Our stay at Holiday House 7 at Essence Peregian Beach over Christmas was exceptional! We loved the location, loved the pools and the house was fabulous. Only thing was a lack of basic pantry items (salt and pepper, oil and baking paper etc.) which would have been ideal. Otherwise we had a wonderful time at a great holiday house, we will be back again in the future and would recommend to others.

We loved our stay here! The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay and super helpful hosts! We loved the location as well, close to everything including Hastings st but nice a quiet with a family.

Great base for a busy weekend in Noosa. Nice location for a walk along the river and easy access to the ferry.

It’s a very new house so you can smell the paint but everything else are great.

Very happy with our experience at Outrigger Noosaville, it’s in a fantastic location that is within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, bus stops and boat/jet ski hire vendors. The double undercover car park for our vehicles was a nice surprise. Our apartment was spacious and well appointed, with air conditioning throughout. It also felt private in the sense that we couldn’t hear much road noise nor noise from surrounding apartments. We made sure to take advantage of the three swimming pools, spa, spotless BBQ area and sauna when we weren’t out on the river or at the beach. Highly recommended.

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. Sadly the weather was severe for several days but we were able to make the best of it in the beautiful space. We felt safe in the house even with the wind howling and the rain lashing for hours on end. When the sun did finally peek out, we were able to see the full beauty of the location and surrounding area. We certainly hope to come back some day and enjoy the sunshine but in spite of the weather, we made the best of it. The surrounding neighborhood has an excellent choice of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, a small general store and bottle shops with excellent wine, beer and hard liquor. I can highly recommend Marble Bar and XO. Chris is a great host at Marble Bar and we became regulars in spite of the rain. Overall, excellent location with hiking trails, the beautiful beach, plenty of places to eat and drink and relax.

Corinne's house was absolutely beautiful. A very modern house with the best fixtures, fitting and furniture. All appliances we top quality and I very impressed with the high level decorations. The weather wasn't kind to us but because the house was so spacious with a number of separate areas are 3 couples we were able to separate as desired or gather together as required. I would highly recommend this accomodation.

We had a wonderful time here. The view of the ocean is exceptional and the duel living arrangement was perfect for our large family. It’s a short walk to beaches and parks so perfect for young families. The only issue we had was with the down stairs living air conditioning which we couldn’t manage to turn on due to there being multiple systems to cater for the space. So I recommend having one of the agents show you how to turn it on at arrival as they meet you there in person.

Property management had fantastic communication and responded really quickly. The property itself was beautiful. (The pictures didn't do it justice), accurately described and had a well stocked kitchen. The pool, cinema room, tennis courts, golf course, steam room and gym ensured our group had plenty of activities to choose from without leaving the area. Private bedrooms and a large main living area allowed our group to spend a lot of time together but also to have our separate space. Very reasonably priced and would recommend.

We had the most amazing extended family getaway at Lisa’s stunning property in Doonan. It was absolutely perfect for kids, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The house itself is beautifully maintained, and the setting is serene and picturesque. One minor hiccup—there was no toaster in the kitchen—but Lisa resolved it incredibly quickly, and within an hour, a brand-new one was delivered to our doorstep! Her excellent communication and accommodating nature made our stay even more enjoyable. So many great spots to entertain with family and dine, well equipped kitchen with so many fabulous dishes and drinkware to serve in, really felt like a home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly retreat. Thank you, Lisa, for an unforgettable stay!

A beautiful and peaceful beach haven, we absolutely loved our stay at Teewah and the whale deck was just sublime at night time to look at the bright stars and moon… SO great!

Beautiful area. The view is something that our family could definitely live with 24/7. Nothing like laying in a hammock watching the cows peacefully munching in the paddock and the beautiful view of the bluff. Lovely old home. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and could have spent their whole stay in it!

This location and, in particular, the proximity to an uncrowded but surf life safer patrolled section of the beach was fantastic. Well-appointed and largish bedrooms with a massive and very comfortable communal area. The only downside and it's not a biggy for us was that the beds are a little on the soft side, particularly for those used to or who prefer a medium to firm bed. Great communication from Gavra the host. Would definitely like to visit again. thank you.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It’s in a beautiful quiet spot, with everything we needed for our stay. The kids favourite part was the golf cart! We would stay here again next time we come to the area, we found it a much more enjoyable stay compared to booking a hotel.

We had the most lovely stay at Essence - perfect location, walking distance to cafes, shops, restaurants and the beach. Great facilities and a beautiful house to stay in. The pool bar was a highlight! We’ll definitely be back!
