We stayed in Fridleifur's apartment for a week. The apartment was exactly as described, very comfortable, modern, and spotless. It’s located in a peaceful, yet central part of the city, making everything easily accessible. The host was very helpful and readily available throughout our stay. Thank you!

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, estaba muy bien equipado, ducha y camas muy buenas. Ubicación excelente. Muy fácil acceso y Kristofer respondía muy rápido. Genial!

We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment. It was a nice location to be outside the city but have easy access to main roads and shops. We chose this place as it was walking distance to our friends' house. Heba's decor is very pleasing and the kitchen had everything we needed. The space is well designed for relaxation and practicality. It was easy to park our rental car in the driveway.

We had a wonderful stay at Bridget's home. We utilized the transportation to and from airport, that Grace provided and she was the highlight of the trip showing us great spots and a tour around before dropping us off and even on the way back to airport stopped and let us go into the Viking museum. We even extended our stay and they still drove us to airport and we appreciate their flexibility. The apartment was in the heart of town with great water pressure and plenty of hot water and extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if in Iceland.

We really enjoyed our Stay at this apartment as it was very close to the city. The apartment is spacious and decorative and has everything we needed . Would definitely stay again next time when we visit Iceland !

I can't say enough good things about the studio: spotlessly clean, comfy bed, well-stocked kitchen, huge shower, plenty of storage, and a big TV. It's set back from the street and very quiet. The neighborhood is very safe and I was comfortable walking alone. It was the perfect base for exploring Iceland. Being so central, you can walk to the main attractions easily. It's 5 minutes max to Bus Stop #9 for tours/Flybus and one block to Laugavegur with great restaurants and shops. It could not be better situated for sightseeing. While I didn't meet Roald, I was in constant contact with Sigurthor before and during my trip. He was incredibly patient, responded to all my questions within minutes, and provided great recs. He was unfailingly kind and an absolute delight of a human being. It felt more like staying at a friend's house instead of an Airbnb. I highly recommend the Cozy Studio. Takk fyrir, Sigurthor & Roald! I look forward to staying with you again. Best Airbnb experience ever.

Der Aufenthalt bei Olga war wirklich super! Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Absolute Empfehlung!

Great place to stay near the centre of Reykjavik. The apartment is a basement flat and the owners live above. It is a really nice living space packed full of books and records that you can play on the record player. There is a kitchen with a small hob, plus a dining table to eat at. The apartment is full of character and we loved it. Parking was relatively easy on the street outside the property. Randver was very helpful and contacted us when we left something on the flat of sentimental value.

Olafur lists his response time as 11 hours, but he was usually much quicker than that. His was a nice place accessible to many restaurants and not far from the downtown area. Quiet at night, lots of parking, a great home away from home.

Eyrún place was perfect for our trip! It was located so well, about a 30-45 mins drive from the airport, 15-20 mins drive to Reykjavik, and close enough to drive the Golden Circle in a day. It is also close to many convenience stores and a Costco. The place was beautifully decorated and clean. Check-in/out & parking was easy. Eyrún was very responsive and nice Overall a great stay!

Wir könnten nicht glücklicher sein. Es war für uns der letzte Stopp unserer Winterreise und die Gemütlichkeit der Unterkunft hätte uns fast nicht mehr nach Hause fliegen lassen. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos und das einfache Leben durch die unmengen an Gewürzen, Tees, Kaffee hat das entspannte Erlebnis abgerundet. Man sollte keine Schwierigkeiten mit (wenn auch kurzen) steilen Treppen haben. Für uns eine ganz klare 10/10! Wir kommen gerne wieder, sollten wir nochmal nach Island reisen. This was the perfect distance from the bus stop to take us into the city. Because it was right outside of the main city center, it was quiet and peaceful. The area had everything we needed and it felt safe. Just a heads up to other visitors the water has a sulfurous taste and smell. This is a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely book this again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roberts place. The apartment is clean, warm, and super comfortable, and in a great location. You can easily walk to downtown, and it is close by to a couple of supermarkets, and one of the bus stops for airport transfers and excursions. I highly recommend the apparentment for couples looking to explore Reykjavik - thanks for a great stay!

Hannes place was perfectly situated for us. It was easy to get to all our destinations, we had a rental car, and it was quiet and peaceful after our day’s adventures each day. Hannes was great with communication and had great suggestions on restaurants and attractions. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed for our week. We even got to see the Northern Lights right above the unit on our last night there! Amazing! Hopefully we will get a chance to return to Iceland and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Tinna’s place feels like home away from home❤️ The family is very welcoming (including the cats!), the apartment is cozy and the location is optimal with a walking distance to the city centre, bus terminal, university etc. Tinna also cooks great icelandic food😋

Ólafur was extremely communicative and generous throughout the entire process of planning our Iceland trip and then the actual stay. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone in a group! Thanks again x
