We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is in hills of Haiphong and it was great. The house itself is gorgeous and clean and has all amenities needed for cooking for yourself. It also has a great little pool and nice outdoor areas. Location-wise, the home was a 15 min walk from the town however it's at the top of a very steep hill, meaning walking to the town was fine, but we got Grabs back up afterwards. It was difficult to get Grabs to pick us up from our airbnb, maybe because it's on a new estate and so the taxi drivers were unfamiliar with the area. Haiphong is not very touristy & thus there weren't many available Grabs, even in the town. One trick we found was to go to the FLC hotel that is a 5 min walk away and order a taxi through their concierge. We also went to the rooftop bar there which was stunning. The area is quite the ghost town and even though the huge FLC hotel is right next door, we barely saw any tourists. Overall though, it was exactly what we needed/wanted!

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is, if anything, a little bit better than advertised and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Ha Long between recommending things to do locally, organising taxis and much more. I would highly recommend people to stay here - especially big groups!

Wir hatten eine schönen Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Wohnung. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Halong Bay und alle nötigen Einrichtungen (Mini-Markt, Restaurants, ATM) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem ist es sehr leicht in der Gegend ein Taxi zu bekommen (über GRAB). Als wir aufgrund von sich ändernden Plänen unseren Aufenthalt verkürzen mussten, war das kein Problem, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren!

Very nice stay, with comfortable beds, great balcony and good views.

Everything about my stay here was perfect! Phuong was incredibly helpful, friendly, supportive and easy to reach. She did so much more for me than one could reasonably expect, she even sent an item that I had forgotten at the place to Hanoi for me and helped me arrange everything about the delivery. The apartment is exactly what you see on the pictures. Everything looks very well kept and clean. I enjoyed the comfortable bed, the great view from the balcony and especially the bathtub and shower! If you have spent a while in other places in Vietnam, you learn to appreciate a shower with good water pressure and temperature! Phuong made sure to come every few days to clean the apartment, which is very valuable for long-term stays like mine. I can fully recommend everything about the place, and with this host you will never have any trouble! She is a gem :)

The room is VERY nice with a beautiful glass window for a great view. Foam was helpful and even arranged a car back to the airport for us. Thank you for everything.

Linh was very helpful and responsive to all our concerns and needs. She was able to help us book a motorbike for two days, even though we were only there for a short period. She even helped us book a private transfer from her condo to Cat Bi Airport, as we were traveling to Da Nang after our last day in Ha Long. To the condo, it was all modern and beautiful. It has all the amenities that was listed on the airbnb app. It was spotless, clean and very classy place. It has wide spaces and facing with a beautiful view of the Ha Long Beach and the bridge. The place is located 14 mins to the Ha Long International Cruise port where you can have your full day or hall day tour to Ha Long Bay, Ti Top Island, Sun Sot Cave and etc( P.S. depends on your package tour😉). The Sun World Ha Long where the Amusement Park, Cable Car and Ocean Park are is only 16 mins.away both are by motorbike😉. The apartment was comfortable, safe, clean with a nice view. Many shopping shops nearby with renting a bike so you have access to everything. Thanks.

We had a blast! Pros: • The penthouse matched all the pictures with a fully-equipped kitchen. There were 6 wine glasses, plenty of shot glasses and lots of cooking utensils. • All the decoration was done nicely and the lighting was great (bedrooms even had floor lights). • The balcony was HUGE and even had a BBQ grill that we regretted not bringing food to use it. • The host was very responsive and helpful, helping us in every way they could. • There were 1-2 small grocery stores on the ground floor. They even sold ice! • There was a Vietcombank ATM right at the entrance. • This complex doesn’t have much of a nice view but they have a large playground on the inner yard. Cons: • The TV in the master bedroom seemed like a domestic Chinese product, unlike the TV in the living room. We couldn’t access anything with that Chinese-only display (no YouTube or Netflix buttons). • There is no microwave in the kitchen. • Ceiling/floor is not very thick or soundproof. Highly recommended!

Spacious room, very clean. There are some small restaurants downstairs. There are fruit stalls and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Very convenient.

Mai was amazing. We arrived very late at night and she not only gave us clear check-in instructions, she went the extra mile and made sure there was something to eat when we arrived. The apartment was better than expected.

The view was pristine and the building amenities are great. There is a fee for the pools but it’s very worth it. Same with the breakfast buffet but it was delicious. The main area is only a grab away that is the only down side is the location is a bit further from the town but it’s nice and quiet.

Ngan is such a kind and thoughtful host! She booked me transportation both to and from Hanoi airport. She was patient and understanding. The view from the flat is unbelievable and the Citadines building has everything one could need including pool, gym, convenience store, two restaurants, and a spa. This place is perfect for a couple or small family who would like to be away from the hustle and bustle of Bay Chai.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located with many restaurants and attractions nearby. The host was very friendly and responded quickly, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. If we have the chance, we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
