Kathryn called beforehand to make sure my arrival was prepared for. The entire place was so clean and stocked with the essentials! We spent the day in Helen and came back to a nice warm suite. The hot water got so hot (thankfully, it was freezing outside). There was a Roku tv that we used to sign into our accounts and just hung out at night watching tv. Kathryn provided firewood and we were able to have a nice bonfire in the cold temps. 10/10 stay, we hope to return one day!

Marva was a wonderful host, very responsive to any need or question. Beautiful place inside and out. Seems she thought of everything, even leaving outside games, inside games and puzzles stacked with the basics. Would definitely recommend it!

My husband likes to explore and we couldn't have chosen a better spot for his birthday. We had plans to drive around to various nearby waterfalls (we made it to a couple) but the mill offered so much to discover, we didn't want to leave. We loved the waterfalls, history, and trails around the site. The bed was super comfy. It's definitely quirky, we were glad to not have a TV, etc. Groceries were close by as well as parks.

I had a fantastic stay at Downtown Bungalow in Demorest, GA! This charming one-bedroom apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the entire space had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Despite being so central, it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and was quick to respond to any questions, making me feel completely at home. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy place to stay in Demorest, this is it. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Judy was very welcoming once we arrived. She gave us a mini tour and it was a perfect place to unwind and relax. Very peaceful and a ton of space for us. We felt at home away from home. She is very responsive with any questions you might have especially with finding the air bnb because it is secluded ( we love that) I highly recommend staying here! Very affordable too!

As always there was a variety of coffee and muffins. Her yummy breakfast casserole and fresh eggs.

We’ve stayed at over 70 Airbnbs in the last 10 years and this is, by far, is in the top 5. Carmen has done everything right for a lovely stay. She goes above and beyond. From her own fresh farm eggs to muffins and bagels; a breakfast casserole in the freezer to an assortment of coffees and teas, the kitchen is stocked and ready to use. From a spotless bathroom and clean products to use to a comfy bed with quality sheets, you will feel quite spoiled. Carmen also has many suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. We climbed Yonah mountain, visited Mark of the Potter and hiked to Panther falls. Demorest is quiet, peaceful, and within close proximity to other small towns and many outdoor activities. Definitely consider booking here! We will be back!

Oksana’s place was well located and very clean. She was also extremely responsive and helpful, especially since our request was last minute. Though minimal, the rental had the necessities. I was very comfortable because the unit was very clean.

This is a charming lovely place to stay. The bed is great, kitchen efficient and has everything you need for light cooking, which is what you should be doing while you’re there :-) walkable to wonderful coffee and food, charming town near lots to do in the mountains… a really great retreat spot. Highly recommend it and the hosts were very prompt and helpful.

Christine’s place was very comfortably furnished for a large family. The home was thoughtfully decorated and functional. Even though the kitchenette has no sink, it had many gadgets. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall it was a great night.

5 stars all around! The space is great…very clean, private and conveniently located. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit area were a perfect way to wind down after a day at nearby wineries!

Unit was exactly like the posting said. Loved the peacefulness of the resort. It was an awesome place to stay.Would definitely book with them again

Beautiful town with lots of neat shops to explore. Amenities could use some updating but everything was clean and orderly.
