be eating in - the kitchen is pretty well stocked, though a few more key items in the utensils drawer would be helpful. Overall though a really great place to stay and relax.

Cate’s beach house was exactly what we were looking for in our holiday, very private and peaceful with direct access to the beach and dog friendly. The house has everything you need, plenty of beds and all the kitchen appliances and bbq etc. It’s a great part of the world. We are very much looking forward to our next stay.

Such a quiet little gated suburb. Perfect location close to airport and Coolum. Ate at a few great restaurants in Coolum, yianis Greek Simple’s yet perfect. Iga bakery and bottle shop only a ten minute walk.
