Kellee made our trip easy with her proactive approach to communicating. Her emails and on property book, clearly explained the condo. The location is a perfect combination of walkable and access to transit. Our group comprised ages 6 to 74 and all stated “ will will be back” . Thank you Kellee.

Great place for skiing as you can walk to Steamboat village at the base of the mountain. The condo was clean and easy to enter and leave. Would stay here again.

Well-equipped kitchen and bath, quiet and private with responsive and friendly hosts. Not far from Steamboat, plenty of parking.

Great place to stay with our family in Steamboat! Sam was very responsive and accommodating after we made a mistake with our reservation and he allowed us an early check-in. Super comfy beds and clean space. Easy to access restaurants and the ski slopes with an easy drive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Bill's place. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the slopes. Here's the info I always want to know: Plenty of trash bags, dishwasher detergent, salt and pepper, etc. High quality paper products, which is always appreciated. Shuttle that picks you up from the lobby and will take you wherever you ask. Bill was very responsive and helpful. No complaints.

This was our second time staying at Ross's place. Same as last time, Ross was very responsive, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. We cooked there most nights, so it's nice to see some new cookware and other kitchen items. There's just about anything you'd need now. Just bring your own staples, spices, oil, etc. because not much is provided beyond salt, pepper and coffee. The location is ideal. It's a doable walk to the gondola (not recommended in ski boots) and the green and orange bus lines stop right in front of the complex so you can get anywhere easily. The excellent hot tub is just a few steps outside the unit. All in all, another great stay with Ross!

Great stay! Clean and very conveniently located, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The unit was nice. Beds were comfortable. The shuttle service is fantastic, we never used our car once we arrived. We skied to the unit once, but found it more convenient to take the shuttle back and forth to the base.

The host is very nice and responsive! The house is great and fits everything described. The downsides include the limited kitchen gear, the bunk bed not being super comfortable, and the hot water running out quickly. However, these don't impact our rating as the price is fairly reasonable for these having minor issues. We loved the peaceful and quiet space, and the jacuzzi and the backyard were amazing!
